I booked train ticket on 2nd may though paytm and I cancelled my ticket on 12th may through paytm. Paytm has refunded money to bank and still din't got refund money to my bank.plese solve my problem.

    Respected ma'am,
    I had applied for single girl child scholarship and got selected. My id is - sgc-gen[protected]. I am not able to upload my certificates on the portal and the beneficiary code has not been generated.
    I hope i can get cleared on this regard and get the scholarship from ug, as a research scholar it is a huge problem. Kindly solve it and generate the beneficiary code. I can not upload the continuation certificate. Please help me.

      On 17th may-2018 i had written a complaint to [protected]@canarabank.com regarding a teansaction through upi app from my account no:[protected] of rs:1000 it shows transaction failure and the amount has been debited from my account and & not credited to beneficiary account. There is no response for that mail. So plz take some action and solve my problem and plz credit the amount into my account

        I have not received my credit card pin. Its been 10 months & no body helped me yet at all. I complained to rbi & canara bank officials about the pin and staff behavior in the brach many a times but no response yet. Its always been painful service from canara bank. I dnt think they take any complain seriously at all. Assume how can somebody used the credit card withut the pin. On top of it staff behaviour from canara bank indirapuram ghaziabad is pathetic. Only one person name pratibha has staff attitude. She will never response to your query properly. I need this to be actioned at the earliest.

          Given a letter to canara bank for refund of my sister account gave authorite letter on 29/1/18 have visited the bank several times and call the bank email the bank but they are not helping for refund please assist for refund the bank is not helping for refund not given any response to letter given on 29-1-18 please assist, bank is not helping not giving any details of balance also no details if account is closed the bank people are not helping have complain but they dont care helping me they are not giving any details of account please try to help for the account

            I have subscribed for E-mail update and credit card statements from14 may to till date. I was trying for it . I have submitted an application and also sent an E-mail to Branch office and an e-mail to head office of Canara bank but all in vain. I am facing much problems regarding this . I have reminded many times to branch office and head office and I have also complained in customer care .

              I have paid my fees online of a nanodegree of rs.24639 at udacity. The next day i cancelled the same and my refund was initiated by razorpay on 17 may 2018 with arn no. 74332748138813727333808 and transaction id rfnd_abs3wzhrp9x2jt. But i have not received any refund in my bank account. I called the customer care support but they end up the call every time i used to call. I mailed to the head office of canara bank but still there is no reply from them. Kindly look into the matter as i have to pay my college fees.

                  Sir today 22/5/2018 i have visited your canara bank atm at devanhalli near the police station around 3.45pm and requested for a withdrawal of rs 2000/- rupees and before the disposal of money there was a power brake down and i did not get the cash and it has been debited from my bank account for the same. Your toll free number does not work and there is no person here whom i can complain to, want to know how will i get my money now? My mobile number [protected]

                      the customer service person told me that refund have done on April 15th 2018 3.42pm but money havent credited to my account.The refund reference No. is 19950.its been a month now its not credited to my canara bank account.My account number is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected].please do the needs for crediting the sum of Rs 1678 in to my account.Please make necessary arrangements so that i could get the refunt ASAP.

                        I added an amount of 2000. Rs. On paytm by my debit card. But amount of 2000 rs has been deducted from my account & isn't added in my paytm wallet & i hven't any confirmation from the bank.
                        Even i complaint to customer care they say. Dat i should visit canara bank branch &
                        Give a complaint in ccr package. So

                        Ant to know that how to reset transaction password online? I contact branch but the net banking is not working in the branch. So, they tell me try on Canarabank.com. But, there is no such option of RESET OR UNLOCK THE TRANSACTION PASSWORD... Please help me out in this it is very urgent...

                          Today at 15.06, i wanted to recharge mobile [protected] with vodafone with rs.95/- and paid the amount by using net banking of your bank. Though you debited my account[protected] with rs.95/-, the vodafone has not recharged my mobile saying that bill desk has not received the amount from you

                          Transaction id: bill desk ncnb[protected].
                          As i made alternative arrangements for payment to vodafone, i request you
                          To recredit rs.95/- immediately to my account and confirm.

                            Before 15 days.. While i was trying for online payment, my money was debited from my account but not received by recipient... Then i waited for somedays and asked at canara bank, madurai branch and they requested to wait for 10 days.. But nows its more than 10 days amd still i have received nothing.. The amount i have to receive is rs.150... So i want refund immediately.. And do the needful else you ll face some issues through media...

                              While i am registering for netbanking am getting the following error.

                              I am a customer of canara bank and am trying to register for net banking but getting the following issue. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                              First name/last name/fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, please contact branch.

                                On 6 may 2018 i was trying to book a train ticket through irctc and ₹ 4050 debited from my account no[protected] ifsc code - cnrb0004619 for ticket booking through irctc with cheque no[protected] but ticket was not booked. I requested irctc customer service for refund but they told that they refunded amount to canara bank... But no any amount credited in my account yet.. So please refund my amount in my account..

                                  I informed my bank on 18/5/18 by email . still amount is not credited in account . This way it break trust on ATM .

                                    I am writing to you in connection with my and my mother’s account which i had over 32 years. Please find attached the details for your information.

                                    I like to complain about number of issues with ref to my account.

                                    1. My mother and me set up an account at your branch in ramgarh (Ifsc code: cnrb002126), noor mahal road, ramgarh, p. O. Phillaur, distt jalanundhar-144410 me or my mother either or survivor to change withdraw money from our account.
                                    I went to your branch in oct 2017 and manager told me that i cannot withdraw any funds without my mother fiscally being with me at the branch.

                                    2. I took my mother to india in feb 18 to withdraw money out of my account. The manager of the bank was telling me that i cannot take the money out still. If i want to take it out it will the funds i invested in 2012 15 laks
                                    As you can see on the fixed deposit receipt it clearly say that value with interest on 18/04/17 is 23 laks

                                    After a lot of dispute he finally agreed to write me a chq of 23 laks less the 87000 rupees taxation. I agreed but asked if he can provide me a receipt for deduction of tax. I waited over an hour but they said the computer is faulty therefore they cannot print the receipt. My mother who was very ill could not wait therefore i asked them to email me the receipt. I have been chasing but have not received anything till now.

                                    3. My mother was very ill and did not need to go to india as per fixed deposit receipt clearly say either or survivor. My mother so ill that i need to buy new tickets to get back to uk sooner but she passed away on her way back due to she should not been traveling in a flight.

                                    I am so angry with the way your bank has dealt with my account. They made my mother travel unnecessary. I found the bank manager very rude and not professional at all. I lost my mother due her traveling to india.
