Sir i'm n. Praveen kumar reddy i had ordered mugo pine black /beige pu sneakers order no.[protected]. Refund has been processed on[protected]. Still now it is not credited to my account. Please try to help to me. It shows takes 7- 14 days but already 15 days completed. It is not refund to my account. So am requesting you to make it as vastly as possible. Money want urgent so please try to make it.

I did was sbmit online exam form in prsu 0n 19/01/2018 but transactin failed and amount deducted but deducted amount not refunded

    I am a costumer of your bank since 2009. Sir i went the bank on dated 16/05/2018 at 3:30p. M, the gate was locked. When i enquired they told that the timing of bank is upto 3:30 p. M, they stop me to deposit money. Please tell me the business hour of the bank. If it is upto 4:p. M. Kindly take action against the manager. I have to face problem due to this.

      Borrowed education loan for the period of[protected] in canara bank & i have asked to attend ots (One time settlement) meeting at regional office.

      Finalized the settlement amount during meeting & asked me to pay the confirmation amount initially and given 3 month grace period to pay the remaining amount. Finally paid (Feb 2018) in my bank on the date mentioned during ots (One time settlement) meeting & submitted the letter provided from the regional office.

      Went to my bank several times & asked noc to the manager. Got reply as "still we didn't get any confirmation from the head office & will inform you once got". But manager didn't inform yet though mailed.

      What shall i do next? Shall i complaint to rbi directly???
      I'm totally blank & shall i rise a complaint.

        I tried to book flight ticket on 16th march from ixigo via cheapticket.in using canara bank internet banking. But two times the balance has been deducted but transaction was not successful. Since two months i have complained several times on online and in the main branch. No response has been received. No step has been taken till now. My 3877+3877 total 7754 rs has been deducted. And canara bank main office is not replying to my main branch manager also. Plz return my money.

          I ordered through zomato, but it got cancelled .the amount had been debited from my account .They initiated a refund on 5/5/18 of amount rs.414.75.I tried online chat service, but the service is very poor .Nobody from the other end is responding properly. It has been more then a week, but the amount has not been credited to my account .kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

          I visited in your canara bank unduru branch.but cash couture close 3.30.pm.but I request he is give resh answer.
          I'm a Canara Bank user. I'm not able to make any transactions from 1 month because it says your bank has declined the transaction.
          i have a saving a/c in canara bank, branch sme udyog nager new delhi.a/c no[protected].i withdraw cash of rupee 10000 from sbi atm sultan puri d block new delhi 110086. transaction number[protected] on 14/06/2018. i have made complaint in branch still my refund not credit in my account.

          while withrawing cash atm machine got time out amount deducted but cash not received.
          I have completed the online registration for UGC- JRF fellowship (Ref. no:363661). Now two problems are there with my profile in the UGC portal.

          1) Beneficiary code is shown as rejected by stating that A/c number does not exist in the bank (e-copy of the site is attached). My A/c number and IFSC given to the site are correct and is still active.

          2) The joining date (28/2/2018) added to the site by the university is 3 months later than my actual joining date (01/12/2017).

          University UGC admin is saying that there is no option to edit the already submitted data. Kindly help me to achieve the fellowship as soon as possible.

            A staff of Canara Bank Mulanthurithy named Asha V J along with her husband walked into south indian bank Muhamma and abused the manager for not giving a vichele loan for she was refused by canara bank staff loan, she even offered bribe, then the manager asked them to leave, hence they used foul language etc, thi happened on 14/05/2018. A lady using foul language cant be tolerated

              My name is rohan bendkale, holding an account with you since 2013.
              I want to raise a complaint against online customer service, whenever i tried to reach them on toll free number call get connected and after sometime no response from your customer service department. They don't even have a courtesy to call back.
              Now i tried 10 times to connect with customer service department however there's no response.
              I'm fed up with your services. Tommorrow i'll visit at nearest branch of canara bank and cancel this account.

                Sir,
                Last ten plus years having account at canara bank main branch at tumkur. But staff members not respond any customer also last three month visiting branch so many time every time new passbook not available or any other reasons to say,. Lam already inform to branch manager but she is also not respond, please, solve problems at tumkur main branch or give a training for staff. Arrange new passbooks as early as possible

                  Most respectfully this is to inform you that i have a savings account (A/c no.[protected] in canara bank, burdwan branch in which registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Last 9th may, 2018 i tried to book flight ticket through net banking (Yatra reference number[protected], bank debit 9, 109/- immediately but process was stop because they are not getting any response from bank. Immediately i talked with yatra people, they told they didn't get any money and contact to bank. Thereafter i called bank and talked with two persons in said branch they told me that amount will credit within 24 hours but till now my money is not to be credited. Again i mailed to branch manager regarding my problem. Today i contacted canara bank customer care and they suggest me to complained ccr package. So, i just go through as per their instruction. Sir, its very urgent to credit the amount for further booking my ticket.
                  Kindly do the needful.

                      I am a client of your bank for the past 10 years and holding a savings account in nyamaddala branch.A nyamadalla village branch connected with 6 villages. I had fed up with ur bank manager in nyamaddala branch which is in Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh.

                      I am sad to say that manager is indiscipline with customers, showing pariality and providing very bad service while doing a renewal of loan he took 15 days for a single loan. And I complained many times regarding poor service there has been no action taken till date. He takes break almost maximum 7 times for smoking and drinking. With all these all customers are fed up.

                      I request you to look into my case and help us all 6 villages people at the earliest and oblige.

                        I am from kadayanallur, tirunelveli dist, tamilnadu..
                        Very worst and slow service.
                        I am irritated by staffs behavior. They are very careless and not responding to their customers. I have been waited for more than 1and half hrs.. Still i am waiting. I came to canara bank for returning my parents jewells.. I paid my dues and received challans for that.. But i didn't received my jewells yet.. I am waiting waiting waiting... Very worst...
                        I am gonna close my accounts and my parent's too... And every canara bank customers tooo

                          I odered a product worth 286 rupees in amazon on 5/5/2018.. Then i cancelled it after sometime. They took the amount in my account.. Amazon initiated refund next day itself.. But it's been 5 days, canara bank didn't refund my amount. I tried calling canara bank customer care so many times.. But i didn't get line to talk with representative.. I want my my amount soon.. Please refund my amount as soon as possible..

                              : i paid rs.845 by swiping my credit card at rasi mom& baby, tuticorin at about 19 hrs on 10th instant. The amount was debited and sms was received reducing credit availability from rs. 14897 to rs.14052 but the transaction failed and i paid rs. 845 again through the same visa credit card [protected] and credit availability has been reduced to 13207. Hence the failed transaction amount is to be refunded for which act of kindness in refunding my hard earned money, i shall ever remain grateful to all corcerned with effecting prompt action in the matter.

                                On 2 may 2018 i was trying to book a train ticket through irctc and ₹ 1350 debited from my account no[protected] ifsc code - cnrb0004619 for ticket booking through irctc with cheque no[protected] but ticket was not booked. I requested irctc customer service for refund but they told that no any amount credited in their account.. So please refund my amount in my account..

                                  I searched for an international flight ticket using make my trip app on android and reached the last stage of processing and it got cancelled. Although an otp was sent to my phone i did not type nor otp was generated automatically on the page as it got cancelled but the payment was debited from my debit card. Refund of this is not yet provided and i am not able to issue another flight ticket.

                                  Please look into this

                                    We are already started dairy farming with our own investment and in thyamagundlu (562132) and we have linked to the dairy milk money to canara bank of thyamagundlu.

                                    We are in process of extending the farm for which we have already asked for loan from canara bank thyamagundlu 3months back and still we are not being processed forward are we are sent back every day by asking new document by branch manager and the bank represented lawyer.

                                    And we feel like we are being harshed for doing banking with canara bank.

                                    Any help from your side will be very helpful thank you

                                      I am having an account in Canara bank Chirawa Branch. Before 2 days I went in branch with my wife to open an account of my wife. I submitted all docs demanded by the executive and he ask me to come another day to grab Pass book and Debit card. Today I went to grab those things then he demanded docs again and ask me to sit half n hour after that He again ask me to come another day. I request to do further process at same time because my wife is pregnant so she cant be present to grab passbook and debit card amd we have very important need of these things then bank staff person started misbehaving by saying that we have lots of works to do. I[censored] cant come tomorrow then u can go in another bank. I called Mr. Deepak Verma who is the manager of this branch and complain then he disconnected my call by saying that staff will do work according to there convinience. Now I have decided to close my both account from this bank and never come back to open any account in this Bank.

                                      I waited for more than 1 hr even i am having challan for pay loan for my parents jewells..and i paid they make me wait fot 1 hr..and they won't respond for me...i am broken and got irritated by their behaviours..this the wotst service i have ever seen...i managed another account at indian bank.indian bank staffs treats more polite and respectful to their customers..but in canara bank is worst..and i am gonna close my account and my parent's also..and i gonna say this to every canara bank customers i know...

                                        Ondipudur canara bank branch is not responding or not attending the calls.
                                        Every time cannot travel to branch for clarification. As i am aged.
                                        They are not picking up the calls and responding properly.

                                        Need to take immediate action.

                                        I saw only 60 complaints was resolved out of thousands and percentage was 4.

                                        Hope my complaint should resolve and others too. To take the action.
