As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15/04/18 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 640039. Ihave order a product from amazon via canara bank debit card. The order cancelled. I get a message from amazon says refund processed sucessfullyon 09/04/2018. The authorization code (Refund ref. No.) for the tranction is 404288. Till date the amount not credited in my account. Pleasehelp me to credit the amount of rs2890/50

Want to know that how to reset transaction password online? I contact branch but the net banking is not working in the branch. So, they tell me try on canarabank.com. But, there is no such option of reset or unlock the transaction password... Please help me out in this it is very urgent...

On 13/04/2018 I made a transaction in paytm app of rupees 595 rs but it failed so I made another transaction and it was also unsuccessful. Canara bank officials have harassed me and cheated me as they even went to the extent of not sending the closure status of my credit card details to cibil even though i had closed/ cancelled my credit card july 2017.
