Now till today my refund not credited in my account, plz doing the needful action pl., i tried to connect customer care, but failed to connect

on 9th April 2018 one order for Rs 999/- was placed but amount debited from my account is Rs 1934/- & Rs 999/-
i complained telephonically on 9th, 14th and 18th april 2018 but till date no refund has been made to me. you are requested to refund Rs 1934 in my account immediately.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 13th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked for refund. As per the conformation refund was initiated on 20 the of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected on my account. They had provided the refund refrence number as[protected]. I had contacted on your service number they is not a proper response. Please check and conform the status if your response was worst in mail to i am going to file in banking ombudusman.

      My name is Asma Ambreen and my account number is[protected], canara bank abdullah hall aligarh branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 730 and 420 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 730 and 420 has been initiated on 19 april 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 25 april, 2018. Till now (27 April 2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

      If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

            Hi i am a customer of canara bank have a account in btm layout branch bangalore with a/c number[protected]

            Yesterday i had sent 29000 to one of my friend through imps it showed connection timed out later amount got deducted from my a/c and the reciever havent recieved the amount yet as the reciever needs the amount to discharge a patient but these bank people are saying it will take a week plz look into these.
            Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have transferred amount to someone's account through canmobile application. The money was transferred successfully but I didn't get the confirmation message from the bank. And I am also not getting alert if I am using my ATM card.

              I have never taken a loan from Canara Bank, yet I keep on getting calls from Canara Bank for repayment. Somebody else has taken the loan and they have given the number which has been alotted to me .

              Inspite of my repeated updates that the number has been handed over to me, a non customer of Canara. The keep on calling me, telling me that I am a liar . It's harrasing and annoying to deal with their agents and AGM's.
              Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have only 2 fixed deposits of one one lakh in the branch 8478 Rohini Delhi I have filled the form 15H at time of making the FD and again in the month of April 16.17. form 15 H
              still the bank has recovered the TDS
              as the amount of interest was under the rebate

                    The same product was return back to myntra for refund.
                    As per their confirmation they had completed their refund process on 11th april 2018 and had given me the bank reference number. I. E. 74056638102810113351047.
                    I have contacted your customer service but there is no proper response from them also.
                    Till now i have not yet received the money.
                    Please check the status of my refund process and credited the said amount to my account asap.

                                    This is to bring your notices on our canara bank manager rude behavior.

                                    Our branch manager is not supporting for any costumer comforts, i am one of the account holder in the same bank i own business (Milk dairy< mpcs-1898>) in the same branch, we transfer up-to lakhs every month trough rtgs, as it’s a remote area we depend on the canara bank, but here the manager is so arrogant and irresponsible with public.
                                    When we done with rtgs if we ask weather the transaction is been done, manager reply as if they are crediting with there own amount. If we ask what is the balance so we can do the rtgs for the available amount, there is rude reply “ i can’t say that and all “ if we ask for passbook entry there will be no printing facility /power cut /issue with machine. Feed up with the manager.

                                    If any other subordinate of canara bank, if they are ready to help, manager order not to help, then why we need your bank in our district, if manager is not in helping the public. If bank is not ready to transfer and co-operate our transfer trough rtgs why we need your bank.

                                    This complaint is not only with one end its complaint from the account holder of the same branch all are facing the same issue.

                                    Request you to take necessary action on manager and request you to change this type of manager from our area branch. And even on public relation act

                                    If the issue will be continued, from the bank account holders we are ready to lodge a complaint to high level, better go with the issue and resolve it in early stage it self.

                                    I need apology from the manager for the way of behaving with me in the bank.

                                      I had transfered an amount of rs.20000 (Rupees twenty thousand) from my uco bank sb a/c no.[protected] (Ifsc code:ucba0001984) to my brother's canara bank, 3rd phase peenya branch sb a/c no.[protected]. On 21st february 2018 at 19:02:46,
                                      But unfortunately instead of typing[protected], it was typed[protected], and the amount has been credited to the wrong account number.[protected]
                                      Henceforth i regret and apologise for my mistake and i request you to kindly reverse the said amount to my uco bank s b a/c or to my brother's canara bank sb a/c as shown in the above.

                                      Sir/ Madam,
                                      I had transfered an amount of Rs.20000(Rupees Twenty thousand) from my UCO BANK SB A/c No.[protected] (IFSC CODE:UCBA0001984) to my brother's CANARA BANK, 3RD PHASE PEENYA Branch SB A/c No.[protected]. on 21st February 2018 at 19:02:46,
                                      But unfortunately instead of typing[protected], it was typed[protected], and the amount has been credited to the wrong account number.[protected]
                                      Henceforth I regret and apologise for my mistake and i request you to kindly reverse the said amount to my UCO BANK s b a/c or to my brother's canara bank SB a/c as shown in the above.
