On 13/04/2018 I made a transaction in paytm app of rupees 595 rs but it failed so I made another transaction and it was also unsuccessful. But problem is my amount has been deducted for two times (Rs 110 + Rs 110+Rs 110 +Rs 110 +Rs 155) including for failed transaction also and its almost 6 days completed but my amount Rs 595/- not yet credited in my account. I kindly request you to please check what is the problem and solve this issue.

    Myself soumen pal, an ugc-jrf fellow (Student id.: 402550, date of birth 31/05/1993). I have uploaded bank details on the portal but the beneficiary id creation got rejected.     Canara bank officials have harassed me and cheated me as they even went to the extent of not sending the closure status of my credit card details to cibil even though i had closed/ cancelled my credit card july 2017.
    Also, it has become a regular practice of the senior management to target me by allowing/ supporting especially the lady staff to rudely behave with me by not providing proper info. As well as the staff faking her name and going to the extent of saying that i can lodge a complaint with any senior management including the chairman of canara bank and no action would be initiated and like she said none of the senior management have worried to initiate any action on her but on the other hand have been questioning me at least 3 times by calling me to the branch in hyderabad as if i am the culprit and that they act like police or that i work under them.
    Also, when i met one of the agm mr. Anil kishore jandial who also questioned me for no fault of me, later when i spoke with him over the phone to find out about the update regarding the rude behave of the lady staff he told me that she being a female it may be impossible firstly to initiate any action against her even if she misbehaved with a customer and secondly, when i told him (Earlier i had sent the sr. Management emails stating that i will report this with rbi and the police stating that as i am depressed by their attitude i would take even the extreme step), mr. Anil kishore said that i could do whatever i wish to do and said that the senior management will close this case without any action initiated against the lady staff, which means that the sr. Management of canara bank wanted me dead and even then they feel that they would not only be happy but also would feel that no customers would dare to escalate or raise any complaints against their staff especially the lady staff.

      Really sad and fad-up of poor of the poorest service of the bank. Not even in single point of view this bank is worthy. I had attempted to withdraw rs.-400/= from a canara atm point on 7th-apr'18, 8:03:11 am & all of sudden the atm got shut down, while the transaction process was running but, amount got debited. Have written email 3 times to branch and keeping asst manager in loop but branch authority is least bother about responding to my email or to provide any resolution. Post multiple reminders still there is no update. Don't go for any dealing with the respective bank, trust me not at all worthy, very painful journey you will have from all aspects.

          I wanted to withdraw cash on 16/04/2018 in srinivasapura branch 3349. This bank branch is an such a useles helping branch staffs with disrespect they dont know how to respect customers as here village persons come for transaction they behave bad witout respect.. They fool the uneducated persons at 2:30pm the door was closed who wanted to transact a person came and asked open door but tge security refused to open with orderd of a staff said not to open doors send them back. Even branch manager was not there hardly 3 staffs were there here. Since from 10:30 i waited to withdraw cash but couldnt i waited till 3pm this is very worst branch please do not transact her. Please check tje security camera what was going here on 16.04.2018. For proof what i stated...

            I tried to withdraw 10000rs from my canara account and i went to lvb bank atm cash didn't come later i came to know my amount 10000is debited and not reversed. I tried calling the branch number kgisl saravanampatti branch i told them the issue they were telling through phone they can't say and disconnected my call abruptly. I tried calling them more than 10 times such an lethargic behavior. And the branch head of the branch was talking very rudely

On 13 april 2018, when i gave my husband's mobile number he said only my number and waste more than one hour. He was also so arogant while talking to me. He has no manners to talk to customer specially to a female. He has teared off my filled application also.

                  I am having a savings account with canara bank, canning street, kolkata. I had added rs. 25000 to paytm on 10th april 2018. For some reason, i transferred the same amount back to my account. Its been now 4 days but the amount has not reflected in my account. I called up paytm customer care, and they gave me a refund request number. But canara helpline is not responding properly, so i am not aware of the status on this. Please help in this matter as i have an urgent need of funds.

                    I nazreen parveen ali has received my jrf award letter no.. F.15-6 (Nov.2017)/2018 (Net) dated 21 march 2018. Thereafter i have joined the commerce department in the dibrugarh unversity. I approached both the university and the canara bank to upload the joining documents for activation of the fellowship, they informed that no records were found to upload the same. Please look into the delay on your part to create the id so that i can upload the documents soon and kindly fix the problem as soon as possible.

                      I have linked l&t finance for taking hero mestro vehcile and hsb finance gold loan to my canara account to deduct amount via ecs. I have maintained the balance for the monthly installment.

                      I have paid loan amount but also 354/- rupees as ecs mand charges deducted 4 time from my account, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                      Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

                                Sir/madam, this is to inform you that i did a txn rs.3000 on[protected] in my canara bank account through netbanking i never face this kind of problem, your imps txn was timed out pls check with your bank (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). Then i contact to bank customer care they told methe refund will be initiate five working days in a week. I appeal your bank supporters to develop failure of imps txn immediate refund to customer account. You don't know how much the customer suffers mentally. Most of the customers facing same issue. So pls don't repeat this kind of prob further to any customers.

                                  Hi,

                                  My name is Prashant Saxena, An account holders in Canara Bank, Munsipuliya Branch, Indira Nagar Lucknow. I am the victim of ill behavior from one of your staff (Girl sitting on cash counter on Munsipuliya Branch).

                                  I faced very poor behavior from your staff and she literally shouted at me in front of all staff. This is something which leads to my poor self-respect.

                                  I want strict action to be taken from that staff. I am filling a written grievance for this and If some meaning full action will not be taken I will go ahead and file a complaint in consumer court as well. I will also post this review all over the internet and let people know the real face of your staff. If no action is taken then I will go ahead and fill my complaint to banking ombudsman.

                                  This is not acceptable at all. Who is going to return my respect which was demolished by your staff? I will not let her go ahead and repeat this to someone else.

                                  This is one of the worst branches of Canara Bank, Staff here only work by looking at the faces of customers. If you are not their friend or if you don't know anyone of them then you will be treated like animals. No one will listen to you and no one will take your concern seriously.

                                  There is a girl who sits on cash counter she behaves like she is your boss. She will start shouting at you if you oppose anything negative. I was there to submit the cash and she was behaving like she is doing a favor for me, she refused to submit the cash and asked me to use machine even there was no work and she was busy with her mobile.

                                  Soon after when another person asked her to submit cash she was glad to do that as he was known to her. I heard she said - "Are Sir Aaapka Hai" with a smile. I was listing this standing near the window. When I oppose this and said that rules should be same for all then she started shouting at me with ill words, even bank manager was so coward to come outside and see what his staff doing to bank's customers.

                                  I will tell people that Never ever open an account or take a loan from this branch. She (girl on the counter) don't have basic manners and etiquettes to talk to customers. They think that we are like fools who open an account into there bank and gives a lot of business.

                                  Poor Bank, VERY POOR STAFF ON CASH COUNTER, Poor Services.

                                  I believe bank high command will take some action and give basic training to girls like her so that from future all customers are treated like same.

                                  The complaint was posted on 9th and So far no inquiry and no action is taken.
                                  This is the worst bank I have ever seen. I went there for withdrawal of amount by cheque When I asked for a branch manager, a person named Inderpreet singh who told me i am a branch manager here which he is not. I asked him that to want withdraw the amount from cheque which I received from my customer. He told me we can't encash cheque because it is third party . You have to go to fateh garh churian home branch. what the hell!! really ridiculous. He was fighting with me. I also asked him to have my I'D proof..where is it written by RBI that you cannot encash self cheque to third person with their I'D proof.
                                  Worst branch of canara bank and I advice the others persons my friends and colleagues to close their accounts from this bank

                                    Sir/Madam, I have been trying for months but I couldn't log in to the portal. I have even tried to log in through forget password many times but it always shows as the format of email is not corrected. Please help and suggest me of an alternative to logging in.
