I am a senior citizen in the age of 70 and a house wife i have made afd of one lakh in the canara bank branch code is ifsc code is008478 and mirc code is[protected] the bank is in delhi rohini sector 3 in the school rockfield primises

I have filled the form of 15 h inthe month of april and at the time of making the fd
I have asked the quertely instalment for the same the amount was rs 2016 of 6 instalments but bank has given me only 3 instalments and the rest of the some amount was debited in tds i have written many letters to the branch office and the delhi head office also,
But till today no action has been taken to refund the amount.

      My self kalpana suryawanshi my acc. No is[protected] mobile no. [protected] in janewari my friend rs 4000 credited from bhim app in that rs 500 withdrawal but next my balance rev upi rs 4000 and rs -1248 as in minus as rs 748 extra deducted they can't refund me and also in february nearly date 5 or 6 upi rev as rs 4000 extra deducted. That time also complained as two times with application but tili was complain from january in canara home i cant get refund so total rs 4748 extra deducted so please solve this issue and stop to balance deduction but still also i can't get refund.
      So i kindly request you please refund my balance as soon as possible.

      Hello sir.. I deposited icici bank check in canara bank on 15/3/18 amount of 13000. ..still now I am not getting any confirmation ..about this.. At least no SMS about it's clear r not clear ...very worried that... Plz do something...

        Hey sir my name is Mr manoj k mandal my camera bank account no is[protected] I made a purchase amount is 269 by eBay payment through UPI 5 th March 2018. Amount was debited my account but ordered was not successful. So I called customer care and told him this issue and they told me I will get my money refund 8 working days. But still now I don't received my refund. After I called customer care they told me my refund was successful but I don't receive my money please help me to refund my money thanks.

        Canara Bank has charged Rs.118/- for issuance of new passbook after old passbook is completed from my Bank A/c No.[protected].

          I have been accounting for more than three years in their bank. My passbook is over five months. The new booklet says many times that it does not have a stock. That's why it is difficult to maintain my account details. So i ask you to make a passbook.

          I want widthraw money in atm but its a problem i finally pressing correct button your card is invalid/unauthorised showing in display i am opened my block account and take atm i am checked that atm after 1week then its coming this problem .why coming this problem? What can i do i cant use atm how i can solve this problem?

And the branch officer assured me that same will be refunded within 2-3 working days but i did not get any refund still. So i request you to look into the matter and make the arrangement to immediate refund as we are urgent need of money. Imps ref. No.[protected]

              I have saving account holder from your branch bearing account number[protected]. Today morning i got sms notification from bank that amount of 80000 has been deducted from my account from by the forging means (Without my knowledge) from different location of new delhi as per mr pankaj kumar (Bank manager).
              This is serious case of negligence, finencial security and personal loss of account holder who trusted the bank.
              Last month i requested for new atm in place of my pervious atm which was lost 2 and half year before and bank have all the required documents agaisnt request of my new atm which i request for single atm.

              Note — as per bank manager mr pankaj kumar ([protected]) he inform us that withdrawal atm also bear the same number which i have under my custodian and my current location is in siwan bihar.

              I request you to look into my case and help me earliest and oblige

                Hi good evening
                My name is mohd nazim, i m an account holder in canara bank, my ac no. Is[protected], on[protected] morning i received an sms on my phone which says you ac has a debit of rs 3000/- at 10:44 am at near janpath, but i didnt do any transaction, infact i was at my office at nfc, and the atm card was with me only and i never shared my pin with anyone at all, how come my atm can debit my amount without using my atm card and pin, pls kindly solve this issue otherwise i will have to go to rbi for further help.

                  Respected sir,
                  We are having an current as well as od account in canara bank, zuarinagar branch baring a/c no.[protected] in the name of m/s swastik industries. Sir, we would like to bring to your kind notice the problems we are facing since last 4 months only because of bank staff. Sir in the month of december our od a/c was kept on hold and all the drawing powers were removed without intimating us, due to which our transactions were on hold and we were unable to do transactions in our od a/c. Sir on inquiring about it to the branch manager, we were informed by the bank manager that we will have to renew the od a/c and then only the drawing powers will be resumed again, no prior notice or intimation was given to us. Sir, we are 3 partners out of which we are having dispute with one partner hence we are unable to renew the od a/c which is also informed to the bank. After that almost every alternate day bank staff is calling us and harassing us to close the od a/c. Sir as our od a/c was on hold so we started doing transactions in our current a/c baring a/c no.[protected]. Sir whenever we do transactions in our current a/c the staff mr. Abhijeet of zuarinagar calls me and asks me that why we are doing huge transactions in current a/c to which i have to answer him for no reasons, every time we do transactions he questions me why i am withdrawing cash or transferring the amount from the account.
                  Sir last week there was an medical emergency in my family, my wife was serious and had to go under a surgery at that time also the staff and the manager literally made me cry and beg in the branch, they told me that your current account is kept on hold and you cannot withdraw the amount. I was begging and requesting them for 2-3 hours than later the branch manager called some of the banks higher officer and told me to speak to him after speaking to him, he was the gentlemen who realized my difficulty of medical emergency, i don't know who was that person but he helped me out. After that the branch manager told me that you will have to give in writing that you will close the account by 15.03.2018 then only they will remove the hold of the account and allow us to withdraw the amount. I was helpless at that time and taking the advantage of my medical emergency they forcefully took an letter from me. Sir, today again mr. Abhijeet had called me in the morning and started talking roughly and rudely with me. He was showing me his attitude on phone while talking, sir he has also threatened me on phone stating he will show me what he is and what he can do.
                  Sir, my gentle request to you is to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the staff.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I had submitted my account opening form 17 days ago but the bank employees had not submitted my passbook and atm card to me till now even they had provided me my account no after 14 days that to on much request when ever i ask for the passbook and atm card they are saying me to come after 1st of april, during the account opening they used to say come tomorrow again and again till 14 days they did the same, when i ask for the reason they used to say that the printer is not working, later they are saying that the some of the staff is on leave and some are on long leave, simply the are making us to come to bank again and again, since this is the governament sector bank they are doing it but when compared to the private bank the private banks are much better than this bank they never torchure such like this and this bank has only one counter to deposit/withdraw the amount where as, as per the rules and regulations there is a requirement of 4 counters in each bank but this bank of mahaboobnagar dist has only one counter which faces much difficulties for the people to deposit or withdraw the amount. During the account opening i had to wait for long time till all the withdraw tokens are finished later they had started taking deposit amount of the customer

                      Hence request you to resolve the problem of the canara bank mahaboobnagar dist branch, make them to come regularly and work in this organization properly so that non of the customer faces problem

                        I have added the amount of Rs. 5500 and 4800 to paytm wallet on 4-3-2018 and claimed to return to bank this amount on 5-3-2018. This transaction was successful and paytm has returned this amount back to my bank account but this amount is not yet credited to my account. On calling on Canara bank customer care, They asked me to wait for 7 working days, it has been more then 7 days but the amount is not credited yet.
                        Kindly refund the amount of Rs.[protected]+4800) in my bank account as soon as possible.

                              Dear sir/ma'am,

                              Why i writing this complain i went to my native place canara bank the manager mr. Joji something name he behaving with my wife very rudely.

                              Because why i sending this message my self, my mom & my wife every one we received the message from (Canara bank ad-canbnk: your existing magnetic stripe debit card will be blocked shortly. New emv non personatized debit card is available at branch. So please call at your branch for replacement.. If you already availed please ignore sma-canara bank, dbs wing, ho.) this kind of message we all received, so first my mom went & ask to the bank staff they shout & send back her & informed her come after one month & after that after two days letter when i came back from duty my wife call canara bank they said first one month so we ask again they said one week after that my wife explain them then he said come in the evening.

                              So my self & my wife went 3.45 pm date 9th march 2017. We went to the bank & first we ask to the counter he said same answered first one month & we said & ask him sorry!! Then again he said one week then i explain him sir i already received message to change the card, if i get this block again i get problem then nothing he said, then i ask to the bank manager, when i went to the manager office he not present costumer respect i standing in front of him.

                              I explain same things he said nobody called then my wife told him i only called you, but you said come in the evening so that reason we came, then he started shouting my wife in front of all people as a manger he don’t know how to talk with the customer. & his telling we don’t have a staff we are only three what we can do? We don’t have a time to make nay card & came back after some days & his shouting his very day bread & butter own his working company.

                              I have another account with syndicate bank & karnataka bank but i never get this kind of response.

                              Even i had nri coconut in this bank two year back but now i don’t have it was cancelled & even all my relative all have account in this bank only. Earlier it was not like this.

                              I can bring this issue to in front of media but i don’t want to do because its our place i don’t want to spoil our native place name.

                              But please brief this manager how to make guest relation & get guest contact. Because in this place people all 99% from agriculture & small labor worker but every one is human. But this manager don’t have humanity. May be he behaving with all customer like this way only?

                              After i watch his behave i discussed with five near by bank people they all telling this bank manager like this only

                              So i kindly requesting with you please brife this manager & take action on him.

                                I have huge fcnr deposits in the branch

                                I recd my credit card through the branch in february., but did not yet recd the pin through the branch., tracking of speed post no ek[protected] in shows "delivered" but actually not received

                                The pune mg road branch., send a request mail to you on 5 th march to regenerate new pin and send to the branch

                                Sir, till date branch not yet received the pin from you

                                Sir, i am flying to london on 20 th march., the credit card in linked to my nre account. Without pin i can't use the card in london

                                  In tamilnadu, erode district, veerapanchatram canara bank employess obey with very indecent manner, i am ask to give transaction entry in my passbook from last 6 months but still they just say printer is fault, employee is leave, chilly reasons. Plz take a perfect action for this. All the customers had very hurted by this branch employees.

                                  I was trying to withdraw Rs 1000 and Amount debited from my Account[protected]Chandra nagar, Latur, MH) but i was not received any amount.

                                  So please refund my Rs. 1000 in my account on high priority.

                                    The customer care or the branch people have been zero helpful in resolving this issue as it has been almost a month.

                                    I have been waiting since a month and i kindly suggest to resolve the issue as soon as possible cause i need my money urgently
                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    Since I have lost my debit card, I would like to have a duplicate card of that A/C as soon as possible .I would like to continue using this bank account.

                                      I made two consecutive transaction to rrb on 04/03/2018. Both transactions were failed and amount was deducted, rs.250 each time. It's more than 7 days now, and it hasn't been refunded yet. I called the canara bank toll-free number and they gave me the transaction id as follows -
