forcible deduction of sms alert charges?

Dear sir, i am 83 years old lady having three savings account nos.[protected], 964 and 59080 with your mayur vihar ph. Two delhi 110091 branch jointly with my family members since more than 25 years. I or any other member of my family have never asked for or consented for message alert service and strongly feel that such charges are not leviable.

Recharged airtel number for 50rs through canara bank app. I got the message as transaction is successful.

Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx2216 is debited for rs.50.00 on 23-02-18 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (Imps ref no[protected]. Kindly take necessary action or please refund me the above said amount at the earliest and do the needful.

But same amount was debited from my a/c. I complaint the bank he told me give a application still the amount not credited to my account sir i hope that you will solve my problem in this regard i ever thankful to you sir

      2 जनवरी 2018 को शाखा चांदपुर ifsc code (CNRB0002157) में मैने अपनी पत्नी जिनका खाता इस ब्रांच में था, के साथ 3:30 पर प्रवेश किया। सामने बैठे स्टाफ से मैने अपना परिचय दिया कि मैं एक अध्यापक हूँ तथा मैने अपनी पत्नी के खाते को नवीन केनरा बैंक शाखा नूरपुर में ट्रांसफ़र करने की बात की। तब पास बैठे अन्य स्टाफ ( मुकेश कुमार ) ने कहा कि शाखा का ifsc कोड लाकर दो तब बात करना। मैने कहा आपके बैंक की शाखा है आप तो कोड पता कर सकते हैं। मुकेश जी बोले कि पूरे देश में दस हजार शाखाएँ हैं हम कोड का कैसे पता रखें। फिर मैने कहा कि सर आप तो कंप्यूटर पर इंटरनेट से एक मिनट किसी भी शाखा का कोड पता कर सकते हो। तब मुकेश जी ने कहा कि मुझे इंटरनेट चलाना नहीं आता। मैने कहा कि सर क्यों झूठबोलते हैं बिना कंप्यूटर जाने आप यहां बैठे हैं ?
      मेरे इतना कहते ही मुकेश कुमार बोले कि मैं इतनी देर में चपत मार देता हूँ।
      मैने कहा कि मैने आपको क्या कहा जो आप मुझे चपत मारोगे। मार के दिखाओ
      मुकेश बोले हां मैं चपत मार दूँगा जा चला जा यहां से वरना पिट जायेगा।
      बाकी स्टाफ ने उनको रोका वरना बो व्यक्ति मुझे सच में मारने को चढ़ गया।
      मुझ पर क्या बीती होगी आप अंदाजा लगा कर देखिए आखिर मैने किया क्या जो आपके बैंक ने मुझ से ऐसा व्यवहार किया।
      क्या यह है आपके बैंक का ग्राहकों के प्रति सम्मान?
      क्या ऐसी ट्रेनिंग देता है केनरा बैंक अपने कर्मचारियों को?
      क्या ऐसे विकास हो पायेगा केनरा बैंक का?

        Dear sir,

        I naresh kumar from delhi, today visited canara bank yamuna vihar branch for some money withdrawal but i forgot my cheque book at home so i withdrew some money from the atm in the same premises. But received all notes of 100/. I requested to security guard to exchange the notes with bigger one. He simply sent me to cashier, i very humbly told him to do so, but he replied me very aggressively and told me not to exchange, i asked him the reason for that then he became furious at me and told me "do what you can do". I told him. I won’t do anything then again he abused me. Whole staff was present there and some of customer were also present there. I do have my current and saving account in the very bank branch
        I felt very humiliated as i didn’t do anything and abused my a bank employee for nothing.
        Sir, i need strict action against that employee.
        He is cashier there and deposit the money.

The swiping company is pinelabs which is playing games with my life since 4 months saying that you have to lodge a complaint directly in the canara website. Plz help me to resolve it.

              I am having SB account bearing no[protected] in Canada bank, magunta layout branch since 10 years. Now in my account I am having a balance of RS.6234.00. But I am unable to withdraw amount from my account. For this I contacted branch manager for several times, he stated that I have to submit clearance certificate for the loan to which I was guaranteed earlier. The same I was submitted to the bank for two times from past one year. But there is no response from the bank. When I visited personally to bank manager the are not responding properly and they said that it's not our duty it's the duty of head office. Hence I am herewith requesting you to give the reasons why they have blocked my account and why they are not going proper response to the common public.
              Please do the needful job.

                I have a death claim for my fathers account in canara bank rishikesh branch. I have been asked to submit all the documents regarding the claim from all the legal hiers incuding indeminity bond which i am willing to furnish.
                However i am not sure why bank needs all the hiers to come to the bank for signatures? Its only for court proceeding all have to be present. This is very unfair on the clamaints.

                        I'm mahamutha nishvani, customer of canara bank, a/c number[protected], virtual address - [protected]@cnrb branch - perambur, made two transactions for transferring funds to other a/c through upi empower canara bank application on 19 february 2018, 03:40p. M and 03:46p. M, both transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back in, the first transaction was inr 1000 to a/c number-[protected] and second was inr 6000 to a/c number-[protected], i want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account,

                          I have applied for canara bank po (Pgdbf) course on 31 st jan 2018. I paid the application fee of rs.600 for the exam but i didn't get any mesaages or e-mails. And today i checked the website to download my call letter for the exam to be conducted on 4 th feb 2018 but it showed "invalid credentials".

                            I made an online payment of rs.590 for tneb ae exam on 18/02/2018 by 5pm through canara bank. But the payment status is pending and i received a message that the operation is failed. So i made the payment again and now the payment is successful but an amount of rs 1180 was deducted from my account. So i request you to solve the issue and refund rs.590 to my account (Acc no[protected] as soon as possible

                              I am in defence and have salary account in the bank of budaun. Every month salaray credited in the account. I apply for personal LOAN on 27 jan 18, bank manager speak me in two day account will be credited. Being i have submitted every document on time still on date my LOAN is not granted. My home function is on 07 feb totally ruined...

                              He gave me mobile no but no received my call, i am badly disturb now... I personaly not have any LOAN, credit card as well i check my cibil is 795. And dont know why he is creating problem...

                              what i could do now? i am very upset regard the bull ### manager.

                                  I purchased a product on amazon on 5th of january month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5 th of february month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 954588. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                    I'm sorry to say this but the amount of complaints being received towards your # bank is pitiable.
                                    My condition is the same. It has been over three days now since a refund has been initiated by ccavenue for an amount of 943.95 rupees to my bank account. When i contacted them, they said that i have to contact the bank and as always canara bank, thanks for your # services.
                                    Here's the mail ccavenue sent:
                                    Dear customer,

                                    This is in reference to your mail mentioned below

                                    In response to your query, we have checked our records and found that the refund procedure has been completed for the order number:22898_18021350 inr 943.95 on[protected]:41:21. Rest assured, the amount will get credited back to your account as per the bank's procedures.

                                    Please note that the refund reference number for the above transactions is: 101083

                                    Ps:kindly provide us the screenshot of your bank statement from the date of transaction till date;if you haven't got your refund.

                                    Furthermore, we suggest you to get in touch with your bank regarding the same.

                                    If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

                                      Sir/madam, i am a account holder in canara bank branch at canara bank, c-4, 84 yamuna vihar, i am in trouble. I have not seen this of nonsense behaviour from such reputed nationalised bank staff.
                                      Coming to the point yesterday i had gone my home branch i had one lakh rupees and i wanted to deposit one lakh rupees in my account but cashier (Gyan) denied to deposit my amount in my account he said where from you get this money and cashier said you always keep depositing money in your account, i told him very polaitly sir this is my saving and i don't have regular transactions and you will have to deposit this money in my account but he denied and he call the manger mr saberwal he said to me why are you shouting and he said also i will call the police, i told him everything i don't have regular transactions after it bank manger said let me chack your account after it i will tell you after chacking my account bank maneger said to the cashier you can deposit your money, but cashier and bank maneger siad incom tax officer will see you i said them please deposits my money and i will see the income tax finally the deposits my money now i am not able to understand can i not deposit one lakh rupees in my account why the denied to deposit my money and why they misbehaved with me i am shocked by such behavior from canara bank staff and now i am feeling insulated,

                                      On 06 November 2017 my 10000 rupees deducted from my account by SBI ATM MACHINE without transaction due to power cutoff.
                                      I have given written complaint and also registers complaint in CPGRS but I haven't get any kind of response by them. I not received my deducted amount up to now.
                                      Had withdrawd money using canara bank atm on bank on[protected] of amont 5000 but transaction had took place but i have noy recived cash.. but amount is deducted from my accounts via 02051167 please take my complaint seriously and credit amount to my account..
