I have made a imps transaction this morning . The transaction is failed but the amount is deducted from the Bank and didn’t get the refund.

My amount is deducted from the bank balance and I didn’t receive the money in the other account, to which I sent

When i call the customer care they didn’t respond properly....

I'm complaining about 3500rs was deducted

Dear sir, on 4th december 2017 i was unable to get cash in atm. But in my account shows 3500rs was deducted. So i request to u kindly refund me as soon as possible sir. This are some times i'm facing the same issues past few days before also but i'm not satisfied with canara bank atm no proper solution for the atm service updation.

online neft amount not received

I have transferred rs 3000 from my sbi account no - [protected] on 20-11-17 online through neft to the canara bank account no[protected]. The amount is deducted from my sbi account but not received at canara bank account.

transaction failure, debit from customer account but did not refund

Sir, respect sir, i amcustomer of canara bank at chhoto doulatpur branch, purba medinipur. My a/c no is [protected]. I have create a problem on 29/11/17 about 2:15 pm. I use my atm card for online payment of exam fees rs.100/-and show me transaction fail but debited rs100 /-from my a/c. That amount did not credit my a/c. Now i request you to look into the matter....

atm money debited wrongly re - credit reg.

your toll free number

Today i have tried your toll free no.[protected] for at-least 8 (Eight) times to contact customer care officer, for my query regarding net banking but i regret to inform you that not a single time i was succeed in talking to the customer care officer. This is the worst toll free service i have experience till date.

money debited from atm but I didn't receive cash.

After that from another atm, i withdraw 10000. But the first transection was not happened successful.
