I have lost my canara bank atm card today at champhai vengthlang, mizoram.
My saving bank account number is[protected], champhai branch, champhai, mizoram.
I don't know my card number so i kindly and urgently requested to block my atm card as soon as possible.
Please send a confirmation note to my given e-mail id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I've forgotten my ATM pin and also I'm unable to reset it through the ATM. It has been long since the card was used. It is a rupay card. Kindly help me proceed through this issue.

    30/12/2017 saturday my son sajeev. P v (A/c no:[protected] has gone the bank after 3:00 clock to give a complaint for loss on atm card. But the bank staff sukumaran sir has told "the account will be cancelled so come with your father and meet me". My son has also take education loan using this bank account. I don't know, how can they cancelled it?. We go to the bank the he told to come with monday. But i informed him, my son has been going join his new job in coimbatore on monday. But the staff did not hear my words and misbehaved with me. I don't know, why they treating the customers like this...??.
    Is this way canara bank teach the staff to treat the customers?.

        Sir I am transfer an amount of Rs 399.00 to paytm on 20/12/17 . but the amount is not transfered . then the message comes Rs 399.00 debited from your acount. so verify and refund the amound to my account

          Myself veena shajahan. I took a personal loan of amount rs. 25000 from canara bank varkala branch. My account number is[protected].
          I took the loan a few years ago. Then we got a legal notice regarding the loan recovery. Immediately, we arranged the amount and paid the loan amount and closed the loan. This was i think one or two year back. Now again a notice was sent to my home address telling to repay the loan. We were really shocked. Please do check this matter seriously.
          We feel very awkward about the bank service now. How irresponsible it's! Don't you have a database or you people doesn't close the loan account even after the customer pays the amount.

              I am getting post graduate merit scholarship for university rank holder[protected]. This scholarship is rs.3100/-per month for 10 academic months.in this way total month is 20. But the amount of last month means rs.3100/- is not deposit in my account of canara bank. We all students have this same problem.in part of our process is fully completed. Please check this matter and give us the proper response as possible as earlier.

                Loan a/c [protected] sbi. Subsidy amount not credited properly as per online inquiry it should be 36995/- but sbi claim amount was of rs 86914/-
                But in my loan account actual credit is approximately 5000/- only.
                Why such discrepancies is there please clarify on urgent basis.

                Where the amount is stucked and who will take the responsibility.
                Although we have have closed the loan with our ever hard earning.
                Waited for long time no proper information was provided.
                Please ensure strict compliance else will be compelled to do complain at higher level or ministry level.

                      But received msg only as:

                      Your a/c xxxx2514 debited for rs 500.00 on 19/12/17 seq[protected] towards atm withdrawal. Avl bal is rs 87.84 use canara bank atm to avoid charges

                      So called customer care and did chat online as well. They says, i'll have to visit my home branch, you tell me who's going to go 500 km for escalating 500/- rs
                      Its totally insane. You guys are just making fool o[censored]s.
                      Please look into it and do the needful.

                        I just attempted to transfer rs.2000 from my account through can mobile app imps transfer to beneficiary of sbi account on 09.12.17. The amount rs.2000 has been debited from my account but my beneficiary has not received the amount. I just received a message that my transaction has been timed out but rs.2000 has been debited from my account. Imps reference number given is[protected]. I waited for 7 business day so that my amount would be auto refunded. But till 19.12.17, my amount has not been refunded. I just sent a mail to [protected]@canarabank.com. I haven't received any reply yet

On 12th december i have ordered a mobile phone in amazon through debit card for rupees 25999.. Then i have cancel the order on 13th december and they mentioned that the amount will be credited in your account by 18th december.. Till now i did not get the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no # 5131564165236839103014. These are the messages received from amazon.

                            I have ordered some product from amazon but that product is not compatible therefore i ask for refund from amazon and they told me that your refund processed from our side. But refund is not credited in my account.

                            The refund has been successfully processed on tuesday, 5 december, 2017 and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 433607 given by amazon.

                            They told me to ask to your bank.

                              Sir, i am selvavel from vattathur-608702. I have a savings account in canara bank, sethiathope (Ifsc code-cnrb0006014). I have done 2 transactions of money transfer through upi for the amount of rs.6000 each with transaction number[protected] &[protected] on 13/03/2017. But both the transactions were failed and the amount of rs.5000 and rs.2000 were credited back to my sb account no.[protected] on 27/03/2017. And the total of amount rs.5000 wasn't refunded till date. The concern branch won't take responsibility to refund the balance amount.                                     Hy sir, greeting of the day

                                    I hava an current account with name of amit kumar in your canara bank branch name palm vihar, gurgaon. I deposited a cheque on friday[protected] with amount of 19667. Today is thursday and still my cheque not reflected into my account. I don't know why it will be taking so much of time, as we all know how much salary is important for us but sir i am still awaiting for my salary, kindly look into this and do needful otherwise i have to move on another bank account because i can't waiting so much of time every month.
                                    Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    i deposited cheque at OKHLA phase1 SME branch
                                    I am purushotham i am mainintaing my account in savalanga road branch shimoga, yesterday my mom is deposited 15k in CDM machine at balaraj urs road branch shimoga but it is not tranfer till now, my account no. is Purushotham KS

                                    I am sitting in Canara Bank Sarnath Branch... From 2:00 pm for bank manager ...
                                    But the bank manager is not available ...
                                    Still the bank was open...
                                    How this bank runs without manager...

                                      Made a fdr for 20000 in 2009 got only 26000 in 2017 saying no auto renewal only sb interest given without transferring the amount to my a/c at hse branch as there is no auto renewal option then ie 2009 the fdr made in favour of tribunal for court matter no information after expiry od the fdr to depositor nor the fdr holder to whom i can contact in this regard
