I submitted an sbi draft on 8th nov early morning. As its a nationalized bank draft, the bank should have cleared it on the same day as confirmed while submitting the draft. However the bank held to the draft and cleared it only on 10th nov. After clearing the draft, the bank charged me incorrect cheque bounce charges on rs. 400. I pratyush parida holding a/c no.[protected], customer id[protected] have not got the refund of debited money amounting 1055.25/- on 04/05/2017 for the online payment in ouat site. Actually on that date 2 times the amount i. E., 1055.25 has been debited but out of two one's payment is successful but other's not. So l kindly request you to refund the money as soon as possible....

An amount was transferred from saudi arabia on 23th october and it has not yet received in my account. The bank has not taken any action even though i gave them complaint personally. I submitted a complain to canara bank Barrackpore Br on dt- 08/11/2017 for non refund of money paid by pos at HDFC Bank which was transaction failed.The concerned bank gave me details of refund of Rs. 7000/-.
