Hi, this is with regard to the employee ekta bangar, who had shown heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. I have been a very old customer of canara bank, where all my family members hold an account in the bank. She reported late to the office on 24.10.2017 and was supposedly missing from the office on 23.10.2017, where sidelined the office responsibilities and was enjoying her personal holiday on the specified days. My clearance of cheque was delayed...

My name is pradeep kumar and my account number is[protected], canara bank itpo pragati maidan branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs. 4792 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs. 4792 has been initiated on 11 november 2017 and it will be credited to my account on 17 november 2017. Till now (20 november 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

    I had done an online booking in amazon on 11th november, 2018 but cancelled the order the same day. (Order no : #[protected].)
    Amazon processed the refund quickly and shared me the details confirming that the amount of rs 689 will be credited back before 20th november. There is no further response from canara bank on the same.

    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 212513. I tried to contact the various customer care numbers and email ids, several times but no one responded.

    I'm Sunil Thamke, customer of canara bank a/c no[protected] Branch-Hadapsar pune. Made transaction to other account through upi. On 6nov 4:04pm transaction failed and money deducted from my account i didn't get back.
    the transaction was 3000inr a/c no-[protected] i want to know whenit will reverse back to my account.

      There was an amazon refund on my canara debit card (Visa card ending with 1904) for an amount of 2893.0 inr on 11.11.2017. The reference number provided by amazon is 5104214717546830503070 and the authorisation code is 466766. The bank seemingly has delayed the processing. Therefore i request the bank to take up and solve my payment issue at the earliest or else i will have to resort to other legal means, especially as payment remains delayed for more than seven working days.

                In davangere city k. B. Extension branch always the kioskee printing machine always not working and a also not working, if we ask to give print on our passbook they will treat like beggars for us they interact rudely, atm will work only 5-6days for a month and that pass book printing machine is always in bad condition, inside bank they also not give printout and if passbook is end they will not provide new passbook they will tell there is no stock of new pass book come next month, for an important transaction checking we have to wait for one month is this is the maintenance of canara bank to customers, shame on you canara

                      Amazon refund of rs.2893 has been processed successfully on 2017/11/11 17:31:00. But the bank has been sitting on this all the while.                             When i register my number in apps like tez, phonepe etc for an upi transactions they say "can't find your phone number and selected bank" as it can be seen in the attached screenshots, although my phone number is registered with my canara bank account.                                     The clearing being submitted for realization is being delayed on constant basis. Is this what our govt is hiving about (Digital india). Here we are not getting our own money in 120 hrs 5 working days. This is now a regular feature with canara bank agra. The reply we get is no connectivity. What sort of digitlization is canara bank really into??.
