Sir,
My name is abheesh. S and my account number is[protected] and my ifsc is cnrb0002608. I have made an online transaction of rs.1638/- on 23rd september on amazon.in to buy a shirt. But i returned it and the refund has been initiated on 6th october. My pending refund is rs.1558/- and i should have had my refund back by 13th october which is today but still i haven't had my refund. My refund reference number is 74332747279727895313320. Kindly try to locate the refund with the authorization code provided and process the refund as soon as possible.

    Sir, i am atanu ghosh from cuttack, odisha. I have an a/c in c. D. A, cuttack branch of canara bank. More than five times i have given all documents to bank for changing mobile number, but unfortunately the officer don't able to change my mobile number from old to new. Atlast he refused to do this.
    The main problem i face during online transactions is that the otp number is coming to my old number & the transaction details or available balance shown in my new number. I want to change my mobile number sothat i can get the otp & transaction details together in my new number.
    I kindly request you to check out my problems as soon as possible so that i shall remain greatful to you.

I have returned a product in amazon for rs 18, 999 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 18, 999has been initiated on 5th october 2017 and it will be credited to my account on march 12, 2017. Till now (14 october 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number. These are the messages received from amazon.

          Hello,

          I am ankit kumar gupta. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: ramleela mathiya chapra). I placed an order on amazon.in (Order id.[protected] on 01/oct/2017 and paid using canara bank visa debit card * * * 0712. Later, i canceled that order on 02/10/2017 and refund was initiated on 05/oct/2017. The refund was successfully processed on 06/oct/2017 and a refund reference number was given to me. The refund reference number is 74332747279727895167098. The refund amount was supposed to be reflected in my bank account by 12/oct/2017. But it has not been credited to my account yet.

          I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with this reference number.

          I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same. My bank service is not good and the customer support people are careless. I have contacted them relentlessly but they didn't care. When i call them on [protected] they don't respond. When i chat with them, they give me the illogical responses. They have crossed the limit of recklessness. They always kept saying that i should contact the branch and i should visit the home branch.

          The email which was sent by amazon when my refund was successfully processed is following:-

          I contacted the amazon customer support too, but they are also not able to help me. I have contacted canara bank customer support and my home branch too, but couldn't find any help from them.

          Kindly help me with this.

          Hello,

          I am ankit kumar gupta. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: ramleela mathiya chapra). I purchased some stuff from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card * * * * 0712. I returned those items back to amazon. There were three items. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got three refund reference numbers for three refunds, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

          I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

          I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same. My bank service is not good and the customer support people are careless. I have contacted them relentlessly but they didn't care. When i call them on [protected] they don't respond. When i chat with them, they give me the illogical responses. They have crossed the limit of recklessness.             Disrespectful behavior of manager ms. Archna singh and her subordinate. Brookefield branch bangalore. Very humiliating treatment.
            On. Visiting the. Bank this lady officer never makes eye contact or smiles. She only uses her hand to gesture when asked or when approached for help.. The manager and her is v good at pointing mistakes and why the customer should behave well while they make no attempt to make the customer feel respected.. It's a shame that a trusted and large bank like canara bank has such arrogant staff with such a casual attitude towards a large number of customers. The only sane person is a male staff. Because of whom we visit the bank.. I have decided not to continue my deposits.. Because it is humiliating each time and this time i decided to post this. Don't you teach basic courtesy to your staff members. It is apalling and such a shame.

            Consistent disrespectful behavior of manager ms. Archna singh and her subordinate. Brookefield branch bangalore. Very humiliating treatment. And such display of arrogance. She shouts back at you defending herself and stating her rules. She then stomps to display worse body language and then sits down completely ignoring you and making no attempt to come back and ask if things were ok.. The lady staff makes you wait despite the fact that there is less than five customers at the branch busy typing and finishing her work while your cheque waits for clearance and that too knowing fully well that as a customer you are already annoyed. It is the most disgusting and disrespectful branch of canara bank and a shame to this banks brand. I want a written and an in person apology from the manager. If it doesn't matter for you if a customer like me is lost then i cannot do much but please remember every day one customer like me is leaving that branch.. No body tracks to find out why we are leaving. Maybe you have got enough money that you don't care. But if i don't get an appropriate reply to this i can only say its a shame. Petty and humiliating bank branch
            Bank employees are not in a position / situation to make eye contact / smile at you. They are having more responsible work than this. First understand that and then post only meaningful things. How can you expect someone to smile at you in work place ? If employees didnt complete your work then make a compliant. But eye contact, smile etc are your unnecessary needs. Just change your mindset

              Dear sir i got pmegp loan of about 6 lacs which is got npa even my subsidy is deposited in the bank. Now my career is vanished because of banks unprofessional behaviors.               I received a letter from canara bank few days ago and saying me to meet the branch manager to solve your queries and i met with the branch manager of canara bank fatuha and he is not interested to solve my complaints . The bank is clearly avoiding msme, pmegp, kvic and government of india's guidlines about small industries . This is the matter of our constitution too right of living, how can they stop me to working again last 1 years bank behaviour is not professional and why not license of canara bank is terminated because they are also not following rbi norms

                    Dear sir/madam, with due respect I want to state that on 10/10/2017 at 6:25 PM I withdrew rs 500 from Canara bank ATM ( branch LDA COLONY LUCKNOW).I got a mutilated note of 500 rs.Since the bank was closed at that time next morning when I went to the bank first they refused to exchange by saying that such mistake they cann't do, when I requested them then they asked to write a application & submit.They asked me to contact next day. When I reached bank today they straight forward refused to exchange, saying that Im lying that note didn't belong to them & they can't do such mistakes.I want to inform you that they took last four digits of my ATM card & checked on computer that I withdrew rs 500 from ATM as well as bank manager also viewed CCTV camera footage still they are adamant not to exchange the note.                         Since many years i have been using canmobile app, being one of your oldest customer with a/c. No:[protected] against registered mobile no. [protected].
                        On 08.10.2017, i changed my mobile set and approached my branch bank at mettuguda, secunderabad for registration of new mobile no. [protected] in place of [protected].
                        The branch bank promptly made necessary changes for registration of new no. This was completed by around 16.00 hours on 11.10.2017.
                        As the otp validation was not forthcoming, i approached the customer helpline on the same day. They replied that the new number was not updated yet.
                        Since then, i rang up the help line about 7times by the time 17.50hrs/12.10.2017 without fruitful result.
                        Does it take more than 24 hours for updating a mere cell no. For validation to operate canmobile?
                        Please look into this issue and help.

                            I am sreelakshmi! On 10 th of october i send a mail to tindlu branch (3846) regarding stop payment of cheque no.[protected] for rs 899.00 to the debit of a/c no.[protected] issued in favour of kasturi sons ltd hindu is received in clearing today. As am attending training at stc bangalore i mailed and inspite of several phone calls the subject cheque is passed in clearing!! There is no response from manager for my mail and calls. I am not satisfied with this kind of attitude of branch in charge. I want that transaction entry to be reversed. Kindly do the needful. I am really felt bad.

                              Mai date:-12/10/2017 ko subah 10:45am ko cheque stop payment ki request dalne k lie gaya hua tha, jiska mujhe auto generated copy branch dene ko mana ki aur mujhe branch se bahar maar ke nikalne ki dhamki di branch manager canara bank vapi ke.
                              Mai chahta hu branch aur branch manager ke upar action liya jaye.

                                  Hi i took education loan in canara bank. My education loan account number is[protected]. I am paying my emi regularly. But last year september month one time account went npa status. I paid that arrer amount also. I am paying my loan monthly without fail. But my loan account still in npa status. Because of this it affecting my cibil score. I am getting 45000 salary per month. Even though i can't get any loan or credit card in bangalore....

                                  Dear sir,
                                  1. I had opened a sb account no.[protected], name: bhagirathi panda at canara bank, air force station gate, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra 411014. I have came on posting to bangalore and due to defence service exigencies i left pune without applying for transfer of above said account. After joining at bangalore i applied for transfer of account at your marathahalli branch, bangalore in the month of march 2016. After that i had went for service course and came backin the month of july 2017. When i enquired at the specified counter of marathahalli branch i was informed that my account is not yet transferred. The dealing person at the counter told me to apply again and i applied for transfer of account on 29 jul 2017. The register sl no 0768with regret i am informing you that till date my account is not transferred from pune branch. I approached branch manager he informed me that email had been sent to marathahalli branch but they are not responding.

                                  2. Here i just want to enquire is it so difficult for a branch to transfer the account? To my best of knowledge i don't have any issue pending at pune branch. Again i want to know if pune branch is not responding to your office emails then which type of response they must be giving to the ordinary customers?

                                  3. At last, i request to intervene and resolve the issue.
