    I had taken Education loan of Rs 400000/= (FOUR LAKH) ON 09/08/2011 from Canara Bank.

    In the start it was mentioned that the TERM OF THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS 05 YEARS WITH EMI OF RS 8726/= STARTING FROM FEB 2016. I was told that I wouldn't be charged any interest for the period when I am studying and the interest would be charged from February of 2016. I have attached the letter from the bank which states that I was entitled for the above scheme. My father also presented all the required documents to the Loan Officer who was present that time and he ensured my father that I would be getting the respective subsidy.

    After getting a job in September 2015, I started to pay my monthly EMI of 8726 from the month of November but in March I got a mail that my monthly installment was 13143 and not 8726. When my father enquired about it he was told that it was a system error and he can pay the amount of 8726 only rest assured of the subsidy.

    I found something fishy and decided to check my Loan Account statement and was surprised to find that till then hardly an amount of 6000 had been deposited as subsidy and when I checked with the bank, the manager told he would check and revert back. On checking closely, he found that it was the bank's fault where the person had incorrectly filled the data that the course ended in 2014 instead of 2015. They told that they would reverse the interest that was being charged after checking with their IT-Department but till now no action has been taken. Also, in between an amount of 78083 was charged incorrectly which on close inspection was reversed but the interest for it has not been reversed till now.

    Could you please get all the false transactions reversed with the interest for the same as I have been paying my installments regularly and want to finish my loan as soon as possible.

      I am as a pro in annai velankanni nursing home, palayamkottai, tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Our few accounts maintain in your palayamkottai branch. Also have some rds. From last week the bank person shouldn't come properly. I asked him for the reason. He told me that there have no receipt book. I asked the person you are represent a nationalised bank have no books is a shame. Get books immediately.

        I have my account at bank of baroda manjalpur branch with account number [protected]. I had used my atm card to withdraw money from iit gandhinagar atm on 24th august 2017. The amount of 1800+1800+1700 was deducted from account though i didnt get any cash from atm. Let me know how to get refund of the above. My name is rutu patel and email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

          I sheeba khan account holder no[protected] of canara bank sitabuldi branch made an online payment of amount 3319.47 on 10th august 2017.. My account got debited but the transaction declined. I gave an application on the very same date for reversal of the said amount but i didn't get the reversal till date.. Kindly do the needful as early as possible

            This is to bring your kind notice that tht we have a shop in 396, chandni chowk, delhi - 110006 and above that shop we have 2 to 3 offices as closed down.
            1. Canara bank godown - shop no. 395, chandni chowk, delhi - 110006.

            Canara bank has a problem of water logging and a all the pipes holes are jammed. Every year during rainy season water gets collected therre. Mosquitoes of dengue, chickenguniya, malaria gets attracted.
            Last year i suffered from chickenguniya also.
            There is nobody who takes care about these premises.

            They donot cooperate. The water gets leaked to our shop and yesterday it spilled out stock of around 1 lacs. I have video proofs of water leaking to my office and collected water there.

            I thereby request you sir pls help me with the matters and i m sending these repetitive mails to the concerned authorities also. Pls. Take any action immediately or else we have to take some legal action.

              I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

              I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

              Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
              So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

              I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

              I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

              I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
              I want my number changed asap.

              Hi sir Thursday which is 24 th August I purchased one shirt for 1499 but the amount has been deducted by twice but I don't know twice amount deducted and the amount hasn't been credited to that shop also, why this is happening sir, I think it is worst thing happening to customer and also it's good quality of services to customer

                सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं प्रार्थी मोहन प्रताप पुत्र स्व. सत्येन्द्र षर्मा ग्राम व पोस्ट - मितावली थाना एत्मादपुर जिला आगरा का निवासी हॅू। महोदय निवेदन है कि कैंनरा बैंक टूण्डला षाखा में मेरी पिता जी के मृत्यु क्लेम की राषि 25500/. दिनांक 10/01/2004 को मेरे नाम से फिक्स डिपाॅजिट के रूप में जमा की गई थी। बैंक के नियमानुसार दिनांक 10/01/2017 को मेरी उम्र परिपक्व होने पर मय ब्याज परिपक्वता राषि 51873/. रूपए भुगतान होना था लेकिन जब भुगतान के लिए मैंने षाखा में सम्पर्क किया तो वहां के कर्मचारियों ने मुझे यह कहकर लौटा दिया कि नया खता खुलवाओ और एक महीने बाद आओ। मैं जब नया खाता खुलवाने के बाद एक महीने के बाद पहूुंचा तो मुझसे कहा गया कि आपकी इस राषि का हमारी षाखा में कोई रिकाॅर्ड ही नहीं है इसलिए हम भुगतान करने में असमर्थ हैं। इस सम्बन्ध मे जब मैंने षाखा प्रबन्धक से जानकारी करने की कोषिष की तो उन्होने कहा कि जो भी करेगा स्टाफ करेगा मुझे इस बारे में कुछ नहीं पता। जब लगातार मैंने षाखा के चक्कर काटने षुरू किए तो करीब सात माह बीत जाने के बाद एक कर्मचारी ने मुझसे कहा कि मैं तुम्हारा काम 10 दिन में करा दूूंगा जिसके बदले तुम्हें मुझे 5000/ रूपए देने होंगे।
                अतः श्रीमान जी से प्रार्थना है कि कृपया मेरी राषि का भुगतान मेरे खाता संख्या[protected] मंे कराने की कृपा करें। आपकी महान कृपा होगी।

                  With reference to my savings bank account no with your branch, as on july 31st 2017 i had 23187 rs in my account and lately when i tried to withdraw money from atm the transactions were denied as many times i tried. Since i am staying in bangalore i could not visit the bank in time. When i approached the bank authorities they told me the money has been withdrawn from the atm of hyderabad thrice in the 2 batches of 10000rs and a batch of 3000rs on aug 1st 2017 6.43pm.

                  In view of the circumstances as mentioned above i request you to kindly arrange to recredit the amount to my account at the earliest

                        Yesterday on aug 26, 2017 at about 11-11.30 am i went to an atm to withdraw rs. 10k but because of some technical failures the money didnot came out. Then i received a confirmation msg from bank about withdrawing 10k which never happened but till now i have not received the credit msg. The incident happened in an andhra bank atm in kamrup, assam. And my canara bank account number is[protected]. Please provide help or i am loosing rs. 10000.

                          I am a coustomer of canara bank and i use to invest money in canara bank weekly. We have atm of canara bank near to my house and a branch of bank is situated in our village. This atm doesn't has money all time and if machine has money atm will not work. Is it kept there to use for public. But it's services could not avail by public. The bank collects service tax from us for atm use annually. Is it right to collect tax without giving service. And when we call the bank to report atm issues bank staff says go ask anybody we are not responsible for that it is bank for you take money come bank if you want money is it right to talk like this we make payements through atm for easy way. And when we go to bank to deposit or withdrawal of money they did not mark it in passbook which is a proof for coustomer that he had paid and it is very bad behaviour of accounting section.                             Sir i wanna say that i mailed u already about my money reimbursement i didn't got my money which means u didn't take any action regarding my problem. So now tell what i do. So what is the need of online complaint box i didn't understand. Tell me i m waiting for ur reply. It's been a days i mailed regarding my amount reimbursement which is 1200 rupees which was deducted on 23rd may 2017 from that to this day i didn't my money back. I can't do anything but only requesting u to again check my bank status and help me to provide my money back which was deducted because of misunderstanding or somewhat else don't know.

                            The staff of the bank is behaving very worstly and they are giving so much attitude and they are delayed the work always, can't response to customers positively, already aprovel works thy didn't did, alwys post pone the work, is this ur bank strategy, I never expect from ur bank
                            I was sent money in (19/08/17) from Canara bank to ICICI Bank but filled wrong account by a mistake but Account holder name and Ifsc codeis crct .The canara bank employee not verify the name and sent the money to wrong account Number.After i asked he say Name verification not done in now a days it is true or not kindly sent me reply

                              [protected].Some Unknown person withdraw My Money From my Account.From 24/02/2017 to 28/02/2017.Everyday Some 20, 000 Rs Totally =1, 19, 000Rs.But I Received only 48, 300 Rs From bank.Remaining Money still I didn't receive .                                 I also call many times on toll free number[protected], when time comes for transfer the executive the calls automatically disconnect.

                                  I have a canara bank account and avail its internet banking feature. The very first i'm able to login to the internet banking interface after the user registration. Then after each time when i try to login says the "customer id is invalid or in correct".

                                  After trying my same customer id (Provided by the bank) and password two more times, it will lock the account. Again need to unlock the account. Enquired with the bank but...

                                      Hi,

                                      I have saving bank account no.[protected] at canara bank, sanjay colony, sec-23, district-, faridabad. I withdraw a amount of 8000 from dcb bank atm in sanjay colony, sec-23, faridabad on[protected] at around 1:00 pm in the afternoon. But light has gone and when light come atm show out of services when i checked into another bank then it show balance had been deducted. I was surprised to see that 8000 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.
                                      I also contact to canara bank and filed a complained against it. My complained id is: [protected]
                                      But right now nothing happened. Canara bank say they contact to dcb bank. But their is no response from dcb bank.
                                      I request to you. Please take any action regarding this. So i get balance as soon as possible. Thanks in advance
