    Hi,

    I have saving bank account no.[protected] at canara bank, sanjay colony, sec-23, district-, faridabad. I withdraw a amount of 8000 from dcb bank atm in sanjay colony, sec-23, faridabad on[protected] at around 1:00 pm in the afternoon. But light has gone and when light come atm show out of services when i checked into another bank then it show balance had been deducted. I was surprised to see that 8000 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.
    I also contact to canara bank and filed a complained against it. My complained id is: [protected]
    But right now nothing happened. Canara bank say they contact to dcb bank. But their is no response from dcb bank.
    I request to you. Please take any action regarding this. So i get balance as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

      I have done transaction at 15 august there was network problem and my money deducted... But still i did not get my money... I want my money back we are very poor person... We can afford much more 💰. They did not gave us still my money back.

        I have requested for a new cheque book on aug-19 10:30 a. M. They have asked me to come by 2:30 p. M, i came by 3:00 now they are saying that it will take another hour. I don't why there is this much delay. I am really frustrated. Please do avoid such a false commitments, i[censored] are committing toward something please make sure that u meet those commitments.

          An amount of rs 1908 refunded by paytm on 31th july has not got credited to my canara bank account even after 20 days. Account no being[protected]. Though i passed on the arn number which is 74766517212730374351698 to the bank people they have not done anything nor have they responded. A also the customer care executive didn't even bothered to take the complaint and told me to go in person to the branch and check out.
          Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I had used my atm card for payment in ICAI on saturday, the amount is deducted from my bank account but the same has not been paid.I am still not registered in ICAI.so please kindly provide me my bank statement online as i am not in town

            Sir
            I have pay an order in amazon.com from my canara bank debit card and after few hour i have cancelled my booked order. After some time in this regard a text-message had arrived from amazon.com that my order has cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly in my net banking account and again after few days a message from amazon.com is arrived that refund of 1285 is processed successfully. For dealy over 4 days contact your branch with charge auth. Code :[protected].

            But when i checked my account balance there is no refund payment is credited to my account.
            Then i call to amazon customer care executive and said about the problem i had facing in these days. He said to me that you should call to your bank customer care executive to transfer your refund amount in your bank account.
            Therefor i sending this e-mail to you kindly check my refund amount and please credit it to my canara bank account

              I talked to amazon customer care executive, they are saying that they have initiated the refund on 08.08.2017 and should have credited to my account upto 16.08.2017.                 Hello sir,
                I am an account holder in canara bank of pennadam... I applied for jewels loan on 17th august 2016... Loan amount was 71, 000... The bank manager said that you have to pay the one interest only i'm also paid the interest on 11th august 2017... I have the paid receipt also. (Plz see the attachment)... One of the employee said to collect the new renewal loan card on 16th august... My son went to your bank and ask about the new renewal card they said that your mom have to sign the form (They didn't get sign from me on 11th august) and no need to come today ask your mother to come on tomorrow (17 th august).. Today i came to your bank and manager told me the loan date was expired so you have to additional interest as 10, 500... But it's not my mistake they forget to renewal my jewelry loan on that day.. So plz enquire the manager, give the solution and reply for me as soon as possible

                Note:i paid the amount on 11th august but why your bank didn't renewal??? Your employees are irresponsible...

                    I went to deposit ₹1500 in denominations ₹5*300, the collector, there, refused to accept ₹5 coins. He said that they are not allowed to accept any coin as they already have heavy numbers of coins which rbi refused to accept, and now, they are not accepting any coins from customers. If we are not allowed to deposit coins in our account in our bank, where will we deposit the same? Please see to it as no bank can refuse to accept any form of money issued by the govt. Of india. Photos are attached for reference, in which they cut ₹5coins denominations, and accepted the rest amount.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I have tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) on 12 august, 2017 using my canara mobile banking app can mobile. First i recharged with rs 499 and then rs 60.in both cases i got massage from canara bank that the recharge was successful. But in actual the recharge was not done. Only money was deducted from my account. No money refunded till now. I tried to contact their customer service number[protected] several times. But they don't facilate to talk to any of their customer service representative.

                        Hi sir. This complaint is in connection with my sb account no[protected] of branch rajajinagar 3rd block, canara bank. On 10/08/17 i've tried to withdraw an amount of 10000 at kotak mahindra bank atm of basaveswaranagar branch at 12:32hrs through canara bank debit card for which i didn't get the money instead i got a withdrawal slip mentioned "please enter lesser amount"in that. Meantime i got a message on my registered mobile number that an amount of rs10000 is been debited from my account. Again i tried to withdraw rs.10000 from the same atm at 12:33hrs but didnt get the money instead i got the withdrawal slip mentioned the same"please enter lesser amount" in that for the second time too. Meantime got a message to my registered mobile number from canara bank that an amount of rs10000 is been debited. So an amount of rs20000 has been debited from my account without receiving any amount from atm. After some time i got another massage from canara bank that an amount of rs10000 is reversed to my account. After that i have not received any massage from canara bank about reversal of amount. But still my rs10000 is pending for reversal. I request you the superior authority to look in to the matter and help me out with issue. Thankyou.

                          I have account on canara bank in rajamadam brauch, i use my atm card to get money from icici bank atm on june 6 time 3.53pm but at the time transection is proceed but i could not receive the money and receipt but deduct from my account, i have already complient canara bank rajamadam branch but they are not to take action and response so i request you to help me to solve this matter, thank you.

                            I have an account in canara bank of c-4, yamuna vihar branch, there i always hear the cheap wordings from the department, they are not even ready to print the passbook and close the bank before its timing also.
                            Dear sir, they always use to give excuses regarding the server and are even not willing to work properly, their newly appointed guard is also not well behaved.

                              I got one call from canara bank, neyyattinkara branch on 14th aug 2017 asking for a copy of my car insurance certificate.
                              I don't know his name or designation.;but he addressed meas well as my father's name in a very casual way without any respect. I feel there should be a proper way of communicating with the customers. Atleast this person need some guidance.
                              Moreover, i don't want to keep any further transactions with this bank due to this type of attitude from this staff.

                                I have recharged my airtel number [protected] through canara bank mobile banking for account[protected] two times with reference no MB[protected]/08/[protected] for Rs.100 and with reference no MB[protected]/08/[protected] with branch code 8888 for both.                                     We (ME and My Mother ) had wasted of 3days for just to RELEASE the Gold Loan and RENEW it .Actually we were there for the above procedure since from, Wednesday on that day we closed the GL on that, in my MOM a/c ;on Thursday when we were there they said NO SERVER ;now totally two days had wasted . EUREKAAA we did it today(friday ) that is at 12:45pm.
                                    My concern is why they are wasting our time for the work of only one to two hour, this is not the first time that i have noticed, service level is poor and ineffective in level, Need to improve it.

                                      On 5th of this month i attempted to withdraw rs. 10, 000/- from canara bank atm located in anna salai, pammal, chennai 600075 using my andhra bank debit card and it disbursed only rs. 2, 500/- (5 five hundred rupee notes) but debiting my account with andhra bank for rs. 10, 000/-. This means i have to receive rs. 7, 500/- back from canara bank. I registered my complaint vide ref. No. 1718ae8217 and received an sms stating that it has been resolved. But i have not received the credit in my account with andhra bank. Please look into it and reply. I am unable to use your "grievance redressal / service request" site for this purpose to trace my complaint.
