The amount 1208 rupee which deducted from my account unknownigly when i came to ur najafgarh branch they said that the amount will come into ur account within 45 days but i didn't come. So sir i request u to reimburse my amount as soon as possible. I don't understand why u are delaying this amount.

    I had applied for pos machine on 7/03/2017. Now its more than 3 months there is no response from the bank regarding this... Contacted my local branch and circle office but they said the delay is from head office due to huge demand..

    Even if it is getting delayed at least the customer can be informed about the delay.. There was no such effort from the bank... Even tried calling few numbers... Non of then responded... Tried to complaint through chat... The number they gave does not exist... Tried with a relative in mumbai and he said bank did not respond well... Never expected this from canara bank

    I request the authority to kindly look into the matter... At least provide us an expected time and some means to check the status if cannot speed up the installation

I have submitted the renewal as well as the continuation certificates till june 2017 but i have receiveived scholarship money only till may 2016. I have received money for 12 months till now whereas my fellow scholarship holders have received atleast for 20 months.. Please check the underlying problem and help with my financial problem...

          My sb account no.[protected]with canara bank rajajinagar bengaluru with sufficient balance have not made ecs payment of rs. 1059/- to bsnl tel. No. [protected].
          I have approached branch official to do the needful. I have already raised the problem through customer grivences of the bank. Till date my account has not debited and solved the problem by the bank. Due to bank negligence i have lost reputation with bsnl and undergone mental agony. Problem to be solved by the bsnk at thier cost and i should be compensated equally for the loss of reputation and mental agony

            I am maintaining my pension account with canara bank rajajinagar bengaluru branch and my savings account no.[protected] and maintaining sufficient balance to meet all ecs payments till date. On 24th of this month there was ecs payment to be made to bsnl authority for my monthly payment towards broadband and landline bill of no. [protected]. Same has not been made by the bank on account of software problem stating the reason amount exceeds upper limit. Bill amount was only 1059/- i approached the branch more than thrice and also put my complaint to the bank. Till date same not been solvef. On account of bank negligence my telephone [protected] bill payment has not been made. I have encountered mental agony and lost reputation with bsnl.
            Please instruct the bank official to do the needful at their cost and also my loss and reputation to be compensated properly.

              I am m. Dinesh kumar, i have savings account in canara bank, chennai, broadway branch. ([protected]@canarabank.com)
              I paid my ppf account subscription through canara bank net banking facility.
              On january-03-2017, i paid rs.500, its not credited in my ppf account and also not return back in my canara bank savings account. Regarding this i step in to the bank many times, they not gave any proper solution. Apirl-01-2017, i submitted the written statement, after that also i not got the amount returned back. On may-22-2017, i send e-mail regarding the issue. Then also not get any replay or response.
              If i take cash and reach the bank to pay the subscription then, they all afraid, "what ppf account ho!! Now its not possible" they told the cleaver answer, server problem so only again i do the same mistake.
              July-18-2017, again i paid rs.5000 (Five thousand). Its also not credited in my ppf account. I send email on july-24-2017 to the canara bank, they not replay for my e-mail. Really i upset about canara bank customer service.
              They not solve my solution and don't replay for the e-mail also. That only hurting me more.
              Here i not attached the e-mail i send and the bank statement which is the proof for my issue. Because it contains my personal details also (Ex. Account no. Mobile no. Etc.

              Comments : private bank solve the issues soon, the nationalised banks simply get salary and speak harshly not server the customer. I mean the canara bank broadway branch only.

              Please note that I have transferred an amount from my Canara Savings Bank account to Canara PPF account in the first week of November 2017 and till date the same has not been credited in PPF account. Also note that my Firdt premium of 1000 INR is also not reflected in my online statement but present in hand written pass book. No action has been taken from Canara Bank even after writing a request letter to update my diffrence between online and handwrittedn passbook.

              This bad experience has changed my opinion about Canara Bank.

                Sir,
                Good morning. My father name was k. Srinivasan he was holding canara bank account in pillanallur branch which was near to rasipuram. My father have a agriculture loan in your reputed bank and while taking the loan the manager asked to put to a medical policy in apollo munich insurance and my father was not much interested to have a policy with unknown company.
                Only because of bank manager of canara bank he was convinced and taken a policy. The insurance agent came named mr. Sivanandham. He just like given a form and asked to sign in front of the bank manager he asked the detail regarding the medical policy. He just informed that it will cover all kind of medical expenses and got my fathers id and address proof and signature in that form, thats it and no other detail provided by that executive.

                Policy no. Pe00366886 / member id: ea00469950 sum assured of rs.1, 00, 000/- and now my father was affected by cancer in may month and the company asked to go for reimbursement and i have applied for the same and after 2 months they have declined the claim just informing that the cancer came because of smoking. From one year before of taking the policy my father was not having the smoking habit. And the agent was also not asked such deatils, if he asked such details and sure my father will inform and i have submitted the medical certificate to the insurance company stating that he was not smoker. Since he was not having the english knowledge to read the entire form. He have taken the policy only because of having the reputation on canara bank and words of bank manager.

                My father and my family was entirely disappointed. Since my father was poor agriculturiest while taking a loan he was convinced to take a policy. I was trying the agent for last 10 days he was not picking the phone and i request you to please investigate in this fradulent activity and help my father to take medication and now even my father was not able to speak properly you can come in direct to my home. I will be thankful to you if you take neccessary action. My father mobile no.[protected], mother mobile no.[protected] and my mobile no.[protected] and even my policy document came with wrong address

                  Hello, i truely have respect on bank employees but the incident i faced, it completely changed my perception.
                  My brother went to deposit amount rs.1, 00, 000 in my mothers account. Denominations have to be like 2000*38 and 500*48. But instead that he wrote like 2000*33 and 500*68 because my mother added 5*2000 notes and removes 20*500 notes where my brother not aware of this. Whatever, the final total should be rs.1, 00, 000. The cashier took 2000 notes for counting their the machine display not working so my brother checked cashier calculater than my brother asked why did u entered 38*2000 total rs 76000 he is not aware then cashier asked how many notes you brought my bother said 33*2000 he asked it for 3 to 4 times same answer my brother given then he calculated 33*2000 total rs.66000 then as fast as he kept amount in draw without counting 500 notes. Then calculated rs.500 obiously these notes will be les, he given this amount to my brother to check then my brother came to notice that rs.10, 000 missing. He asked the cashier he used his intellegence and made my brother to correct the slip (Submitted below). This happen before lunch. After lunch we went bank asking this happened pleased checck the cashier but the assit. Manager not responed properly. We asked the cashier why you calculated rs.76000 he answered "i calculated cions". Tell us when a customer standing at cabin and his amount were in counting machine how a cashier count coins at that time. We returned home. Next day we went expecting manager might be present but still absent we asked assit. Manager he called cashier asked he said "the amount is previous customers". We asked assist. Manager to show cctv footage, we thought the problem will be solved here the cctv may capcture the digital numder of counting machine but footage is worst than a super market footage. We can't find a clear face of person standing near cabin how we get a digital number. Banks must have to notice if cctv works properly clearly the problem would be solved on spot. But we submitted return complaint. After manager presnce we went bank the manager asked he asid the same answer "previous customers" then we asked to get whole days deposits list with slip to calculate whose denomination gives total rs76000. Manager checked and said no one have denominations for rs76000 then manager asked us time i talk to the employee we gave time and again we went to ask about what happened even the manger supporting the cashier. This is unlawfull and we need quick response.
                  We went talk to the manager but he didn't respond properly. Problem not resolved and manager trying to close this issue, at the time complaint we heard if the problem not resolved at branch office it will move to some higher level and their comes some employees investigate issue and try to resolve. But till date we didn't receive any response from the bank. So, we realise its completely a game playing from the branch employees.

                  Make sure this problem must solve as soon as possible. We submitted all the proofs, letters below. Please reffer and acknowledge.

                  We are not going to leave this issue because this is not to be happen mostly at rural areas where mostly uneducated people leaves. Iam educated complaining you but not every customer take this step due to lack of knowledge.

                  My family went to complaint on local police station against the issue this is truely cheating a customer. But i explained them that we go with a complaint at consumer complaint forum they do solve our problem. If not we take other step.

                  Please please solve this issue because we value even rs.1 but we lost rs10, 000 just because of cashier unethical behaviour.

                      Had to do an urgent neft transfer. 2 ladies here in canra bank openly criticised me as to why i am doing neft from here to which i have no account.. Bank people are for services. We give then money for it... But i was ridiculed amount was just 350...                           My daughter at the age of 16 years had opened an account with mumbra branch of canara bank. Unfortunately she died at the age of 18.5 years. On making enquiries for claiming the deposit amount of around rs.25, 000/- by the only natural guardian who are the only legal heirs of the deceased, we are shocked to to hear that the branch staff asking to provide guarantee / surety / witnessess from 8 (Eight) individuals out of which four indivual should have average deposit of rs.30, 000/- each in canara bank itself? It means, we have to provide guarantee / surety of rs.1, 20, 000/- for the claim of rs.25, 000/-???

                              Sir on[protected].. I have used atm of carporation bank branch dhariwal distt gurdaspur... I request to machine for 10 thousands... But about 10 minute its processing takes place.. Then i have cancelled the carry on processing. There is no any message about money i received but when i checked my balance 10000 has been washed away in air... Time was near about 2.40 pm. Yet now i shall not receive my money back. My atm is of canara bank gurdaspur city branch

                                At ambarnath west branch on 18th july 17 when i went to make dd i was told there is no slip to fill come tomorrow. When i went on 19.7.17 after completing my procedure bank staff mr. Akshay told me it will take 24 hour come tomorrow when i requested him as you told by 5pm today itself. Then he shouted me take back your money back. We can't do.

                                  Today i was trying to transact 3500 rs from my account but due to not having 1000 rs note on that atm, my transaction was cancelled but after sometime i received a msg that my account has been debited with rs 30, 000. My account is a saral account. How it is possible for anyone to transact 30, 000 in one shot. My transaction was failed but money got deducted.
                                  Kindly take up my matter and help me get back my amount.
                                  I had contacted my branch but they are not even coperating just said to complain and then said that we have to wait till the cctv footage they get. Still i had regiesterd a complaint regarding this on my branch

                                    I have done a recharge of rs.402 on paytm on 16/07/2017 via debit card with no: [protected]. Due to some unidentified reasons the recharge was failed and i got a message from paytm informing that the amount has been refunded to my bank account. But till now the amount has not yet credited to my account. My a/c no: is[protected]. Please do find the below attachment for the proof. Hope necessary action will be taken regarding my complaint.

                                      We purchased for an amount of Rs.3, 095 at Pothys, Coimbatore on Dec 12 2016 via debit card. But the transaction was failed and so we paid by cash. But the same amount was deducted on 17 April 2017 for the same transaction from my account. We visited Pothys regarding this and we were following up with the axis bank for the refund of this amount . And they have requested the status of the ARN number. Can you please provide the status of it. Kindly look into this issue as its been a long time.

                                      I have do the online payment Rs. 3146 on dated 13 Jan'2020 Amount are deducted my account but not pay to bajaj auto finance. and then again I have paid amount Rs 3146 On dated 15 Jan'2020. now bajaj auto finance received the payment on dt 15 Jan'2020.
