I had a very bad and poor service experience with canara bank vyalikaval branch in bangalore. Waited for 1 hour to cash a checque. There were other customers including elderly people waiting for an hour or more to just deposit or cash a cheque. It was not that crowded. They had shut down one teller counter and operated only counter at the peak time of the day 10:30 - noon. The service level has to change. There was no regard for customers and the employees of the bank were taking customers for granted.

    I am using canara bank travel card here.
    On june 29, thursday, i went to withdraw some cash from atm, the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my account. I have tried mailing to everyone and even called the call center, but there was no reply. I am in a foreign land without money, and the customer care is useless. I have sent hundreds of mails but not a single reply yet

      I have deposited a cheque of sum of rupees in gurgaon dlf phase 3 branch on 6july 2017 still today date 11 july 2017 the cheque is not cleared, why this so enormous amount of time is taken for a cheque instead of opening account in canera bank i will open my account any other bank. This very slow even snail can crawl faster then canera bank employees or system.

        Cash deposit issue (Cdm) amount not credited in my account

I have deposited amount of 7000/- on date 10/07/2017 time:09.24.28 at canara bank cash deposit machine in srikakulam, branch id 999999, txn. Number 047086, kiosk id 183700 but amount will not credit to my account so kindly check my account resolve my issue.

        I have cancelled the order which i placed on amazon.in for which i paid ₹273 from my amazon gift card, and remaining ₹1526 from my canara bank debit card. As soon as i cancelled the order, i received a mail from amazon issuing that they have processed the refund. And i got ₹273 back instantly in my amazon gift card balance. 5 business days are deadline for this type of refund, which were over on 7th july, 2017. Today is 9th july and i still haven't got refund, when i contacted amazon, they mailed me a refund reference number:[protected], and told me that i should contact my bank, as they have processed refund, and it is not a problem from their end. When i contacted canara bank customer service, they told me that i should write a public grievance on canarabank.com. I wrote, but nothing came from their end. Then, i contacted branch manager of canara bank dabra branch, he told me that reference number given to me by amazon is not there in their system, as it has to be the number by amazon's client bank. Plaease help as soon as possible.

          I forgot my atm pin. Not able to operate my visa card for atm purpose. My savings a/c no.[protected]. My visa-debit card no. Is [protected], valid thru.10/23.
          Pls. Arrange to issue me a fresh pin no. To start using the atm. Also advise when you will be sending the new i-pin for my atm card. Or else guide me to do it on - line for new pin. Pls. Confirm.

          I had registered t. C. Vyabini mob. No. [protected] in your adayar branch for receiving sms for my salary account with rbi-besant nagar school. We had filled the slip and given photo as well. It is 2 months since, but we are not getting any sms. It is regrettable even after personally informing, people concerned working there is negligent. Pls. Ensure this is complied.

              The message that appeared was as follows:-
              Your fund transfer for Rs.27000.00 on 04-07-17 could not be processed. Please try later(IMPS Ref no.[protected].
              Moreover the Toll Free Number provided in the CanMobile Application is a mockery. Absolutely nothing comes out of dialling it. The automated voice processor asks us to hold as the line is being transferred to an executive but it never happens.
              Kindly resolve soon.

                                      I have four deposit with canara bank rly road batala brach, brach official didnot co-operate me
                                      Tds has been deducted @ 30% which is not applicable for individual these kdr are since 2011 & i am submitting 26 g every year during month of april to claim tds exemption. I have two sb a/c on one which was closed on 25/09/2015 that is 22545. And second one joint with my husband & son. Branch officer are not co-operating me and deducted tds on deposit.
                                      My interest is showing 26as yearwise as below
                                      Amount in rs.
                                      Financial year 2011-12 interest amount in 26as 16779.11
                                      Do 2014-15 do 6072.37
                                      Do 2015-16 do 33845.00

                                      But i astonished to this year no interest credit has been shown in 26as as i have submitted 15 g with the branch. I visited branch and came to know that tax has been deducted @ 30% that rate is not applicable for indivisual i lodged complaint canara bank portal but said pan card is not given by kanchan mala verma but your branch 26as of kanchan mala verma showing 2011-12, 2014-15, 2015-16 with my pan card details kdrs opened with different id which is contary to rbi rules renewed on same date as sequence no in running no. I. E[protected]/1,[protected]/1,[protected]/1&[protected]/1 opened on 01/03/2011 and renewed on13/062014 for 39 months
                                      I have already lodged complaint on pgportal. My pan no. Advpv2405q, copy of adhar card, pan card, and recent photograph of three joint holder has already deposited with branch as i received massage from bank. My mobile is already regd. With bank
                                      Before taking any legal action against canara bank i request your good self look into the matter reflect my kdr interest in 26as statement of income tax for the year 2016-17 anolg with tds deducted @ 30%

HOW THE BANK OFFICER HAS GENERATED 26AS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, INTEREST CERDIT WAS SHOWN IN MY 26AS. WHERE PAN NO IS MANDATORY.HOW CPGRS SAY THERE WAS NOT PAN CARD IN MY SB.A/C MY SB.A/C NO 2962 & 2ND ONE WHERE I AM FIRST A/C HOLDER KDR'S WHERE ISSUED FROM THAT A/C IT WAS CLOSED IN THE YEAR 2015, BUT KDR STAND IN THAT A/C.MOST BLUNDER MISTAKE OF CANARA BANK IS THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED KDR'S IN DIFFERENT ID WHICH IS AGAINST RBI/IT LAW ID SHOULD BE ONE FOR CUSTOMER.
                                      KINDLY ADVISE CANARA BANK CREDIT MY INTEREST & TDS DEDUCTED FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2016-17 SO THAT I CAN FILE MY ITR IN TIME.

                                      My complaint no.1718AE4403 WHERE OFFICER (TAX) ASSURED ME AFTER CONSULTATION WITH CA ÇANARA BANK WILL REVISE ITR AND GENERATE 26AS AND ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS ERROR IN SYSTEM BUT NO MAIL TILL DATE
