Sir,
I am your existing customer since last 3 years. I have all the business account with your bank and as per my knowledge my transaction are performing well. Mr. Vipin (Former manager) offered us for the od limit of ` 4 lakhs against our stock of ` 15 lakhs. And it operated very well up till now.

You had informed me about the tenability of account which is expired on 24.03.2017 and you inform me on 21.04.2017 through letter and taken a note from me that your limit will be extended for a month, in between this time you will submit your papers and clarify some queries and taken out cibill also and appreciated the cibill score & dealing with the banks.
But now on saturday 03.06.2017, when my other emi/ecs were going to present without any prior intimation, all of sudden you transfer the full amount ` 52000 (Leaving ` 102 balance which is less than the minimum balance) after banking hours, transferred to od limit. And due to this my all the ecs/emi/cheque returned while i have no fault. On the other hand we will be having daily communication on phone regarding operations of account. At least you will have to inform me once, that you will have to deposit the amount otherwise i am going to take such type of action.

Sir, this clearly indicates that you were intentionally trying to harass me, distorting the cibil and my banking track record for unknown reason. We were dealing with so many banks since last 15-20 years but nobody had done such type of act.

I am sorry to say but it is against the ethical behavior of banking.

    Today, after month I went at Canara Bank Meera Bagh branch, to get the entries in my pass book, today also they were making excuses that we will not do your work, earlier they were saying that we have server problems, there is no staff of this, we are too busy in other important works etc. Staff doesn't even try to understand the person's need regarding that particular work.
    I hope you will take some action.

      Hello its been 8 days but i have not received refund of my amazon order which i cancelled i tallked to amazon 75260827146013484945093 this is my refund refrence and everything is clear i talked to my bank and they said it will take more time i have already given them this much time and they are saying that i have to wait and wait there is another irctc refund which i have not revived yet. Date of cancellation:25/05/17 branch number +[protected] so its my request to please provide my refund as soon as possible and for irctc date of cancellation is 31 may 2017.

        I registered for new account. I got a message that your account has been activated. I went to the branch to collect passbook etc. Since only cashier was there and other person was absent they asked to me to come next week. When I went again the cashier is absent so the lady who was supposed to give my passbook etc was sitting at the cashier counter. The bank was empty. When I asked my passbook she said that she can't get up from there to give me. What kind of management is that? Why such lazy persons are allowed to work in bank. How is that bank have such kind of management

I was complain to this company and further complain to merchant ccavenue... And also complain your bank... But your bank not support me my money back for this issues...           It is submitted that the subjectcited dispute has been pending with CC Avenue regarding balance deduction in which the matter discuss with Merchant CC Avenue .and he told that the amt 3300rs has transfered to the bank vide ref transaction ID[protected] . Screen shot attached.so need contect with your bank for credit the balance in A/c sr no[protected] in the name of pankaj soni .

          You are requested to check the same ref transaction ID .and credit the payment in my above said amount at the earliest to avoid the further legal complicacy . As the dispute is too old .

              On 19/05/17 paytm mailed me that they have refunded the amount for cancelling an order and told it would take 7-14 days to reflect in my account since the process has to be taken by the bank.
              It's been 11 days and I see no sign of my refund.
              When i called paytm, they made sure they have refunded the amount.
              Then i went onto call canara bank and they say there was no transaction when i provided the reference number sent by paytm.

                Dear sir,

                Date 12.05.2017 i have applied for a demand draft for "india infoline finance limited" i have a slip but next day they made for "india infaline finance limited" after that my dd will be bounced but as discussed with my home loan company they suggest me for cancellation. I send my brother to branch but manager @gauravsingh insulted him and say.
                It's not my team fault, we will charge for cancellation.
                I got sad with them but i don't have another way, i said to my bro let them as well as with cancellation charge.

                After that they said to my bro
                Let you signature of that person before that it 'will be possible to cancelled.

                Next day 30.05.2017 i signed two signature on dd back side as well as sop but on time they denied to cancel,

                I'm totally unsatisfied with canara bank,

                What can i do?

                When i leave to my job i have to loss 600 rupees into my salary.

                    I went to Canara Bank UCMS & GTBH branch, Shahdara for opening a PPF Account, they asked to come after 3-4 days & till then they'll avail me application form. After 1 week, they weren't able to do that also. then I apllied online & got a reference no., & was asked to show that to the branch I mentioned in form, they'll check my KYC & process will be done.But when I reached there they told me to fill written form again as they didn't know...

                      I have bought a fitness band in the month of March 27 2017 and returned it the next day. Amazon has processed the refund on April 4th 2017. However, i haven't received my refund till date.

                            I am holding my saving account in canara bank vaishali nagar branch since 15th dec2016. At the time of account open branch gave me debit card without my name. I have never demanded immediate card even though requested my personalized (With name) debit card. (Proof as account opening form)

                            They told me this is mandatory to take card at the time of opening of account and after 3 months i can request personalized card.

                            I was so excited because this is my first saving account as become major.

                            Now i request for the same, they informed me that this is chargeable, only initial card is free. This is very disappointing for me and misleading information by staff.

                            Why should i pay now, when initially i asked free debit card in my personal name.

                            Kindly help me in this matter and issue me free personalized debit card.

                                With reference to the above policy, which was mishandled by your office and i was unable to claim insurance amount as when we followed up we were told without any good reason that my policy has lapsed. Fyi, i am the first holder so the terms and conditions should be as per my agreement.

                                Here are some of the reasons we strongly claim as neglect and irresponsible handling of the policy.

                                • policy was applied for on the 20th. March, 2014 and since i was on a pre existing sickness, was told that the lock in period would be 3 years (36 months) and would be able to make claims from the 4th. Year, which as per policy terms and date involved was from march, 2017
                                • for the last 3 years the premium was auto deducted from our account and the policy kept active
                                • only this year i had a call stating that the policy was due along with my wife (Policy no 120100/12001/2015/a004932/160
                                • member id [protected]) who holds a normal policy as initially we had a family plan along with my three sons.
                                • i told the representative from the bank that every year the amount was auto deducted and it should be the same this year as well as amount due was available in our account.
                                • i personally made a call to mr. Noel stating that mr. Sayesh was following up on the premium payments for my wife and self and that i had instructed him to go ahead and auto debit as it was done for the last 3 years and mr. Noel told me that he will speak to mr. Sayesh and after that there were no more calls or follow up on which it was assumed that the policies were renewed.
                                • upon following up on the cards which are still not received, we were surprised to hear from the apollo munich representative that my wife’s card has been renewed (Card still not received till date) and mine has not been renewed as it seems now to be a manual debit (After 3 years payment previously deducted from our account same time with my wifes) various calls to mr. Noel and the insurance co., representative, after 3 days was told the policy has lapsed and nothing can be done now and as such i will not be able to use or make claims against the policy.

                                Now here are points that we strongly like to claim as lapses on the part of the bank and the insurance co.,

                                1. How come my policy suddenly changed to manual debit wherein for the last 3 years it was auto debit as per bank records
                                2. If my wife’s card was renewed under auto debit, why is the card still not delivered to her yet
                                3. Where is the communication from the bank or the insurance co., stating that my policy is manual debit and they need confirmation from me or that there are no funds in the account, as there has always been funds due for the policy in the account.
                                4. Where is the notice from the bank/ insurance co., stating that the policy is due to lapse.
                                5. As per
                                6. I have delayed my hospitalization for a minor surgery hoping that something will be done as the above clearly proves that the fault is either from the bank or the insurance co.,
                                7. It’s a scam to cheat clients who pay on time and when we are able to make use of the policy such dirty tricks are used to state that the policy has lapsed…

                                We need a response from the concerned department of the bank or the insurance co., as to why we should not proceed and take it through a lawyer to the consumer

                                    I have try to take money rs.10000 from tmp bank atm machine at idindakarai - 627104, tirunelveli (Dt), tamilnadu. That time rs.10000 not come out from atm, but i have received sms, deducted​ rs10000 from my account from canara bank account. But i didn't take my money, i have complaint to security of atm.
                                    Please return my money rs.10000 to my canara bank account immediately.
                                    Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
