I am holding my saving account in canara bank vaishali nagar branch since 15th dec2016. At the time of account open branch gave me debit card without my name. I have never demanded immediate card even though requested my personalized (With name) debit card. (Proof as account opening form)

They told me this is mandatory to take card at the time of opening of account and after 3 months i can request personalized card.

I was so excited because this is my first saving account as become major.

Now i request for the same, they informed me that this is chargeable, only initial card is free. This is very disappointing for me and misleading information by staff.

Why should i pay now, when initially i asked free debit card in my personal name.

Kindly help me in this matter and issue me free personalized debit card.

    I have withdraw money of Rs. 400 on 22-May-2017 22:01:14, But unfortunately money is debited twice due to some error, I have waited for 3 days, but money is not refunded, I also contacted to customer care but not getting satisfied feedback.

      Re : mishandling of my insurance policy under apollo munich

      With reference to the above policy, which was mishandled by your office and i was unable to claim insurance amount as when we followed up we were told without any good reason that my policy has lapsed. Fyi, i am the first holder so the terms and conditions should be as per my agreement.

      Here are some of the reasons we strongly claim as neglect and irresponsible handling of the policy.

      • policy was applied for on the 20th. March, 2014 and since i was on a pre existing sickness, was told that the lock in period would be 3 years (36 months) and would be able to make claims from the 4th. Year, which as per policy terms and date involved was from march, 2017
      • for the last 3 years the premium was auto deducted from our account and the policy kept active
      • only this year i had a call stating that the policy was due along with my wife (Policy no 120100/12001/2015/a004932/160
      • member id [protected]) who holds a normal policy as initially we had a family plan along with my three sons.
      • i told the representative from the bank that every year the amount was auto deducted and it should be the same this year as well as amount due was available in our account.
      • i personally made a call to mr. Noel stating that mr. Sayesh was following up on the premium payments for my wife and self and that i had instructed him to go ahead and auto debit as it was done for the last 3 years and mr. Noel told me that he will speak to mr. Sayesh and after that there were no more calls or follow up on which it was assumed that the policies were renewed.
      • upon following up on the cards which are still not received, we were surprised to hear from the apollo munich representative that my wife’s card has been renewed (Card still not received till date) and mine has not been renewed as it seems now to be a manual debit (After 3 years payment previously deducted from our account same time with my wifes) various calls to mr. Noel and the insurance co., representative, after 3 days was told the policy has lapsed and nothing can be done now and as such i will not be able to use or make claims against the policy.

      Now here are points that we strongly like to claim as lapses on the part of the bank and the insurance co.,

      1. How come my policy suddenly changed to manual debit wherein for the last 3 years it was auto debit as per bank records
      2. If my wife’s card was renewed under auto debit, why is the card still not delivered to her yet
      3. Where is the communication from the bank or the insurance co., stating that my policy is manual debit and they need confirmation from me or that there are no funds in the account, as there has always been funds due for the policy in the account.
      4. Where is the notice from the bank/ insurance co., stating that the policy is due to lapse.
      5. As per
      6. I have delayed my hospitalization for a minor surgery hoping that something will be done as the above clearly proves that the fault is either from the bank or the insurance co.,
      7. It’s a scam to cheat clients who pay on time and when we are able to make use of the policy such dirty tricks are used to state that the policy has lapsed…

      We need a response from the concerned department of the bank or the insurance co., as to why we should not proceed and take it through a lawyer to the consumer

        I am Nihad Nazir, I had added Rs250 to my paytm account on April 30.But due to some emergency situatuion, I had to refund 250 rupees from my paytm account to my bank account on may 12, 18:07, But i have not received it till now. Its been almost 2 weeks but no sign of it. Please do something.

          I have try to take money rs.10000 from tmp bank atm machine at idindakarai - 627104, tirunelveli (Dt), tamilnadu. That time rs.10000 not come out from atm, but i have received sms, deducted​ rs10000 from my account from canara bank account. But i didn't take my money, i have complaint to security of atm.
          Please return my money rs.10000 to my canara bank account immediately.

            I, Gunvant Deshmukh CSIR_UGC JRF fellow joined in CSIR-NCL, Pune in June-2015. My Student ID is 125877. According to Gov. rule, I used to get 30 % HRA ( 7500 INR ) but From January 2017 onwards I`m getting 20 % HRA ( 5000 INR). Kindly pay the attention and solve the issue as early as possible.

            Because old card damage till not activated new card in inserting a ATM it's show error (invalid/unauthorized) 22nd may call on customer care explain issue. telecalling executive said one's visit on Canara branches office.
            23rd may visit @3.30 pm bank manager told within 4hr will be card activated...

            Received text massage on my registered mobile of debit of Rs. 9470.
            This deduction was did without any intimation. When I approached my service branch, they informed me this deduction is interest difference and found during audit. My question is only that my OD account was created in the year 2012 and audit of bank is generally carry every year. These mistake was made by an employee of bank, second mistake was did by auditors and third mistake of branch that have not informed me about this deduction.

                Hi sir this is to inform you that i am rajpreet kaur.
                I want to complaint about the refund of the product catwalk women blue sandals & floaters under the order [protected] by paytm online. They are saying is this that

                Our system shows that you have cancelled the order and amount inr 1048 has been refunded on 08/05/2017.

                Paid money by wallet is 359 rs
                By bank is 689 rs.

                I purchased product online from paytm and i paid few amount from paytm wallet and bank account and then i have to cancel my product. Then the amount paid by paytm wallet was refunded on the same day the amount which was paid by paytm wallet and other amount not refunded yet.
                The bank txn i'd is [protected] but this transaction not done yet. Please credit my account by amount 689 rs. Asap.

                  I have been given reference number for refund from amazon which canara bank says go to home branch write an email etc etc. Which is just we hav to provide reference numb n get transaction done bt it is on hold from many days why? I am really fed up calling canara bank again n again they ll put me on hold for 10 mins n cut the call. I want to file a charge dispute as soon as possible.

                              I have an account in Canara Bank, Mines 2 branch at Neyveli. My account No is[protected]. Account holder Name is K.Durai. Please note that I have withdrawal an amount of Rs.10000/ inTMB ATM at Vrithachalam on 11.05.2016 between 15.30 to 16.00 Hrs, amount has deducted from my account and I am not received amount or receipt. Before making this transaction I had withdrawal 5000/- successfully. Even after 4 days still amount has not refunded in my account. I had discussion with customer care they advised me to register online complaint. Please kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my money at the earliest.

                                I transferred 50, 000 rupees to allahabad bank hyderabad account (A/c no - [protected]) on dated 10/04/2017 at 10.15 am through online imps transfer,
                                Money got deducted from my account, but its not credit the same to the other party,

                                The Staff of Canara Bank Raja Garden Branch Delhi don't even know that how to work and one of the staff is paralised and he was not able to do work ans after that he was doing work. And other staff don't even behave properly with customer's.

                                Need to replace staff and strict action to be taken against existing staff.

                                    Sir, In 2009 I taking 100000 Rs agriculture loan ..the principle & interest total 380000 Rs will given to bank and clear to loan.. but your manager not giving the NOC ..
