Is cut from my account and when we contact with customer service the thay cut the phon with out lessons my complete information and this is cut at 31 march and it is not refund so please check it

    I have had an bank account in canara bank in indira nagar in bangalore, karnataka for many years. I am a usa citizen. My account information is

    customer id: 13266477

    they had made my account dormant for many years without my knowledge. I finally got the account reactivated. For the years it remained dormant and i received no interests.

    For the past few months i have been requesting that they include beneficiaries to my account. Also i requested that i needed a debit card because we are visiting india.
    The manager of the bank mr. Mahendra mahto keeps promising that he will get this done. I have talk to him over the phone many times and each time he promises to get this done but to no avail. I have sent him many emails but have not had any success.
    It has been very frustrating experience. I would like to know which authorities will help me resolve these issues.

        My name is Manoj I have an account in canara bank{Acc no.[protected]} and i have done a transaction through UPI APP {CANARA BANK} on 24th March 2017 at 10:43AM AND 10:45AM TWO TRANSACTION OF RS.10000 each but the amount was not credited to beneficiary account but the amount is debited from my account both time.         I request you please refund my money or transfer it to the receiver account.

I made written complaint on dt. 20/08/2020 about non credited the same in above account. The statement of PRAN not showing that transaction. Bank not tracing the same. Do needful to refund my amount.

          My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. I have been a SB a/c. of Canara Bank, Kundanbagh, Hyd. for more than 15 years. Some of the staff in this branch are very rude and even after escalating it to the TOP most Management, no action gets initiated and I think that EVEN THE TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORTS AND ENCOURAGES the staff to behave with its customers in rude and unethical way.
          For example, this staff Ms. Sudha has questioned me about having a Locker in this branch and asked me to hand it over stating that I don't operate my SB account on a regular basis. Canara Bank doesn't provide the locker free of cost and there is no link between operating your SB account and holding a Locker. When we asked her if there are any rules as to the number of times we need to operate our SB account, she said that there are no such rules but just wanted us to hand over the locker so that she said there are other customers who operate their SB account on a regular basis. This doesn't make any kind of relevance.
          When I escalate this with the senior management, leave alone any action getting initiated but there was no reply also in this regard but the Manager of the Branch asked me to forgive the staff and forget the entire episode, which I felt was not the way to handle such kind of rude behavior from a Senior Staff. This made me to assume that even the SENIOR MANAGEMENT try to support and encourage such staff who behave so rudely with the customers as if the bank is doing SOME FAVOR TO ITS CUSTOMERS.
          Also, I had to literally run back and forth to the branch to get access to my Net Banking multiple times and each time I visited I used to be given some excuse and finally when I escalated this issue with the Senior Management, the issue got resolved but there were few UNCALLED MESSAGES SENT/ MADE BY THE NODAL OFFICER (Hyderabad) MR. TV Nadamuni stating that I raise small issues always and escalate them to the Senior Management and try to even question the way CANARA BANK runs its system.
          1. Why has Canara Bank published or put in an escalation procedure ON THEIR WEBSITE wherein if issues don't get resolved at the branch or next levels, could be escalated to the TOP most Management. Is the escalation procedure just for EYE WASH OR NAME SAKE?
          2. If issues cannot be raised then why has the branches published statements stating that we could raise a complaint if we find any difficulty in getting the specific service within the scope of their service. If customers shouldn't raise complaints, the SAME SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITE AS WELL AS IN THE BRANCH STATING THAT no customer should ever raise any complaint henceforth and they will not be entertained even if they get raised
          3. Who decides (is it the NODAL OFFIER who decides) if an issue is small, medium or high? If so it must be published as to what is a small, medium or high types of issues? Without having the process defined, how come the NODAL OFFICER can make such kind of irrelevant statement and when I brought it up to the notice of the Senior Management, again there is no REPLY OR RESPONSE, WHICH OBVIOUSLY makes me to assume that EVEN THE NODAL OFFICERS ARE BEING ENCOURAGED AND SUPPORTED TO MAKE SUCH KINDS OF STATEMENTS BY THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND NO ACTION WOULD BE INITIATED AGAINST SUCH STAFF.
          4. Without my consent one of the Manager and a staff LITERALLY BARGED into my flat even though I told the Manager that I will not be able to entertain anyone to meet me at my residence to discuss all these issues but instead told that I can go to their BANK AND EITHER DISCUSS OR TRY TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. Despite this the Senior Management has asked the Manager and one of the staff to visit my residence and to discuss about the issues that I raised, which I felt was like a THREAT/ HARASSMENT/ ILL-TREATMENT FROM A BANK LIKE CANARA BANK.
          Finally, I wish to say that I have been harassed/ ill-treated and feel a threat now from the Bank. I think that even the Senior Management who are supposed to address the issues in a positive manner for which they get paid, have become a THREAT TO ME AND have started harassing/ ill-treating me. This includes the Nodal Officer, GM, Hyderabad and the staff Ms. Sudha from the Kundanbagh Branch.

                If you don't have money in your ATM why you should made so much Canara banks . I am living in BTM 1 stage in Bangalore but didn't get money within a 3 km of radius. If you customer care are not respond well then why should you give us a free toll number to contact that basters. I really hate you way to responses . I am getting frustrated with your fellow . I don't want this types of activity in my life by your side . So I am going to complaint against your customer care. They abuse me which is not good as I said.

When I got my pass book[protected] updated to-day, I noticed that it is paid on 27-03-17 wrongly to IDBI bank instead of to HELPAGE INDIA.

                    Hi sir, i am one of the canara bank account holder in kanyakumari branch.right now i am in chennai.i want to neft from chennai guindy canara bank branch to indian bank.eventhoughi gave a cheque and filled neft slip.i was refused to transact.afetr debating with them more they finally accepted to transaction.
                    Their reasons they said for refusing:
                    1.They will not do the work of other branches work of their own canara bank.

                    even manager and Asst.manager said the same to me.
                    please take the necessary action for misleading me with wrong information and made me to debate with them to further prevent other from becoming one of the victim.
                    Moreover they treat customers very badly, not answering corrctly, shouting at us and humiliating often.

                      The Canara Bank ATM near the Canara bank kk nagar, Chennai never has cash loaded. At ninety percent of the time, even before demonisation. Now it s even worse. If the ATM has a cash crunch always what s the point in enforcement of minimum number of withdrawal. This s a big issue in this ATM always. Please do the needful soon. This entire branch customer are suffering because of this

                        Hello I'm prasad.j and I have been maintaining my Canara bank account for 3 years. My a.c number is[protected] Visakhapatnam santhipuram branch. I faced an issue that i tried to withdrawal 2000 rs money from sbi atm and it's came like time out, i didn't recieve money yet i got massage from bank that money was debited from my account, it occurred on 23rd march, still money is not refunded to me . How should i get my money. I went to near of Canara bank and they told me that i have to contact my home branch and it's very far from my place. How it could happens, if it happens becoz of server problem, i should get refund and its almost been 4 daysI'm student and i didn't have even 100rs to have food and i don't have minimum bal to reach my home so plz check my account send my money as soon as possible

                          On opening pan card, it is seen that for the financial year a sum of Rs.35617.33 has been paid /credited on 30.05.2014 by Canara Bank Chavakkad Branch through TAN CHNCO1574G. In this connection, it is stated that I have never visited the said branch so far or operated in any type of account (Saving/Current/Fixed/Term etc). The last date of filing the return is 31 Mar 2017. In view of the above kindly verify the above facts and delete the amount reported to In come tax department immediately. My PAN Card No & Aadhaar are given for verification whether I have optered any account in Canara Bank, Chavakkad .(My PAN Card No.AIGPV6790E and Aadhaar Card No.[protected]. The Branch Manager may please be informed for deleting the amount shown in their TAN for the year 2014-15 in my account.

                                My name is pratosh kumar. I went canara bank jhunjhunu rajasthan branch to get cheque book. Employee name mr praveen nuniya was there. I asked him to give cheque book but he said u will get cheque book by post at ur address. I requested him that give me here because our area postman don't deliver cheque book on time and some time he never deliver. We have complained about him. After hearing this he started talking loudly and angry on me and said that everywhere post man deliver cheque book i will not give u and now get out from here.
                                I went to bank manager to complain about him but he said forgive him he is new.
                                After this he got more angry and said don't waste our time and go from here.
                                Is this attitude of an employee good for bank?
                                Please look all over the matter and take action againest him.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  We made an RTGS payment on March 14th for Rs 3, 38, 350 from HDFC bank for a beneficiary, to Canara bank and have attached the Bank statement copy, but the beneficiary says it's not credited to their account. We checked with the beneficiaries branch and they too said "Not credited, but we cross checked in another canara bank branch and they confirmed that it has been credited.
                                  Please confirm.

                                      I am Revanna. Having od account in canara bank jalahalli branch (branch code CNRB0003195). From beginning we have good transaction in od account and every month paying interest and all without due. Also stock statements. Before my od limit was 7 lakh last year November I asked to extend my od limit to10 lakhs. For that manager took 4 months time. Her intension was to ask bribery from us. Finally she extended of limit to 10lakh wen we agreed to give commission. But wen we couldn't give bribe amount to her, she started giving torcher like blocking our account without reason and bouncing cheques which given by me even though we have sufficient balance in my account. If I question about this with her means she talk with me very rudely and irresponsibly. Oly her intension is to pluck money from us. And she is pressuring me to take some big amount insurence policy. From that also she get commission from agents. Wen we failed to fullfil all her demands, she started troubling us like this. This is not only my problem every day she do quarrel with bank customers. Please transfer this corrupted manager and give us a people friendly officer like earlier madam. Please do the favour as soon as possible. Thanking you
