Bank employees forget that a customers of a bank is also like a god. Because without customers bank can't run.in india when the currency change procedure was cerate at that time to till this moment all banks customer are faced trouble & harieshment.in this time withdraw payment, create a new a/c, it is very big problem. Because of currency changing program, but main point is that in this critical moment bank employees always do help the customers of all side, unfortunately our bank employees can't do that, they behave like unqualified man, the bank employee voice like they want to dominate the every customers of the bank, but we are not a unqualified people in this age, we understand the behave of bank employees. For ex - when a village old people/unqualified ladies come into the bank (Where old people/unqualified ladies didn't know the procedure of bank formalities) in that time every employee of a bank, their first duties to know the problem of customers/ they want to help them with a suitable voice, but our bank employees naver do that, they speak loudly, like dominate to us.
Over all this is not a write process, this situation basically create in north east of assam, like sivasagar, dibrugarh, ghy. Etc... Kindly take a necessary step for all bank employees, & get a training that how to behave a customer. Canara bank is a reputerd bank, in this type of employees behave... Are continued... Than oneday canara bank going to down position compared of all other banks.
