I withdrew an amount of 10000 from Canara bank atm at vijay park maujpur delhi on 16 feb 2017 using Canara bank atm card but only 19 notes of 500 came out...i got message of 19k withdrawal but i got 500 less i kept on waiting for 500 re note using another card but of no help...Then i went to Canara bank rohtas nagar branch n submitted my complaint but till date 500 rs.hv not been refunded in my account.. plz help

        I have used my account to buy a test series through online costing 3999 rs

        For the amount of 3999 being debited by the bank debited 7998 rs from my a/c. Whereas my bank a/c at that time didnt have 8000 rs, the bank made a overdraft to my a/c without my knowledge. (Services which i didnt opt for either)

        I have filed a wriiten complaint at the branch, there was no response from them, it been over one month from the transaction date.

        I request the concerned authorities to solve the issue and kindly credit my a/c with the 3999 rs (Which was wrongly debited)

          The registrar, kolhan university, chaibasa - 833202, had issued my all of total 34 remaining certificates of rgnf on 09/02/2017 after a long time. After that i went to the canara bank, main jamshedpur, jharkhand - 831001 and informed the nodal officer to upload the certificates on 20/02/2017. But the officer could not open my profile to process. My id:[protected]/rgnf-st-jha-9891 is not shown in the rgnf student list (Session: 2011-12). Please give me right information.

            On 07.03.2017 at about 1.40pm i went to canara bank, loco more burdwan to inquire about my atm card for which i have applied 3months ago. But the bank manager asked me to come after 30 april. I requested to him to give me the atm card as soon as possible. He daid he would serve the new application, and not bother aaaabout old applications of 3 months ago. When i asked him about the reason for this he became very angry, and said he would not give me any service from this bank and would block my account and asked me to contact other banks which is a serious defficiency of service. He is angry short tempered person.
            When i asked the manager to show me any reason (Notification, circular etc for higher authority), he humiliated insulted and illtreated me.

            Therfore i pray, before your goodself to take appropriate steps against the bank manager/officer so that i get my redressal.

                I am waiting for refund from flipkart and paytm that was initiated on March 7 and March 3 respectively and the amounts are ₹401 and ₹247. Kindly do the needful. I hereby attached the reference numbers for the transactions.my account number[protected]. Whenever I order and return I am waiting so long for the refund amount and I have to make complaint every time.This really waste my time.

                  I am abbasuddin khan residing at kelepara, ghargohal, pursurah, hooghly-712414, i have a permanent aadhaar enrollment center at dehibatpur (Panchanantala), pursurah, hooghly-712414 and i am enrollment operator. Till date i enrolled 3500 application for aadhar.
                  I know from uidai guideline that e-aadhaar is same value with original aadhaar. As per rbi notification (Rbi/2013-14/510dbod. Aml. Bc. No. 100 /14.01.001/[protected]Know your customer (Kyc) norms /anti-money laundering (Aml) standards/combating of financing of terrorism (Cft)/obligation of banks under prevention of money laundering act (Pmla), 2002 –recognising e-aadhaar as an ‘officially valid document’ under pml rules) e-aadhaar is valid documents.
                  But nearest my enrollment center have a canara bank (Kelepara branch-branch code-5169) the manager of this branch not accept e-aadhaar, for account opening as a valid documents. He misguide many of e-aadhaar holder this e-aadhar is duplicate, fake. Forge because there have not father's name. E-aadhaar holder complain me about this matter.
                  Please suggest me what i reply them who refused by manager of canara bank, kelepara branch.

                  Please answered me about this question...

                  If i lost my original aadhaar, have any way to recover that original aadhar.

                  If answered is no. Then take necessary step against branch manager.

                    My 2 imps transactions of rs.3900 were unsucessful through canmobile app. An errror ocurred, "conncetion with server not possible". And later the amount got debited from my account. But it is not credited in the other account. So please refund the amount in my account
                    . Kindly help me. Their reference nos are :[protected][protected].
                    I have sent a screenshot of that transaction. Those two transactions of rs. 3900 failed.

                      Bank employees forget that a customers of a bank is also like a god. Because without customers bank can't run.in india when the currency change procedure was cerate at that time to till this moment all banks customer are faced trouble & harieshment.in this time withdraw payment, create a new a/c, it is very big problem. Because of currency changing program, but main point is that in this critical moment bank employees always do help the customers of all side, unfortunately our bank employees can't do that, they behave like unqualified man, the bank employee voice like they want to dominate the every customers of the bank, but we are not a unqualified people in this age, we understand the behave of bank employees. For ex - when a village old people/unqualified ladies come into the bank (Where old people/unqualified ladies didn't know the procedure of bank formalities) in that time every employee of a bank, their first duties to know the problem of customers/ they want to help them with a suitable voice, but our bank employees naver do that, they speak loudly, like dominate to us.
                      Over all this is not a write process, this situation basically create in north east of assam, like sivasagar, dibrugarh, ghy. Etc... Kindly take a necessary step for all bank employees, & get a training that how to behave a customer. Canara bank is a reputerd bank, in this type of employees behave... Are continued... Than oneday canara bank going to down position compared of all other banks.

                        My father Mr Giriswamy s/o Yankappa A/c[protected] is admitted in sicu in hospital.He is suffering from pancreatitis and requires further stay in hospital.So he is unable to withdraw money.Please solve my problem as soon as possible i am Shridhar s/o Giriswamy his younger son .He does not have any debit card or cheque book.We need money for further treatment.Bank manager not giving permission to transferring his money for further treatment even we showed her his original medical certificate of from one of the reputed hospitals ie yashoda hospital somajiguda, hydrabad telangana. Even giving letter and witness of two already existing account holders in the same branch.

                        I complained head office of gulbarga district branch and bangalore branch. But there is no response from them . I met to bank manager many times regarding this. But manager is a bad women . She is not performing her duty . My question is that, ' What is the management of this nationalized bank' and what is the solution or procedure for this problem . The faulty is the branch manager, such a dumb and irrespective woman. Also i complained in all head offices no body giving proper solution to my major problem. So please we worried a lot about withdrawal of his money for further hospital charge shake. So

                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a action against branch manager and all head offices officers for their irresponsibility duty within the next two days.

                          My mother requested for an ATM card on her account with Canara Bank, Peenya Branch, Bangalore around 3 months back. At the time of the request, branch officials said they do not have an ATM card in their stock and asked her to wait for a week. So she went to the branch to collect the ATM card next week where she again received the same response that they are out of stock and the cards would arrive only next week. She has been doing the same thing now for almost 3 months and they still do not have stock. There is no one in the branch who seems responsible. We discussed the issue with the manager Mr. Kamat and told him that we want to deactivate the account if they cannot provide good service, for which he said that the issue will be taken care of. 2 months passed by after this; however there seems to be no impact of even bringing in the manager to get the issue sorted. A useless manager and his team of hopeless employees do not seem to do a thing other than shouting at the customers and passing time chit chatting with colleagues. I request the concerned person to look into this issue and help us get an ATM card.

                          Again the same response from bank that they are out of cards!! Worst part is the bank doesnt even have a proper grievance addressal system. I called up their customer care to raise a complaint and went on to quote the account no. for which they surprisingly said that they do not have access to account details and asked me to call once I am in the branch so they can talk to the branch officials directly!! Seriously!!! This is the way to address grievances??!!!

                          Till date I have not received the ATM card..I have no words to say...This is the worst bank I have ever seen. They are not even considering my account closure request!!! Heights of lazyness!! I dont know why the bank pays its employees for doing nothing and just whiling away time without listening to customer's grievance. I have raised many complaints on this site against various vendors and all of the issues were sorted on time. This is the first time I am seeing that an issue escalation on this site hasnt worked!! Hats off to CANARA BANK and its hopeless service!!!

                            I have written to the Bank on 8/2/2017 stating that my wife visited the ATM o[censored]nion Bank of India, Maurya Enclave, Delhi on 5/2/2017 for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 10, 000/- but only Rs. 200/- was disbursed and requested to credit the balance amount of Rs.9, 800/- may be credited to her account. Another letter dated 20/2/2017 was also written but till date the amount was not credited to my wife account. Here I mention that the Union Bank has settled the claim but till date the amount was not credited. On every visit the Bank employee who is sitting on help desk told that please wait for 7 days but one month has gone no result found so far. Hoping for a favourable decision.

                              Pepperfry had initiated a refund on 3rd Mar 2017 and told me I would be getting the amount before 10th Mar 2017, it is way past the date and they say that they have initiated a refund of 4704 rupees with the bank reference number[protected], when I called canara bank customer care for checking the status four to five times, they would take the details and say they could not check the details on the server, I mean what the h*ll. Someone address this issue in a resolved manner at the earliest.

                                  Do u organise bank or any other fisherman market... U people dont know how to maintain a bank... U must look your offize staff first... Manager, co workers everyone speak a filthy language... Yes ofcourse its a rural area... U people only give proper response to those people... Who give the rights to raise ur voice. U people cum forward and look other banks... Not at all a bank... U just see the grocery shops... Shame on u...

                                    We wish to encroach a few of your valuable golden time for poor women agriculture family SHGs.it is not a complaint it is a grievance latter to put on your table for genuine consideration.

                                    We are SERD NGO workings for the last 25 years and operating self help in Madurai RO and Thirunelvi RO in Madurai circle office.

                                    In Manjoor Canaran Bank bank branch 52 SHGs paid their loans and waiting upto one year and above.SHG's leader approached branch manager several time for loan to shg, but manager told them to bring NGO representative then he told to the group leader there is no act to give loan to SHG so you go anywhere to Complaint me like he said every time.then it is not my fate to give the loan to shg so unable to give loan to shg.in addition to that he is not interest to service to the public.
                                    In my question is where we go to submit our grievenience?you are a CGM please to take necessary steps to this poor agriculture family women self help group, they are all depending the branch last 10 years and repaid fourth linkage to the bank waiting for fifth loan still one year.we are ready to submit before your table on all group loan repaid documents for your kind ready reference.
                                    We have sent mail to GM, DGM circle ofice madurai.
                                    We had been met branch mager in manjoor branch last week with ShG's group leader.he told us unable to give the loan to repaid groups go anywhere complaint me, who's father's money i give the loan to you.if you want to close the savings account, today give the letter to branch then i will give the closing letter to you.you go other bank to open acccount like he told us.it is not healthy reply, we had felt at that time.Always use unofficial words.
                                    If you want enqutiry in branch we can bring all group leader before your investigation at any time.All groups are depending agriculture family in rural areas and operating sb account in this branch.but he refused the group finance even though many groups paid their dues monthly wise and they are waiting further linkage every month nearly 20 groups for further loan.the branch manager to tell the group leader to close your savings account and go other bank not give loan to this branch.why waiting for loan ? here like he told. This word was very fed up.we are support to repay the loan to the branch and follow up every month.if they give further loan to paid groups step by step then the groups are interesting to involve group activity.

                                      Its renuka from Kodaikanal.
                                      I'm having account in canara bank in Kodaikanal.
                                      I did imps transfer through mobile banking on march 1st, 2017.but the transaction data connection failed nu.
                                      I did 2 times.amount taken from my account but not credited to the person.
                                      I complaint to branch through mail n phone.but not got my money.
                                      Pls refund the amount as soon as possible.
