I am working as a P R O in a multispeciality hospital in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu. Last week i went to the palayamkottai branch to get new cheque book for our Doctor. I gave the current cheque book counterfoil for getting new one. the person incharge told me come after two days. After two days i went to the bank the person is not there, so i want to complaint to the manager. More than 10 minutes there have no respense from the manager. I am totally upset. The service is not satisfy.

Wrong behaviour by staff member with account holder.
Sir I, M S Chandra Sekhar, murithottathil (H), Govt. H S Road, Muvattupuzha-686661, Ph. No [protected] have a Saving A/c in Muvattupuzha branch. In this branch no printer for passbook printing and not working the ATM center. So we are suffering very problem.

On[protected] i using my debit card to swiping for payment. but payment was not done due to some technical issue but the amount was debited from account of Rs.1850/-. Please do go through the information given by below and do the needful to refund the amount deducted

    I have used CanaraBank ATM card in ICICI atm machine on 9-Feb-2017.
    I have got the message, the amount has been debited(RS-2900) from my account but in ATM i got network error message. Usually when i get this message the amount will be credited back in maximum of 1 or 2 days. But this time i still its not credited. Please credit the amount back.

      Dear Sir,
      On 12.02.17, I have transferred an amount of Rs. 3000/- through Kotak Mahindra Bank IMPS system vide their Ref No. 68456350 and UTR no.[protected].
      But I have done a mistake, that is the account no put as[protected] instead of actual no. as[protected] though the IFS Code put as CNRB0003253.
      Now I want to know that if the the IFSC is not matched with the account number then whether the amount would be credited in the transferred account or not.
      Kindly help and advise me accordingly what to do, though I shall visit Canara Bank Dadra Br. by tomorrow regarding this problem

          Dear Sir
          Here I, Himanshu am writing regarding the amount (Rs 4000) that has been debited from my account number[protected] from saving account dated 21/12/2016 I have to
          transfer 4000/- from my account to Paytm account but it failed it is
          not transferred in my Paytm account but debited from my account. Sir I
          have also waited till today but all is in vain and there will be no action about my money transactions I have also contacted my concerned branch but there were asking that this case is solved by head office sir I am suffering from a huge problem and this case also take two months .
          So it is the humble request to you to look into this
          matter and solve my payment issue others wise I will take any another action.

            Canara bank team,

            I'm prateek kapoor customer of canara bank, a/c number[protected], virtual address of my home address - f-1815 sec-49 Sainik colony faridabad, i have made one transactions for transferring funds to other a/c through phone pe application on 8 feb, 11:23 p. m, but transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back in, the transaction was inr 10000 to a/c number-[protected], i want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account,

[protected] and made payment through online to the Nestaway rental homes which is through citruspay gateway for Rs.6, 000/- on February 2nd at 9:59AM. However, the Nestaway has confirmed that they have not received the amount.i have also attached the failure message screen shot as well.                   I sent Rs.20000 to a/c no.[protected]sbt by canara bank upi from mya/c no.[protected] on 1/02/17 but transaction failed l tried once again transaction failed but again Rs.20000 debited thus totally Rs.40000 debited from account the amount Rs.40000 not refund credit to my a/c upto this date I also compaint toll freeno.[protected] also taken a written compaint to my canara bank branch

                  I have recharged through paytm with 110 ₹ and my transaction failed. My money are deducted from the bank and I also got the message. When I complainted on paytm they mentioned that they did not recieve any money and told to enquire the bank authorities. My order number is [protected]. Kindly give back my money.

                    My mother-in-law has deposited four lakh under Senior Citizen Savings Scheme at the Canara Bank Branch, Baruipur (3401) on 17.10.2016 and one and half lakh on 05.11.2016 respectively. The interest was due on 31.12.2016 for both deposits. When I have contacted the Branch Manager, he said that he has nothing to do except forwarding the complaint. He has taken details of the deposits and other relevant information. After that I have the branch...

                          I want to bring to your kind attention that the employees working in Canara Bank, Dr. MGR Educational Research Institute, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095 are irresponsible and reluctant in their functioning. Particularly the ladies staff of your bank are making people to think that how to close the account and shift to another bank by their treatment to the customers. Please understand that this is not healthy practice.

                          IF you are not taking any actions against them, I will forward the same message to CM Cell, Tamil Nadu, RBI Complaint Cell, Finance Minister Complaint Cell and finally to the PM Cell.

                          Kindly treat this matter in war foot basis because many individual customers are affected by the worst behavior of your staff.

                            The service provided by Canarabank Mandaveli branch is extremely poor. The bank starts at 10am but the counters open only by 10.15 am.The normal account holders are not given proper treatment/ service whereas the local medical shop, grocery shops, paint shops are given special service.
                            Nobody takes responsibilty including the lady who is a deputy manager. Most of the people have been in this branch for long years and must be immediately transfered and new set of staff should be appointed.

                            I do not know how far you will take my complaint seriously. Anyway i am slowly withdrawing from the account and strongly recommend to my neighbours in our 24 flat building to shift to some other bank.

                              Here I, Kuldeep Jaiswal, am writing regarding the amount (Rs 3500) that has been debited from my account number[protected] on 13-Oct-2016 during net banking. I have booked two tickets of Haryana Roadways bus through net banking but transaction failed. However, the money got deducted from my account. The details of the tickets are:
                              TECHPROC[protected] and TECHPROC[protected].

                              I have contacted bank authorities and they have tried to resolve the issue but failed. Bank manager has been very supportive and is constantly helping me in solving the problem. I have all the applications that have been mailed to above authorities regarding the same.

                              Please resolve the issue and let me know the documents you require .

                              Here I am, Kuldeep Jaiswal, writing regarding debit of my account number[protected] through net banking with Rs. 3500 on 30-oct-2016. On 13th Oct, I booked two tickets through net banking in favor of Haryana Roadways. The transaction failed, however, the money got deducted from my account. The ticket numbers that I booked are - TECHPROC[protected] and TECHPROC[protected].

                              I have complaint regarding the same in the Canara Bank (https://bankifsccode.com/CANARA_BANK/PUNJAB/RUPNAGAR/MOHALI_IISER_CAMPUS) of our Institute INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, MOHALI (IISER-Mohali). The bank manager has been very cooperative and has mailed to the above authorities regarding the issue. But we did not get any response.

                                  I went to withdraw some money from a nearby ATM(BOI ATM), as expected my transaction got failed I tried twice both the transaction got failed.

                                  But the Money got deducted from my Account.

                                  So I tried calling the Customer care([protected]) for more than 2 hrs, luckily got connected with the IVR.

                                  After pressing all the digits in my keypad I got connected with the Customer service IVR, which requested me to hold for a while as their agents were busy.
                                  I was hoping to get a response from the other end, after few minutes the call got disconnected, with a IVR response "Thanking you for calling the CANARA BANK Customer Service".

                                  This #### happened 3-4 times.
