Deposit retracted

I deposited 500×36=18000rs in canara bank account through deposit machine on April 1st 2022. I got a receipt showing deposit retracted. The amount is not yet credited in my account. Please resolve the issue. Its an emergency.

Dear sir jab bhi canara bank, Branch-civil line Rampur up pin 244901 jab bhi canara bank merai ghar sai kaafi door hai jab bhi passbook entry kai liye jaata hu to entry nhi hoti hai kabhi machine kharab hai kabhi staff ka banda nhi hai entry karnai waLa. Sir badi pareshaani ki baat hai aadmi apna kam chor kar bank jaata hai par kaam nhi hota hai 4, 5 din ho gye bank kai chakkar kaat tai huai magar entry nhi ho rahi hai.machine kharab hai. Phelai machime khud sai entry karnai waali thi wo bhi inhonai hta di usmai banda khud passbook daalkar entry kar laita tha lakin koi zimmaidaari ka kaam nhi hai or yai customer ko acchi seva nhi dai pa rahai hai plz sir aapsai anurodh hai kai is bank mai passbook entry ki machine lagwaye or yai jo khud printing machine chalatai hai usko theek karwaye . Apki badi kirpa hogi thank you very much...
petrol bhout mehnga hai garib admi kya krai itna kaafi petrol phook jaata hai bank jaatai jaatai.

    Canara bank payment gateway-i have done a transaction from vahan website for paying mv tax of Rs 3911- for my motor car with regn no TN12m0551 on 24/3/22. Vahan website is showing pending with canara bank for verification whereas in my account the has been debited but the payment gateway has not returned success status to vahan. Its still pending status I am not able to take my tax receipt.

      I, the undersigned, Mr. Mukesh K. Patel, Admin. Officer, (Govt. Employee) having (Salary A/c) saving A/c. with your Majura Gate branch, Surat since 1998. My Account No.[protected]

      Following are my grievances and I got no support/Cooperation from your leading officers, who are public servants and come to the aid of customers.

      1. Debit Card which expired on 30.07.2021 and applied for new card issue on 03.08.2021, card issued but not activated, I had to visit for 4 days for the card activation procedure. The concerned officer’s (Priti Madam) service was not good.

      2. I applied for an education loan for my daughter in Sept-2021, required papers were submitted. After 10 days, I was called and then again called with my daughter, and then one again called. In the end, I received a reply that the education loan is not payable as in the stated foreign country, Canara bank is not listed there. Mr. Dipendra Sir at first instant should have known the procedure of education loan whether given in the stated abroad city. Should have told me first and not wasted my time as the visa process for my daughter was due.


      3. Also visited your branch on 15.03.2022, 16.03.2022 and 16.03.2022 for making a new Fix Deposit purpose. It was noticed/Observed during the bank hours, the customer services are so bad in this branch. Staff of particular officer level, Mr. Dipendrakumar (Manager) was not behaving with customers properly.

      4. He has to work as per all customer satisfaction and not as per customer personality. Which was noticed by me. I also observed that other two lady officer were also not polite and always giving excuse to come next day, other day, excuse like Printer not working, Server Down, System down,

      Kindly note that I do not have any grudges with any person. But you can imagine, if such a type of behavior with public sector officials, (as was in my case), then what can be expected of an ordinary/uneducated client who comes for any help/assistance.


      I hope such type practice, not aiding customers, looking into the urgency of certain customers and not sorting their issues urgently, will be discontinued immediately and look forward to cooperation from your full staff.

      Also note that the chief Manager is very cooperative and helped to solve the issue but unhappy with the service of 2 other officers.

          Unwarranted CGTMSE charges on mortaged loanCollateral is kept as property papers and yet CGTMSE fee is being charged.
          As per CGTMSE rule, if property papers are mortgaged, CGTMSE charge should not be charged/applicable.
          Kindly look into this matter, total of Rs. 60000 has been charged so far as Rs. 20000 fees per year. No proper explanation has been given to this erroneous charge. It was told to me that it was a one time charge when I took this loan, and since then they have been deducting it every year.
          Kindly look into this matter and provide refund of erroneous charges.

                  My name is rajesh kumar. A canara bank coustmer from gohana, sonipat branch. An amount of Rs 33, 026.62 was deducted from my account no.[protected]xxxx on 20th May 2021 as a payment of credit card. How that can be possible my credit limit is only 18000, and I already paid the bill which was pending. An excessive amount of 33, 000 deduction has financially hit me hard. I request you to please return the amount with appropriate rate of intrest as it has been 1 year and my money is still with bank. Please help me out and do the needful at the earliest.

                    Not able to change my canara bank scholars fellowship portal(SFMP) password

                    I am a student of phd jamia millia islamia and have qualified jrf in the year 2020.Few days back on scholars fellowship management portal(SFMP) i tried to change my password using forget/unlock password option .But whenever i tried to login into my SFMP account using the one time password obtained on my mail id, it opens up an unknown error occured page.I am unable to access my fellowship account from several days.Kindly solve my problem...

                    Without any proper reason and without any prior notice canara bank charges me multiplie times for ECS RTN CHARGES. I had loss my money 3570/- rs. When I went to my bank's branch and asked about what is happening with my account and where my money was going they said your money was deducted by EMI'S COMPANY. But my EMI's last installment was paid at September 2021. Then how can that EMI'S company deducted my money ???now also my account balance showings as -2233/-. pls help me i want my money return back?

                      I am unable to log in into my canara bank student corner account. I was able to log in few days back but now it shows error. I have also tried changing my password but this did not help. I am a NET JRF scholarship holder.

                          My EMI dates are 2nd of March every month. Due to late salary my account could not be maintained with balance on 2nd but all EMIs are cleared on next day. Canara Bank has charged 590/- per EMI account twice which is around 3600/- in a single day.. on the evening of the Holi Celebration. I condemn this action and want refund for the same. At these times when people are struggling with expenses there are such banks who deduct charges which are not acceptable. At times your services are not up to the mark and u are deducting unnecessary charges. Very poor behaviour.

                            In our Mangalore usually senior citizens are given respect and help but my parents had a horrific experience in Canara Bank Kadri branch of Mangalore. My dad who is 70yrs old was made to stand in long line to draw money and finally lady staff tore the check and started yelling at him. If there is a process then they can explain in respectable way. Instead she yelled at him even though he never said anything back rudely. My mom had leg pain she too was made to stand in line finally the staff at cash dispenser counter tore the check and yelled unnecessarily.

                                    Since yesterday, I'm not able to login into my Account. While trying to login, suddenly a window pop up requesting change your password as you are a new user . I tried forgot Password/unlock password many times, the system sends Password on my email but when I use that password i couldn't login my account.
