    I am Holding S/B ac no xxxxxxx 011901, Mulund Camp, Mulund west, L B s marg, Mumbai - 80, at present residing at Tollugunge, Kolkata utilizing Bank _ new Alipur Branch . I update my Passbook 28/11/16 was shocked to see that there was withdrawal on 1500/- in favour of India pest Control dated 18/11/16, when complaint to New Alipur branch it was told that sice your main branch is Mumbai speak to them and a mail to sent to both about holding the bank transaction for some time which was done .Simultaneous Mulund Camp was spoken about that but the strange and rude behavior of the bank employee Mr Rajinder was really shocking and alarming that canara bank has such type attitude staff in the bank . he was least bother to solve any problem instead was not at all concern that a amount has been will happen withdrawn from a customer account stating its a smaller amount and it is possible it can happen stating as " HUMAN ERROR". i even told him i will com[plaint against him he said i can complaint to any body nothing will happen

      We are having a current account with prahladnagar branch, ahmedabad. We have the top most cadre of current account with all facilities and where minimum balance of 1 lakh has to be maintained at all times. Still, we are able to carry out only 10 neft transactions per day. Inspite of repeated requests, the same has not been changed. The bank staff is not aware how to increase the "number of transactions" that can be done through neft per day in our account. Apart from this query, the new bank branch manager is clueless in almost every question that we ask him. Standard reply is "humko idhar koi rights nahi hain". Nor does he bother to give us the contact of the person responsible to increase the limit. Recently, the new reply given by the bank branch manager is "demonetization ki wajah se limit 10 hai". How can the neft limit be affected due to demonetization because there is no rbi circular that restricts neft limits after 8th november 2016. It is requested to take this matter strictly other wise we will be forced to shift our account to some private sector bank.

        I have deposited chq on 25th Nov (Vijay Bank Chq), but Bank has submitted that chq to UCO Bank for clearance. See what banking system we have in India. Chq got returned. But Bank has chargned returned charges on me. When i am calling customer care no one is responding.

        This case who will take the responsible, there is no issue from my end. why you guys are charging Chq return charges on me.

          i have loan ac in the name of jay dhyani in canara bank shivalik nagar branch haridwar, for the past 2 months bank is deducting excess instalment and when i am sending mail to my branch they are saying they are contacting their dit department . and its over a month and no reply receiving from them, nobody is telling me why excess emi is deducted from my account

            Canara Bank/TANGEDCO Branch/Mount Road won't accepting the other Canara Bank Branches Cheques. Already suffering without cash for medicine, food etc in this situation this action of that bank is correct... is there any rules or amendments are araised?

            This action push the people in much more bad situation. kindly take necessary action on this.

              In this India's current currency problem customers face a lot of problems. on 28.11.2016 at TTPS branch more than eighty customers are in one Que. I represent Manager to operate one more counter. He refused. On that day they operate only one counter for receipts and issue. No tokens were issued to cutomers. After one hour they operate one more counter. In TTPS there are 3000 employes are working. This Branch is only for TTPS. The Branch manager has suitabily instructed.

                  Hi,

                  I have been trying to get my debit card issued via the Vyalikaval branch at Bangalore, and none of the staff is helpful or has the courtesy to speak on the phone.

                  I requested a debit card to be issued on the 26th of October 2016 and it has been one month since and I have still not got a debit card.

                  The staff in the bank are extremely rude and scream back at me if I ask questions.

                  I have been ringing on the number +[protected] and not a single staff has bothered attending the call.

                  Extremely frustrated and want to lodge a complaint against the bank itself.!

                    I just wanted to link my debit card to the PayPal account. in bank no one seems to know about PayPal so i tried calling customer care. customer care number is always busy. after trying for so many times the call connected but got disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Ive been trying from many days, really getting frustrated now. hope i get some responce from your side.

                    What does this mean?

                    Why is my amount deducted ?

                    How can it be refunded ?

                    How can a bank deduct amount without prior notice?

                      After prolonged visiting Canara Bank they are not opening bank account .Even value documents they are pending the file for 3 months now they say they have subordinate shortage.After prolonged mental agony I complain this issue behalf of my father.The form for account opening is 20.09.2016 is submitted to bank.Enquiring about the issue to branch manager elumalai his response was bad.he asked me to open some other bank after letting 3 months pending.Is bank service a service sector.Is psu bank can reject opening account on there willingness.Is right of the citizen to get into banking sector

                          Canara bank branch in Vellakoil ( Tiruppur district, Tamil Nadu) is not providing any cash for withdrawal after completing the Fixed deposit due date. Initial they are providing only 2000 for one day for withdraw from our account ( though reserve bank has allowed withdraw limit as 10000), but for the past few days ( from last Friday onwards) they are not even providing any amount. How many times should we need to visit bank to withdraw our deposited amount.

                          Even they are not accepting to enable the internet access or debit card. So not sure how we can withdraw our amount. Worst thing which is happening always in this branch.

                              Visited canare bank in tirupati renugunta road branch recently for email id updation as well as cash deposits, such a worst service form the cashier, she is directly denying to accept the cash which was printed before 2005, same was intimated to manager same response from him, but as per rbi guidelines customers can deposit the cash which printed before 2005. And till now no email was updated, unable to login to internet banking.

                                Issue cards to all account holders if it is a joint account. Presently you issue only one card per account.
                                If you want a corrupt free India, digital India and just for practical purpose to encourage cashless productive country you need to change your policy. How do you expect an account holder to manage with one card if both parties need the card at the same time?

                                  I am trying to repayment of my house loan using canara bank INTERNET banking, but from past 3 days Retail Repayment option is not working on canara bank INTERNET banking.

                                  I tried with browser IE, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It was working fine earlier with IE, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome but from past 3 days it's not working. Kindly Check.

                                    Being a Bank Account holder of Indiranagar Canara Bank and a Senior citizen eniquired with the senoir manager (Unnikrishnan VP) of the non payment of cash since a week Upon which the serurity (Thimmiah) Of the bank Abused me in bad language and tried to hit me and pushed me out of the bank. Such indeceny and inappropriate behaviour is very depressing and disgusting. I Kindly request you to immediately terminate such employees and take action against him.

                                    On Enquiring with the seinor manager about the no cash payment since a week the watchman thimmiah interfered and abused me in bad language and tried to hit me and pushed me out of the bank. Being a senior citizen and an account holder of the branch for a long time such behaviour is very disgusting and depressing. I kindly request you to take action against this bank employee immediately .

                                      When i visited canara bank to withdraw money in tumkur branch ...they spoke very rudely and asking us only to shut up by one sikh employee and are very irresponsible and they have considered themselves as king, they have switched of fan and AC for customers only office people use them ...they have not kept any person to maintain crowd and no one is there to help village people who are unaware and all are speaking in hindi and english which local people cant understand nobody is there to help people and manger has failed to look into such things and very irresponsible ...i ecpect some action needs to be taken on the employee who have behaved rudely and manger who doesnt manage things properly
