I have a Saving Bank account No.[protected] in Canara Bank, Nehru Ground, N.I.T., Faridabad, I have taken Home loan of Rs. 28, 00, 000/- on 12.09.2016 Home loan A/C No.[protected] from Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, Haryana. I had completed all the formalities of bank regarding ECS and other relevant documents etc. The EMI of home loan is Rs. 23, 956/- I was having an amount of Rs. 27, 478/- in my Saving Bank account No.[protected] in Canara Bank, Faridabad. The Canara bank R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, has deducted complete amount i.e. Rs. 27, 478/- from my Saving Bank account No.[protected] however, EMI is Rs. 23954/- I received a message from bank that your balance of saving account No.[protected] is zero. I immediately contact to the Bank Manager. He said that bank has deducted it as insurance premium. I was shocked and surprised that I have never purchased any Insurance Policy. This bank has not given any information/ documents regarding Insurance Policy / scheme. The bank official stated that must pay penalty charge, penalty charge interest, penalty charge on zero balance and other charges. I said to the branch manager that, I am not in position to purchase such type of policy under any scheme. I had made request to Bank Manager (Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, DP Code 3322) to release my money Rs. 2524/-, But Bank Manager refused to release Rs. 2524/- money, which has been debited by the bank from my Saving Bank account No.[protected] without my consent. Yesterday, (21.11.2016), I have received a message on my mobile from bank – overdue of Rs. 26111/- as on 18.11.2016. Please help me to get release my money Rs. 2524/- from Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad and waive off penalty charges and also stop harassment, mental torchre made by bank officials.

Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Perintalmanna Canara Bank Branch manager has no responsibility about whats happening in the bank. Government declared one account holder can collect 24, 000 Rupees in week. But, bank manager allows only 4, 000 Rupees for per account holder. Bank ATM is not working for 3 weeks. All other banks provide withdrawal theough their ATM counters. But, Canara Bank Perintalmanna has not been facility to withdraw atleast 2, 000 Rupees in a day. ATM counter is dead or manager does not try to make it good. Sir, what to do at this circumstance? B
