Mujhe malum aap aam janta kitna bhi complaint ker le per aap log koi action nahi lenge aur na koi enquiry kerenge jab tak ye baat p.m modi ji ke pass na pahuch jaye..fir bhi hum apko sachet kerte rahenge..Mr.moin ansari jo canara bank.main kaam kerte hai aur unka.attendant mr..sajid jo daily wager hai dono corruption ker rahe hai... apne landlord jinhone canara bank ko.zameen.kiraye per di hai unke.saare kaam.jaise paise nikalwana, cash jama ker wana dhadelle se chal raha hai..banking hours ke baad unke saare kaam ho rahe hai..hum pata pada hai aur aap direct puchiye logo se ki ye dono log logo.se paise.kha rahe hai..banking hours ke baad log bank.main aate hai aur.paise leker aur jama kerke jate hai aur aam.janta ko sirf 2000 hazar rupees diye jaa rahe hai aur mr.ansari janne wale logo.ko 10 thousand tak de rahe..ye pakki khabar he aap.banks saare record check ker wayeye since 11/11/2016, aur yehe herket aaj 28/11/2016 ko bhi hui hain.. Mujhe lagta hai mr.ansari jaise log modi ji ke itne ache action badnaam.ker rahe.hai aur isper action hona chahiye ager canara bank aam.logo ko harassmemt aur corruption se bachana chahti hai...jai modi...regards modi ji ka bhakt...

    Sir, bank manager always quarrelling with customers and making thousand issues everyday. He does not allow us invest money after 2 pm. Whats the proper time for investing, withdrawing money? Plz tell me. Sometimes bank manager quarrels n scolds we costomers. I think, its not a private bank and manager gets his salary whatever he does or not. I'll be insisted to cancel me n my family members account because of him. Kindly consider my request to make your Perintalmanna branch manager a good person to customers

    Perintalmanna Canara Bank Branch manager has no responsibility about whats happening in the bank. Government declared one account holder can collect 24, 000 Rupees in week. But, bank manager allows only 4, 000 Rupees for per account holder. Bank ATM is not working for 3 weeks. All other banks provide withdrawal theough their ATM counters. But, Canara Bank Perintalmanna has not been facility to withdraw atleast 2, 000 Rupees in a day. ATM counter is dead or manager does not try to make it good. Sir, what to do at this circumstance? B

      The manger gave the money his known person and have not proper management to cash widthrawal line. And also says that it is not my responsibility to manage the customers. I know how to manager gave the money his known person. Please check the all bank details in 8 Nov 2016 To today, if action has been not taken on manager, i admit the petition form RTI. Same copy of complaint send the Finance Ministry of India.

        Due to demonetisation the customers in bank has significantly increased whichbhas created rush in the bank. For every service we have to wait 4- 6 hours from Deposit till the withdrawal if ₹ 24, 000/-... Please provide adequate no. Of staff with sufficient equipments so that service could be provided on time.
        Hy im a customer of canara bank jamshedpur telco 831004 and the lady staffs over here is very rude if any person ask them any questions the reply them very rudely brief answer they dont give, this shuldnt be done disatisfied with the stafff

          Cheque not cleared when deposited

          I had deposited my sirs cross cheque from state bank of india panvel branch in my account in canara in kalina on 21st nov 2016 mrng and till today no message on my registrered number nor any response in the bank after standing in line but i am loosing my 1 year of my studies only because my cheque has not yet been deposited in my account after giving the bank executives on 21st nov 2016, what is the bank doing are they playing with time and...

            Yesterday (26/11/2016 at 7.25pm) i bought 500grams of sweet for rs.400.00 with my debit card at kanti sweets, no. 138, t c palya main road, anandapur, k r puram road, bangalore 560 036. It was declined. Again swiped and again declined. So i paid cash and bought the sweet. But when i saw the message today, at 7.06pm, on26/11/16 rs.400.00 was debited and again 7.27pm, on26/11/16 rs.400.00 was debited. So kindly credit me with rs.800/ which was wrongly debited to my account.

              2 Months back I had deposited my old debit card with below branch which was not working and had applied for a New Debit card.
              i'm facing too much problems due to demonetisation and not able to purchase important items. It is matter of surprise this card has not been issued for more than 2 months. Very very service.

              I Had visited branch several times before 8'th Nov, 16 but no satisfactory reply given and the Call Centre person are not attending complaints for the Debit Card, they are only handling the issues of Credit cards.
              Since I'm a senior citizen, and facing problem in transaction of my money.

              ICICI bank had issued within 3 days of my debit card but Canara Bank has to improve their services.

                I lodged a complaint on 22/11/2016 against Mohit Kumar of Mandaula branch, Ghaziabad regarding demand of bribe against exchange of currency notes, but I am sorry to say that no action has been taken against him till date moreover he got to know about the complaint, and now he's threatening me that how will I get new notes from the Mandaula branch.

                I have gone for cash withdraw 3 times. Everytime employees said that there is no cash left. Finally 4th time Only 1000 rs are given, even after standing in long queue. Government has allowed rs. 24000 per week. Employees are saying that there is no cash.

                  I visited T NAGAR BRANCH CHENNAI 17 TO DAY 24.11.2016. The pass book printer kept outside ATM room is not working and in side the Branch there is Board that pass book PrintingPrinter is out of order. I tried to lodge complaint with their Chennai Circle office customer care nobody responded and disconnected the phone line. There is no cash to pay for the customers. ATM dispenses only 2000 rupee notes. No pass book printing No cash No 100 rupee notes in ATM .Very sad situation. Worst customer service. NO CUSTOMER CARE.

                    I yash verma account holder of canara bank went yesterday (24/11/2016) to canara bank for reiisue of my ppf passbook and updation of my new mobile number, on enquiring about where to submit application mr. B. S pangti started treating me as illetrate person he started yelling at me on asking about where should i submit it, knowing that he might be frusted that time due to work pressure i ignored the issue. But today 25/11/2016 again he repeated the same behavior on asking him that sir has my passbook arrived i was shocked seing his behavior and people near by him told me to avoid as he treats every second person in same way.
                    O i here want to bring in your notice to take the valid action for this kind of behavior.

                    I visited your Saravanampatti branch on many occasions to deposit the old notes and draw cash since 10th Nov 2016. I never heard any public or the customers making noise in the branch since the service was really superb. Right from the Senior Manager to the sub-staff everyone was cool and worked tirelessly despite the continuous pressure of work. I am proud to have account with your branch.

                    I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to all your staff members of the branch in handling the customers and also the general public in an exemplary manner.

                        I palak grover holder of[protected] was using atm sbi in area ayodhya chowk rohini new delhi. The balance was deducted from my a/c on 23-11-16 at 14:58pm & reference no[protected] or txn no - 4782 and i didn't received any cash from atm machine and i also submit an application in my canara branch rohini sec-5 new delhi.

                          I would. Like to draw you attention about a big problem that poor and general peoples are facing from canara bank in nagla patwari, aligarh since 11/11/2016. Kindly do the enquiry and take strict action after reading below. Mentioned problem clearly. An employee. Mr. Moin ansari of canara bank is very corrupt person and dont. Know how to handle customers also. This. Person is inviting the known and rich peoples. After closing the bank gate and doing deposits and withdrawal. Of money. He used to say all general customers that no money is available. And closes bank at right time. But then why he is inviting known and rich peoples after banking hours to do their works like depositing and withdrawing. Money through cheques and also exchanging money of them.. Ultimately means he is doing corruption. For him all poor peoples. Are bad. He is taking tea and breakfasts in bank from. Neighbours in bank only.. If you want you can check cctv cameras of banks.. As this person. Is doing the work of peoples who are doing chaplusi.. We are very sorry to say that this kind of peoples only making mr. Modi missions in problem. And. Exploiting poor and general. Customers only...

                                Today i went to the branch in sector-16 rohini for exchanging money but the environment over there is very bad they are not at all ethical in their approach to deal with the customer. people in queue were abusing them cos of their behaviour. and also they were not exchanging currency of other branch customer. they said that branch manager has given clear restriction on not to exchange other branch customer's currency.
                                also the RBI limit for withdrawal through cheque is rs 24000 but they are allowing only rs 10000 to every person whether he is entitled to 20000 or 24000 but they are giving only 10000.
                                these people working there is taking their jobs for granted they are against the concept of CSR. we as a layman only complaint against them its you whosoever is responsible for taking action against the branch can ensure the effective intrnal control should be followed.
                                the same complaint i posted on fb and twitted on pm online blog for complant lets hope for best that some responsible person will see to it.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,
                                    I have a Saving Bank account No.[protected] in Canara Bank, Nehru Ground, N.I.T., Faridabad, I have taken Home loan of Rs. 28, 00, 000/- on 12.09.2016 Home loan A/C No.[protected] from Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, Haryana. I had completed all the formalities of bank regarding ECS and other relevant documents etc. The EMI of home loan is Rs. 23, 956/- I was having an amount of Rs. 27, 478/- in my Saving Bank account No.[protected] in Canara Bank, Faridabad. The Canara bank R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, has deducted complete amount i.e. Rs. 27, 478/- from my Saving Bank account No.[protected] however, EMI is Rs. 23954/- I received a message from bank that your balance of saving account No.[protected] is zero. I immediately contact to the Bank Manager. He said that bank has deducted it as insurance premium. I was shocked and surprised that I have never purchased any Insurance Policy. This bank has not given any information/ documents regarding Insurance Policy / scheme. The bank official stated that must pay penalty charge, penalty charge interest, penalty charge on zero balance and other charges. I said to the branch manager that, I am not in position to purchase such type of policy under any scheme. I had made request to Bank Manager (Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad, DP Code 3322) to release my money Rs. 2524/-, But Bank Manager refused to release Rs. 2524/- money, which has been debited by the bank from my Saving Bank account No.[protected] without my consent. Yesterday, (21.11.2016), I have received a message on my mobile from bank – overdue of Rs. 26111/- as on 18.11.2016. Please help me to get release my money Rs. 2524/- from Canara Bank, R. O. Sec. 21/C, Faridabad and waive off penalty charges and also stop harassment, mental torchre made by bank officials.

                                      I used my debit card on19.11.16 for a purchase of Rs 7476 from A.R .A.S Chevrolet service centre at Nagercoil.The amount was debited from my account but not credited into the beneficiary account.But I made the payment using a cheque .So please take necessary steps to credit the same into my account as early as possible
