My wife soumya had called on your alathur branch this morning to urgently transfer rs.22000.00 to my account with csb, coimbatore.

She was rudely turned off advising to go the respective branch since he has no time to cater to customers of other branches. This was very shocking because mangalam or palghat branch is about 20 to 25 kms. And advising a lady to go so far was something he should have considered. Now she is forced to take leave and go to mangalam to make the neft remittance.
I request the concerned officials to take up this issue and ensure such behaviour is not meted out to other helpless customers.

    My wife joined mcom course and we had applied for education loan in canara bank padmanabh nagar branch. First I enquired about all documents required and went to bank with all required documents I was asked to open account. After opening account manager was on leave for next 2 weeks and was asked to come after that when he returned he was busy with either field work or leave for another three days then after submitting all documents I had to follow up for another week to get approval from manager. After approval it's been almost 2 weeks am still not credited with loan. No response also from manager totally frustrated and in no hopes. Please help me

        I had gone along with my father VP. Gangadharan Nair who is 91 years old to Canara Bank Kumaraswamy Nagar, Sholinganallur, Chennai today since it was published in the Newspapers that pensioners would be accommodated for cash withdrawal/Exchange. Since he did not have a cheque book, cash withdrawal using withdrawal slip was denied since the branch was different. We showed the officials the AAdhar card and the passbook but to no avail. Moreover old notes of Rs.500/- also could not be exchanged since the officials mentioned that they have not received any instruction from Head office. Though we support demonetization and the drive against black money, we feel that at least elderly people should be given some consideration since cash is required for medical emergency etc.

        However we did not argue with the officials since we understand the tremendous pressure the bank personnel are under.
        I cannot also understand why withdrawal slip cannot be used with an aadhar card and passbook within the same institution.

          Dear all,

          I am sudarshan v having my sb account in canara bank vijayanagar branch, bangalore from past 14+ years.

          I withdraw rs.2000 cash in vijaya bank atm, vijayabank headoffice, bangalore on november 17th 2016 early morning 3:45 am. When i am back from office (Working in night shifts).

          However i was not able to get the cash from atm and after sometime when i enquired security person, he informed that atm is not working properly and some couple of people faced the same issue. But my s. B a/c balance got debited from my account (Received the mobile sms with sequence#[protected] and didn’t get credited back sms.

          I have also given written complaint to canara bank – vijayanagar branch on the same morning at 10:30 am and was told by manger that it will get credited back within today. But still my balance is not reflected. I called so many times to customer care – and there not ready to take up the complaint and asked me to write an email.

          I would sincerely request the concern people to look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

          I still trust that my hard earned money of rs.2000 will get credited back to my account and now 2000 is very important at this situation.

            Dear Sir,

            I have my savings account in your bank with Sector-16, Rohini Branch but due to sheer disappointment, the services has always been very very poor from this branch especially the branch managers that are posted here. As I want to apply for Passport, I wanted to get my passport size photograph attested on the bank passbook for which I applied for leave yesterday. In the morning when I visited the branch, the security guard said “ madam abhi nahi ho payega kyunki abhi sirf cash ka kaam ho sakta hai .. to which I said that this is simply attestion work “ to which he said ki madam branch manager is the only authorized person for this and he is very busy. You may come in Evening at 5PM for the same to which I ensured twice and he said ki hum aajkal raat ko 11 baje tak bhethe hai so you may come. At 5 Pm when I went there, wherein My half day leave was already turned to full day leave he said ki branch manager ki wife ka operation hua hai to woh ghar gaya hua hai so you may come after half an hour. At 5.45 I reached once again and asked for the attestation to which the new branch started abusing the watchman and said ki jab man mein aata hai ye log muh uthakar aa jata hai .. shutter girao re..dhai crore rupaya ginna baki hai ... ye sala koun ginega.. wherein I requested and told him ki I have taken leave, my salary got deducted, I came thrice for work and you being a government employee you cannot give such answer to which he said ki abhi koi kaam nahi hoga... baad mein aana... “ Is this the way your employees are behaving. If there is any change in Government policy why the general aam aadmi is been harassed for a simple task to attest photograph on passbook and on top of it the managers are behaving ruthlessly as if they own the branch. The watchman and security guard forcefully closed the shutter and locked it whereas the staff was sitting inside. I lost my one day full pay because of all this and still my work is yet not done.

            Look forward to an action from your side on priority basis otherwise I will be left with no option rather than withdraw services from your bank if the managers are not willing to work and abuse us. The previous branch manager Mr. Singhal also used to be non available at times due to his personal work and we were asked to wait till his arrival. His pet answer for the grievances were 1] diwaro pe parche laga rakhe hai wahan se padh lo 2] yahan staff kam hai aur kaam jyada. kaise karu.. and Now this new branch manager.

              This is Santhosh G belonging Kerala palakkad district.6th time i visited your canara bank Anakkatti branch today for an account opening.Still the formalities not yet completed. Also I didn't get documents of above said account. Everytime your staff said that come after 10 days or a week. Every customers facing the same issues. Today only One staff sitting in the cabin and One sitting in cash counter and more than 500 customers waiting in the branch and two wheelers parking inside the branch. I will attaching the supporting documents also. How can they manage this rush situation. We are villagers this is our nearest bank also we need a good customer service. They are treated like customers are idiots. Staff shortage is the main issue. Everyday only One or two staffs handling more than 1000 customers. Your staffs are providing a cheap customer service. It's cheaper than a local financiers. They are more better than yours. I visited more banks and your other branches also. They all providing a high class customer service. We don't need a high class customer service, we only need a good customer service. Also lot of issues facing the customers. One example mentioning here, customers came for not exchanging they are not given new currencies they allowed for deposit the cash on same day.customers will get new currencies on the next day. This is our humble request to please provide us a good customer service and depute some genuine staffs to the branch this is our kind request. Please forgive me for any inconvenience caused...

                In the branch a man who is old about 60+ years and handicap with polio a leg, he is come in the branch at 4 days regular but the manager is not hearing his problem and now the manager say today "get out, i don't help u, don't tell me your problem, i have no time, i also make the handicap certificate and i fold my leg and show i am also handicap, now you get out and not share your problem with me 'bhag jaoo'" this is the manager language.

                    I have a saving account in canara bank meham branch but the manager ekta bangar not response any customer complaint and not change the currency at proper manner i am a heart patient but there is no any other queue for senior citizen n handicapped person, the manager did not response any complaint, cash available in bank but she have no proper manner of cash distribution m not be liable for visit bank daily she distribute only rs 2000 per person but government approved rs 4500 per person but oher bank issue full cash rs 24000 per person but canara bank issue only 10000 per person

                      Actually i need a help form someone else short out my issue, I've forgotten my ATM card password is there any way to get it? Is there any chance to recollect my password via some other way without going to my home branch? Am asking only because I'm living out of my home for work, and it too difficult to reach there. Please let me find any other way to get back to me ASPL.

I am working as accounted we are have 4 account in your bank some time regularly we making transaction depend our market. What is my complaint is. You have branch in stock exchange tower 2nd floor no 51, j c road, 1st cross bangalore-560027, in this branch one of your worker
                            (Name mr. Madhu) he dont know how to talk with costumer not only me its all most costumer complaint. We are also have self respect you konw now a days so many bank are there. That people also giveing good serves k. First give taring to your employee to how to behave with costumer. Every single costumer and every single rupees also have value if take a action is better if its continue i will make video and post in social media.

And he expired on 20/07/2016.I already submitted all required Documents as requested Canara bank Branch Thadur dated on 07/10/2016 the Branch Manager clearly informed it will take maximum 20 days process time to claim my father locked agri gold loan and SB account. The branch manger Send my documents on 24/10/2016 Legal section Chennai circle office. They are not approved till date and I ask they are not responding my call arrogant & ignorant also at times. My father barrow Jewell to my neighbor they are forcing me, they need urgent. Kindly approve my father account soon.

                                I m account holder of canara bank i used atm of bank of badoda on 28/10/16 two times and try to withdrawl 3000 rs but due to server problem i didint get the cash i tried two times but didnt get the cash afterward i m shocked to see that 6000 rs has been deducted from my account im providing the details of atm .

                                  I had withdraw 10000rs on 31/6/2016 from atm sultanpalya, bangalore.
                                  I recieved 19 no 500rs note and one 100rs note.
                                  Call customercare for complain same day, they said visit nearest branch, when visited to sultanpalya branch, they say to visit home branch were account maintained. which little far. if same happen when drawn outstate then how one ca travel to his branch. nationalised bank work process is slow they core banking but does not give service in otherbranch. like private banks way this service not available.
                                  And how the atm machine mix 100 and 500 notes, bank employee or atm employee mixing this.
                                  I this fast world cant one go to bank, so this atm, onlinebanking providing more revenue to country.
                                  Please take action accordingly

                                    I want to draw your kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behavior. This is not the first time they behave like this and i am not the only one who is disappointed with their poor service, they look towards the customers behave with them in a very strange. They kept customers waiting without any reason and always busy is gossip. I[censored] ask them any query they would not listen you always busy in gossip, canara bank is giving them free salary for sitting there and gossiping.
                                    Extremely rude staff and one most important thing in this branch all employees are ladies so they don't give a damn to any one.. Plz take action against them otherwise they will ruined the branch business
                                    Plz recruit some men staff in the branch.
