I m account holder of canara bank i used atm of bank of badoda on 28/10/16 two times and try to withdrawl 3000 rs but due to server problem i didint get the cash i tried two times but didnt get the cash afterward i m shocked to see that 6000 rs has been deducted from my account im providing the details of atm .
1 atm cash -1FDAGR3 50969 -BOB AGRAUPIN-28-28/10/16 TIME20:27:35SHOWING WITHDRAWL AMOUNT 3000RS

at both time i didnt receive the cash please refund 6000rs in my account no[protected]

    I had withdraw 10000rs on 31/6/2016 from atm sultanpalya, bangalore.
    I recieved 19 no 500rs note and one 100rs note.
    Call customercare for complain same day, they said visit nearest branch, when visited to sultanpalya branch, they say to visit home branch were account maintained. which little far. if same happen when drawn outstate then how one ca travel to his branch. nationalised bank work process is slow they core banking but does not give service in otherbranch. like private banks way this service not available.
    And how the atm machine mix 100 and 500 notes, bank employee or atm employee mixing this.
    I this fast world cant one go to bank, so this atm, onlinebanking providing more revenue to country.
    Please take action accordingly

      I want to draw your kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behavior. This is not the first time they behave like this and i am not the only one who is disappointed with their poor service, they look towards the customers behave with them in a very strange. They kept customers waiting without any reason and always busy is gossip. I[censored] ask them any query they would not listen you always busy in gossip, canara bank is giving them free salary for sitting there and gossiping.
      Extremely rude staff and one most important thing in this branch all employees are ladies so they don't give a damn to any one.. Plz take action against them otherwise they will ruined the branch business
      Plz recruit some men staff in the branch.

        Sir I am the customer of your bank (bic-6092, ranigang branch bihar) having saving A/C no[protected], ID[protected].

        I have opened this A/c before 9months and given deposit (fixed deposit) of Rs. 125000/- and submitted all the document PAN card, voter id, driving licence as kyc but the branch has not given me any passbook or any deposit receipt ...I have requested to branch manager to plz provide me passbook or deposit receipt but they have passed 9 months having said ll give you wait wait...

        but now I want to close my account due to not receving my passbook n deposit receipt...again manager is not responding... I have given my all kyc document to verify my details with my account opening details even I m submitting here also ...I am really disappointed with his service...plz I want to get back my money ... kindly pay attention towards my complain...

        Sir I have talked to branch manager but now he is ignoring again even he is not telling how much time they will take ...I have urgent need of my money...he is ignoring from 8 month...in this duration I have requested many time to him but not getting any response...kindly help to get my money
        I am surya prakash rao from pithapuram in pithapuram branch i went to the bank for presenting a cheque . but one of employee in pithapuram branch he is telling that why you came to the bank for not writing the cheque number also he is newely joined from srikukulam and service is not well. please recify the problem.

          I am drawing pension from the above bank since Nov'2013.
          I have noticed that many times my pension is not as per the calculations. In between I also noticed that I was not paid the pension for continues three months. For this reason I started maintaining my own record. A copy is attached herewith (Appendix A).
          Now, govt have declared 7th CPC. Thanks to the bank for paying the new scale and arrears in time. But the new pension and the arrears are paid less.
          As per calculation my pension shall be:
          14910(Basic Pen) x 2.57 = 38318.70 rd off =[protected]Comm)=32356
          Kindly refer Appendix B for this.
          You can see that I am paid with Rs 30, 933 in Aug'16 and Rs 30, 360 in Sep'16.
          On inquiring from the bank I was told to submit a complain to this effect which I did on 9th Sep'16.
          Till date I have not received any reply as how I am paid with less pension.
          I thus request you to kindly look into the matter and pay me the correct amount and the arrears.

            I had today visited branch to withdraw cash from the bank but the lady cashier refused to give the cash saying that signature is wrong as per records, later i signed again, then the bank staff verified with the records n said its ok cash can be released but the lady cashier again refused to give the cash and treated me very badly therefore hurting my sentiments n my prestige issue .

            I am very much disappointed with the lady staff n request you to take necessary action against her or i have to approach reserve bank of india .

              Today our Accounts Manager went to bank to withdrawal cash for the purpose of salary distribution of workers. On cash counter he refused to provide cash by saying him that you should have intimated earlier to withdrawal cash there is no cash without intimation. After that our manager talked to bank manager regarding the same. Even the bank manager talked very rudely & he refused directly to provide cash. The Bank Manager said that i do not care if you want to withdrawal your current account. Although We are the regular customer of the bank but now we want to withdrawal our current account if you do not take any prompt action.

                  Dear sir, i am a small business man having an account at canara bank giddarbaha branch, i was interested in taking a study loan for my son who is willing to go for abroad studies and for this concern I visited the above given branch and provided all the required documents to the branch manager, she further asked me to get the L.S.R and after all this she called the person who estimates the value of the property.He came to see the property and charged 2500 rs for this and just after getting the money he said " The Bank can't give loan against this property because it is divided between 2 to people " and when I asked for a return of rs 2500 he refused to give saying "I won't give you the money!! I was harassed through the process of getting the loan and paying money unnecessarily and also my son's future is at huge risk as his classes will be starting by end of the September. I might be unable to get loan now or get it at very high rates, the manager was provided all the documents with all the details of the property which she asked for and then also she called the valuer fo valuation of the property for collecting money.

                        I have made a neft through cheque of rs 50000 on 26.02.2016 i dun know why the entry get reveresed in my account i went to bank to ask them abt it they said due to some error nd ur cheque is used i said okay nd they didnt returned the cheque after that i made a imps of rs 50000 to my party nd clear all dues after then i was shocked to see that when i got payment from my merchant on 09.05.2016 the same cheque debited again from my account ... When i ask the branch manager said u have stopped the cheque payment due to that the cheque was reversed in february well i havent done this i need proof if i have made a payment stop nd if i had made a stop payment then how can the cheque can be passed again its the same cheque no.
                        I need my money back so plz take some action as canara bank is a reputated bank
                        This kind of frauds should nt be done to customers.

                                My father has taken an agriculture loan for sugarcane please plantation. The interest for the loan has been paid regularly. The sugar mills have deposited the amount at our bank account. To our dismay we found that the bank has taken thrice the amount as interest from the money deposited in our account. When asked about this, the manager spoke very harshly and said, " you uneducated fellow, you can do nothing against me. Since you have questioned my authority, you will not be given the second installment of loan. Do what you may". It is really unethical on the part of the manager to speak to a senior citizen who is fully dependent on the income from his land in a harsh manner. The poor man is left with no choice other than to take his own life. Details about the loan - a/c no.[protected], Canara Bank, Tiruvannamali, Tamilnadu. MICR code[protected]. Sugarcane loan amt R's.151200/- on 18 August 2015. @ 9.65%. repayment on 6 August 2016 R's 67033/-., On 17 August 2016 R's 65714/-, on 24 August 2016 R's 41330/-, on 1 September 2016 R's 5024/-. Totally has taken R's 179101/- including R's 17280 as interest. The bank has taken a sum of R's 10620/- additionally to the interest which we want to be reimbursed in our a/c.

                                  I have an account in your Cantonment Branch

                                  I made a transaction of Rs.22796/- It was using a debit card. The payment gateway told the transaction failed but the amount was debited.

                                  They asked me to wait for the bank to file confirmation. I waited. They have confirmed the amount didn't reach them.

                                  26th August 2016

                                  I called the toll free no, who asked me to the complaint it in the bank branch.

                                  I complained in the bank branch. My email was forwarded to imbhelpdesk, didn't get a reply from them for 2 - 3 days. I kept calling the branch, this time, I was also asked to call the toll free no again. I called them up, who took my complaint . Gave me a CRN. 1617AA8426.

                                  30th August 2016

                                  The next day, I was told the complaint is closed, I was asked to login to the portal to see what the bank responded.

                                  I logged into the portal and put the CRN. It said invalid CRN. The amount was not credited, and I don't even know how this can be closed with no information about what they are doing about it.

                                  Sept 1, Sept 7
                                  Due to my email's they responded. I was told they have punched in my complaint. But they didn't even mention about the status.

                                  Sept 8, Sept 12
                                  My emails are not responded.

                                  This is 17th day since my complaint. My amount is not credited yet.

                                    I went to the Canara Bank(kingsway camp, delhi ) branch on Nov 3, 2016 for opening a savings account. Till date my account has not been opened. I had visited 3 times to know my account number, but staff members are saying that they have a lot of work and it will be opened in 2-3 days. I urgently have to deposit some money which I am unable to do. Also the staff is not behaving well with government school children and illiterate people. Also there are long queues in the bank so people have to wait for long during their working hours. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I went to the Tharpakhna branch Canara Bank today 6/9/2016 to make a Stamp paper on emergency basis. But they dire tly refused to do it. This should not happen. There is no notice for reason of not doing. It means avoiding of providing service to common people. May please see and advice where I have to make further complain for this harassment.

                                      Sir, I connect my adhar no[protected] to my LPG connection (Bharat gas, surya enterprises ) as well as with my canara bank account, but my problem is that my adhar no is not mapped with NPCI and with bank.I am very tired to going bank many time but they said that they connect my adhar no but they don't know about connection with npci for subsidiary . So I m here to complain. Please do something regarding this as soon as possible.
