I Jallu venkatesh, s/o J. koteswararao my account number is 7567, my ATM card number is [protected], have tried to with drawn RS 6000 from canara bank A.T.M with canara bank debit card, but money didn't came out instead it was debited from my account.I complained in the bank but they did not respond well. they are creating inconvenience to customers for their technical and software errors. their ATM is also not working properly instead they showing disinterest to dispense cash in the counter.... please do me need full, made them to verify with ATM camera and credit my amount back into my account.

    Hi,

    This is the complaint against the Canara Bank. They have setup the canara bank ATM near JP Nagara 1st phase, 13th CRS, Sarakki Gate, J P Nagara, Bangalore - 560078. This ATM properly not handled current fluctuations. I believe they have direct dependency on the state electricity provider. If currents goes of then ATM system will start restart and it will end the transaction improperly. This will cause the customer to suffer one week in chasing the respective account banks for reverting the deducted amount. This should have been handled by the canara bank. If they not properly tested the environment. Why they are allowing the customer to use their system. Could you please take some legal actions on the BANK, so that in future other customers shouldn't face the same problem.

      DENIAL OF EDUCATION LOAN FOR A MERITORIOUS STUDENT

      Respected sir/madam,

      With due respect I Nitin Malik S/o of Mr.Jaivendra Singh would like to state that i am a student Of JSS ACADEMY OF TECHINICAL EDUCATION, NOIDA [Approved by AICTE, New Delhi & Affiliated to U P Technical University]

      I want to apply for education loan in Canara Bank,Lisarh, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar 247775 to pursue B.tech which is a 4yrs course and is approved by AICTE and my parents are not financially strong that they can afford my fees. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. The senior authorities have denied to approve my loan stating the reason that your collage had not come under the criteria of education loan in our bank.I had scored 80.2 % in my 12th CBSC Board.I only had one hope that through this way i would be able to go for my Higher studies. I do not find the reason for denying my loan a genuine and the correct thing to do with a chid who really looks forward for financial assistance from bank and when i had a word regarding this matter the Canara Bank Manager then he said that i don't pass the loan for a collage who is affiliated from UPTU but my collage is AICTE approved.This has really depressed me a lot.
      I really need education loan assistance from your side because my LIFE and My CAREER is at stake.I hope you would understand my situation and would pay attention on a poor and needy boy’s plead and would take action reagarding this matter quickly and revert me back so that i can shape my career.

      With due respect I Puvan S/o of Mr.Vijayakumar would like to state that i am a student Of NEHRU INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY [Approved by AICTE, New Delhi & Affliated to Anna University,Coimbatore]

      I had applied for education loan of Rs.2 ,90,200[Two Lakh ninety thousand and two hundred rupees] in Canara Bank,Tondiarpet Branch,Chennai-600081,TamilNadu to pursue B.E.Aeronautical Engineering which is a 4yrs course and is approved by AICTE and my parents are not financially strong that they can afford my fees. My father is working abroad [saudhi Arabia] as a tailor earning Rs.13000 per month and my mother is a housewife. The senior authorities have denied to approve my loan stating the reason that my father have to stay in India to get the education loan inspite of submitting all the needed documents including my father’s income report.I had scored 87.5 % in my 12th HSC Board.I only had one hope that through this way i would be able to go for my Higher studies. I do not find the reason for denying my loan a genuine and the correct thing to do with a chid who really looks forward for financial assistance from bank and when i had a word regarding this matter the Canara Bank Manager said that a student whose father working abroad cant be guaranteed to repay the loan so cant be granted.This has really depressed me a lot.

      I am also facing the same problem in Balehonnur Bank, Chikamgalur District. The manager is don't have common sence. One month back I have given my application but nothing has done, after one month he asked me to purchase bond. I don't know, to whom i have to contact for this.
      yes this is right the managers are ignoring to student

            My name is Sofiya beegum, I have taken an education loan amount of Rs:64500
            ( Ac/no:[protected]from canara bank pidavoor branch, Kollam dist in 2004, still now I didn’t get a job but paid my capital amount of Rs:64500. and an amount of Rs:60000 outstanding in my loan.I have already submit a request for the deduction of interest. Now i am doing my post BSC in banglore.I cannot able to pay this huge amount of interest.........kindly do the needful things for the subsidy of education loan interest

                Am having an Savings account with Canara Bank. This poor bank don't have sufficient ATM even if there is ATM it is not in working condition. On 15-June-2012 in while am withdrawing the amount from one of these prestigious ATM due to network failure the amount got debited from my account but i didn't get the cash. Actually these type of failed transactions will get credited automatically within 4 days. But this amount don't get credited. so i booked a complaint with the branch that dealing my account on 17-June-2012. they fwd a letter to H.O and they acknowledge to credit the amount. That mail received on 25-June-2012. The soft spoken branch manager showed me the printed copy of the mail on 26-June and told that "Sir, We received confirmation to credit your balance and the same will be done tomorrow". I don't know when this tomorrow will come, Till date (03-Jul-2012) i don't receive even a penny from the bank. These MF's don't even willing to do their work

                  There was a death claim and we have submitted the form on 24/04/12. Till today they didn't cleared the claim and they don't have any reason for the same. Today they committed that they will give cheque on 01/07/12. Just wanted to knw is there any time limit for clearance or not. I m going to bank every saturday and they assure that work will be done. I am very upset with the way of working.

                    I had taken an education loan of amount two lakhs two thousand rupees from Canara bank Kalwa branch.As per the banks guidelines i had to pay the due amount after 1 year or after 6 months if i get an job which ever is earlier.But to my dissatisfaction they had started to deduce my loan amount even before i got an job and it had been just 6 months i had completed my college and i was not even notified about this deducing act via any media.And now nine months after completing my college i got an job and i had just deposited my first salary in this bank.But to my regret they just deduced my salary from my account without my knowledge even they had not given me any acknowledgement about this act.when my parents contacted the bank personals asking about this issue they are responding very harshly and not giving proper response.Now i have an job and now I'm ready to pay the amount but two months before they where telling me to pay 5000 per month as an loan installment and they also deduced the stipulated amount from my bank account twice as so.But now when contacted they are telling me to pay 8000 per month as an loan installment.and they are saying that i have to pay some 18000 pending amount which they had started deducing even before i got an job.sir please help me with this we are receiving a mental torture with this type of problems.please kindly help me with this we are just stranded by this banks act

                    canarabank — educational loan

                    our finance minister said that interest are cancelled for educational loan ...........but canara bank ask to pay interest...........but my family is soo poor and we cant pay it now......please help me out

                    i got loan in[protected] and amount is 2.8 lacks.

                    whether i have to pay the interest with principal amount.or only principal amount.

                    but they cancel interest for those who are getting loan in 2010.

They keep post ponding the date, and the time was running out of my hand.Though i visited so many times I couldn't get any response, but also I waited patiently because that he told me that he will start my process from 18th of June 2016.Though I already join the institution in Hyderabad because the session started from 1st of June 2016.So I again got the answer that it come to postponed.                         i went to canara bank branch SME BRANCH in phase 5 S.A.S. NAGAR MOHALI TO DEPOSIT CASH IN 3 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS. I REACHED BRANCH AT 3.29PM. HOWEVER GUNMAN WHO WAS ON SECURITY DUTY IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE DOOR . HOWEVER AFTER LOT OF OF ARGUMENTS HE OPENED THE GATE AND SPOKE RUDELY TO ME.LADYCASHIER ALSO SPOKE RUDELY WITH ME AND ASKED ME TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS. I REQUEST MANAGEMENT OF CANARA BANK TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST GUNMAN AND CASHIER OF BRANCH

                          I am posting a complaint against Canara Bank management for their rudeness, ill-treating me, and harassing me. I have applied for a credit card almost 4 months ago and I am yet to receive it. I have called/contacted through email the customer care, Canara Bank officials, Grievance Department and also the MD's office (PA of the MD have been very rude and I feel insulted the way they had spoken with me as well without even listening to what I was saying). I have been banking with Canara Bank for more than 10 years and when I call the officials, the story is the same, and that is I have to call the other office or some other official as this doesn't belong to their department. I am supposed to have received the card in 15 days time and it has been almost 4 months that I have not heard anything from the credit card department nor from any officails, which I feel is an insult, harassment, ill-treatment for a customer who has been banking with Canara Bank for more than 10 years.

                            manoj jain has stopped him to do so , kindly explain
                            who is manoj jain when he is no more in the company.

                                MONEY NOT GOT BY ATM TRANSACTION BUT DEBITTED FROM ACCOUNT
                                Sir,
                                I have an ATM card of Canara Bank.On dated 03/04/2012 at time 09:15AM. I used my ATM
                                at HDFC ATM located at . I put the card in atm made the
                                Transaction for withdrawl of Rs 10000/- but I didn't received any amount.
                                But from my account Rs. 10, 000/- had been debited.
                                To Whom should i contact?
                                I need amount urgent.

                                So Here I am requesting you to please Reverse this amount as soon as possible.

                                Canara Bank — amount debited but didn't receive money

                                i was to withdraw two thousand on 1st august 2009, in an indian bank atm. but it showed as unable to complete, and the amount has been deducted and i didnot receive the money. so i kindly request u to deal with my problem.. hope u will..
                                I am a ICICI bank account holder 15 days before i withitdraw Rs 10000/- from my account in canara bank ATM located in vadapalani subhiksha apartment, but i get only Rs 9000/- from the machine, but Rs 10000/- was deducted in my account.i found some number to complaint in case of discrepancy in the ATM centre and make a call but no body attend the call, so i booked a complaint in ICICI bank they told me to wait up to 23rd of november we will update after getting the status from the canara bank.After 24th november i asked the status in ICICI bank, They said that they verified and found that the amount is fully paid and we will not reverse your amount.But i get only Rs 9000/- where can i complaint regarding this issue.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This is to draw your attention towards the poor service, that I am getting from Canara bank, Thoppumpady branch.My ATM card was damaged and had returned the same for replacement three months back.The officer, who is responsibe for the debit cards told me that they will send the new card to my residence by post and no need to come to the bank.I waited for three months and at last I contacted bank.The card was lying there for the last two months and i was waiting for the card.I got the card a week back and the manager told me that it will be activated in the very next working day. Since it was not activated within two working days, again I contacted the bank. Nobody was responding to my complaint and then I contacted the complaint authority in Ernakulam.They told me that necessary action will be taken immediately. One important thing is that the manager himself is dealing with the debit cards in this bank and he is not able activate my card till now.

                                  Is there any responsible person who can activate my ATM card??? My A/c no is 35875, and debit card number- [protected].

                                      We tried to withdraw Rs 25000 on 15th Feb but we did not get the amount and slip from ATM but the same was debited from our account, Now bank is saying that the amount is taken by is they have
                                      not given us any proof for the same

                                      This is the worst service that i have ever used in my life

                                      My strong recommendation PLEASE BEWARE of canara bank as it can loot money like this.

                                      No one is helping us please tell me what do i do

                                        sir,
                                        I ( mr ajay verma) made a transaction from canara bank ATM (ranjit avenue branch) on 28/2/2012 at around 2PM from my kotak bank sb account,but the transaction failed.After I left the ATM ,I recieved a message that Rs 5000/- has been debited from my sb account from the same ATM.I went back to the ATM immediately just to find a reciept in the machine with my account no and money debited from my account.According to RBI guidelines dated 8 august,2011,Economic times,for every transaction ,a person will need to put a pin code. But in this case transaction took place after a failed transaction without putting the pin again.Kindly sort the matter please.
