Canara bank(Agali branch, Palakkad, Kerala) deducted an amount 590 two times (1180 total) in 7 days, am already ask about this to bank but they said this is bdue to the insufficient balnce to pay installment, but I have a sufficient balance to pay the emi. Am also said to the bank employees on that time they said this is deducted by your financier, and also the bank is not ready to repay or give me the money back. In all of months they did like this. And one time they gave me the response like its for an insurance but i don't have any insurance in knowledge because of this i cant put money on my account what can i do, I want the whole money back which is they unnecessarily deducted from my account.

      Hi, I had a gold loan account in canara bank bhavani nagar branch, tirupati. Today I.e 5th feb 2022, I paid gold loan amount by cash(time: 2.40pm) and I asked about my withdrawl gold..now time is 3.30 pm..still they are not responding...they said me to wait till 4pm...I asked why I should wait 1 hour 15 min...they are telling that they have some protocols...I dont know which protocols they are following ...for this gold loan work I should wait 2 hours to take my gold after paying it off...they are not bothering about customers...its not gud to wait for a long hours in covid situation...today I had a bad experience with this bank...

        Hello sir i am kamal vishwas canara bank account holder.. my account no.[protected] and my IFCS code is CNRB0003827..my registration mobile no is [protected]..sir i want to inform you that on 19/01/2022 i did transaction of 1000 ₹ from govind nagar branch ATM but i didn't receive the money I complained to the branch and also informed the customer care.. I got the complaint no. from the customer care. was given which is as follows[protected] but money has not been returned yet.. Sir request you to take cognizance of my matter and redress it as soon as possible.. I will be grateful to you

            Amount Rs. 590/- deducted twice from account dated 03rd February 2022 without any information or intimation and no subject details for unnecessary deduction from account and also an amount of Rs. 94 & 47 against DEBIT CARD Annual charges twice on dated 1st February 2022 & 18th January 2022. If such amount will be deducted from account then there is no way of keeping account with CANARA BANK. Immediate REFUND to be made of amount Rs. 1321/-. A/C no.[protected]

                    I was using Canara bank's atm located at Janakpuri D Block branch on 26th January at between 06:00-07:00 pm to withdraw rs. 500 from my mother's account. I received message twice on my mother's mobile that rs. 500 has been withdrawn. This means total of rs.1000 is debited.
                    in reality, i had not received any cash in my hand. Then I went to Nangal Raya Canara Bank ATM and withdrew Rs.500.

                    I didn't have the transaction declined slip with me, but you can check it under bank details.

                    I haven't received that previous Rs.1000 (500+500) in my mother's account yet. Request you to look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                The amount is deducted from my canara bank account having a/c no[protected] between 08/01/2022 - 11/01/2022 in multiple transactions. All the amount deducted were supposed to be transferred via upi to coinswitch app and the transaction shows as “ Bitcipher labs LLP“ . The total amount deducted was INR 800 ( 500, 100, 100, 100 - INR). Please find the attached screenshot for reference. The transactions marked as GREEN are the ones which needs to be refunded back as these were not approved by the receiver. Its been almost 10+ days .

                                Please provide the status ASAP.

                                  On 19/01/2022 we had a CD due maturing that we had instructed the bank to cash out and deposit in our NRO account as we needed the funds, and the BANK literally ignored our request and went ahead to renew the CD

                                  We also had a relative visit the bank with our signed letter to the branch manager

                                    From our family 5 members have savings account in Canara Bank katemanivali kalyan East branch. My father & mother br sinior citizens. Since last 2-3 years passbook update printing machine is not available regularly in this branch & there is shortage of staff for this is also. Coustmors specially sinior citizens have to wait in long queue for passbook update only & there is not any arrangements for sinior citizens for this. We complaints so many times to branch manager but they r least bothered about this. In this Covid crisis sinior citizens facing so much difficulty from this.
