On 10th january, I have paid two electric bills of rs. 1010 n rs. 675 using canara bank online portal.. Money debited from my account but bbps status said to be failure... When I contacted tneb, they said it's bank's fault as if they abstain from their work to update bbps payment.. Canara bank customer service is also very worse to turn deaf ears...

    Kindly resolve my long time issues of continuous deduct money from my account in name of ECS RTN SB Charges multiple of times without knowledge or updating me or concern with me .I also spoke to Finance Company Capital First HDFC and Canara Bank Authority but no one still listening me or resolve my issue.
    I also assure finance company to pay all his late charge and fine at the time of noc clearance.
    So kindly resolve my issue and stop deduction of money from my Bank Account without concerning me and also refund my money also...🙏

          Sir/Madam
          This is to state that as the the checker of my institution for UGC Canara Bank Scholarship portal. I am facing technical error while using my canara bank portal account to link the UGC-NET_JRF candidates.
          I am able to login to the portal using the username, password and OTP received. However, when I am trying to fetch student data or mark them for exception category and for approval to UGC, the screen is showing

          "An unknown error occured or the URL you are trying is wrong or you are having insufficient privilege".

          The screenshots are enclosed herewith. Please resolve the issue at your earliest convenience so that our students can be linked for UGC approval.

            I made payment Rs.590 to TNEB on my due date 5-Jan (Transaction ref ID:[protected] and money got debited that time 12:06 AM, I also got receipt. Today (after 3 days of due date) getting mail from TNEB Payment not approved and asking to contact bank now. Why this was not informed me on that day itself ? Now I have to pay bill+over due amount Rs.712 ! Please check and correct the issue ASAP and refund with the overdue amount Rs.712 at the earliest.

              I made a transaction on Airtel thanks application for which my amount of RS 299 got deducted as soon as i entered the OTP but on the next page, the transaction was shown as failed. My last 4 digit of account number is 5021.

                Linking of student id for NFST has to be done before 10/1/2022. however, i cannot complete the process since there is a problem every time i try to do the registration in the Canara Scholar's Corner. "Some problem occured during user registration" always pops up. Since the deadline is coming near, please resolve as soon as possible.

                    I am not able to access my account on scholar's corner of CAnara BAnk. It either says invalid user or user ID LOCKED. I tried forgot password too, but not receiving the temporary password in my mail too. I have not received my stipend since last month. Please rectify this issue so i can login to my account and provide the details needed.

                      Scholarship Registration problem

                      I am a UGC scholarship holder. I am having problem in registering the student portal as it shows, "an unknown problem has occurred or the URL you are trying is wrong or you have insufficient privilege" please solve the problem so that I can log in as soon as possible.
                      I thought I had logged in earlier so I even tried to forgot the password and it showed that new password send to the mail but i didn't received any mail in this regard....

                      Amount deducted without reason

                      My Canara Bank account got debited an amount of 475+ 590 rupees towards ECS DR RTN SC SB, i have an EMI for Amazon pay later but the due date is on 6th and even the payment fails I have a choice of paying through my card the following day of due date and they don't charge any bounce charges, kindly please verify and do the needful as 1000 is not a small amount for any one.....

                          The scholarship portal of Canara Bank is not working. I tried the forgot password option but no otp mail is being received. I tried to register again and it shows error and that i have 'insufficient privilege'. I have not recieved my SRF stipend for two months. Apparently there are new rules under which students have to initiate payments themselves. But how will i do that if the site itself is not giving access? Please resolve this.

                            They do not have timing for costumers only few of them do proper work and they take much time for giving us ATM card as i am student i literally came here 10 times in 3 days after 1 week they gave me an ATM card i am feed up of this branch what to do in emergency and they do not work fast dear Sir/madam please take action not only me also another peoples also suffering here and they didn't kept any chairs for old age people they just sitting down i request you to clear this issue thank you!

                                Recently I purchased a mobile worth 29100 and paid amount using hdfc credit card and after 2-3 days they credit the amount and convert it into offus EMI without my knowledge.

                                AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS Date: 23/12/2021

                                I have paid the whole amount the next day after purchasing the mobile but still, they do it. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                  I am Taveena, a research scholar of CSE department of IIT Roorkee. I tried to log in the scholar corner of the ugc canara bank scholarship portal, for my NET JRF fellowship release. I have forgot my password and my user id is locked. I tried to reset my password using forgot password link but I am not getting any OTP on my registered email id. Due to this situation, I am not able to reset my password and then login to my account and my fellowship release is getting delayed. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thanking you
