On behalf of my grand fath who is senior citizens with age of 90 plus I visited the canara bank main bazar kalka branch, for account closure. One of bank employee told me the process and documentations. When I told them that my grandfather is not able to walk so you can send you representative with me to my home for signature in presence of bank representative. They told me to take branch manager permission. But when I told bank manager whole scenario, he clearly refused my request. When I told this is RBI guidelines, he said he will not follow the same.

Please take strict action against Branch manager of your Canara bank main bazar kalka dist.-panchkula state- haryana.
Also Do consider my request for account closure and do the need full

      Since 1972 we had been loyal customers of Syndicate Bank in South India

      Canara Bank took over Syndicate bank and after 30 + years of banking
      though as NRI's we have been paying regular taxes, recently we noticed that on all deposits from our savings CD at an annual rate of 5.5 % Canara bank on all Interset deposits is charging a TDS of 32.1 % on these deposits and have been debiting our accounts without informing us

      We queried with the Canara Bank Branch Manager in Mangalore Hampankatta branch to clarify and despite repeated e-mails, we had no response.

      DOES INDIA discourage NRI from investing in INDIA?

      Mr Rakesh, Though as to date we never received a reply from your branch, my Nephew MR Yusuf
      personally visited you last week, and he was informed that the TDS of 32.1 % is automatically charged
      by the system, depending on which country we are Residing in.This is APART from the TAXES we pay
      to RBI and the Tax department.

      It NOW seems that without informing the loyal customers, Canara Bank is debiting accounts of their
      patrons, without any regard to whether that is a fair business practice. And Why should NRIs then
      invest money in your bank if there is no positive gain on Investment?

      If the Debited accounts are not credited back, and the automatic system-generated computer default
      corrected, then we would have no choice but to end our relationship with Canara bank. We had been loyal
      customers with Syndicate Bank for over 30 years since College times in Manipal.

      As NRI we see no reason to INVEST or SAVE money with Canara Bank or any other bank if NRI's are
      discouraged to INVEST in INDIA. We also feel obligated now to inform The Reserve Bank /Central Bank
      of this concern. We all wish to help build the future, but if Banking institutions ripoff their customers, it is not appropriate.

      We may also need to share this practice with the local media entities and Indian NRI boards in the USA,
      so people are aware of this.

          Not able to access bank account

          Address: Canara Bank, CBSE Patparganj Branch, Delhi

          Getting error "There are no accounts available for this function." from last two days, not able to do anything in net banking. Nobody is there to listen, not even branch manager is responding. Mails are unanswered. Is bank functional ?? Pl do something urgently as im anxious and not able to do anything....

              I am having health policy of New India Assurance Company with Policy No.[protected]. This policy is of Canara bank account holders group insurance policy. In the month of August, I have sent my all claim documents according to their document list mentioned on their official website with policy by DTDC courier, then also, they are demanding unnecessary documents.
              For this purpose I have visited the New India Assurance Co. office many times, there Mr. Balraj Kota has tried everything by calling Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore. But No response is getting from the same. Also, I have Called 34 times to Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore, then also I am getting not getting any positive response from them. the Names are below to whom I called from Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore. Mr. Sagar Padwal, Mr. Kalpesh, Ms. Suvidha. etc. Kindly do the needful in this regard and acknowledge me regarding the same.

              Following attached documents are sent to Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore through DTDC courier services.

                Hi my name is SHUBH JAIN, I have ordered a product through Amazon of Rs. 4260. and done the payment through canara bank upi.
                And I returned the product and Amazon initiated a refund of Rs. 4260 on 19 September, but till now I didn't received in my bank account. I have filed a compliant too on canara bank website but they said to go and ask your home branch. But home branch said they can't do anything in this.

                I have sent several mails to canara bank from last 3 months but got no reply. Worst bank ever.
                Amazon provided RRN ( RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER) I have attached it in my photo below.

                Please return my money.

                  I am not able to access my details on scholars corner of Canara Bank.
                  I'm in middle of linking process and I need my account to be working fine.

                  Since yesterday, I'm not able to login into my Account. I have also tried forgot Password/unlock password, many times now.

                  Still I'm not able to login.
                  After I use forgot password option, the system sends an OTP on my email but when I use that OTP, then an error is displayed:
                  "An unknown error occured or The URL you are trying is wrong or you have insufficient privilege".

                      I recharged my Tata sky D2h 22-12-21 with canara bank Mobile app billing and 200/- is debited for the recharge. But my recharge is incomplete. The tv is not recharged . So kindly refund my money.

                          I have not received my refund yet and I have called the amazon people also they say they have initiated the refund but the bank is not giving me the money, they say they have not received any refund. Amazon has provided me the proof of the refund and given the reference id also. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]. I request you to please take an action towards this and provide me my refund amount ASAP

                            I am not able to login to the student portal for ugc net fellowship. I tried using forgot password option but it is showing the wrong details entered, which I have verified and not true. I am attaching a screenshot of the same.

                                    I brought trexee knitting needle from amazon on 22 November 2021 for 350 rupees and i return the brought on 2 December 2021 and i request amazon for refund. And they initiate the refund amount 350 on 3 december 2021 .. But i didn't received my refund more than 15 days. So i contact amazon customer service they said the seller initiate the amount but its not yet credited in my bank account so amazon send a email with refund reference number[protected].
