Hi, This is to express my serious Grievance about car loan with account number 299*************245, this loan is to be completely finished by Feb 2022 considering 18 months loan tenure.
Issue 1: However the loan tenure till 29 Nov 2021 shows to be extended till 2024 without my request, consent and approval and now its showing to be extended till March 2022 - Why ?
Issue2: why I am getting installment Arrear of Rs 2576 when my installments are paid on time. and am getting continuous messages from Canara bank that due to insufficient balance, 2574 Payment is not done. - there has been always sufficient balance to pay my Loan installment in account
Issues 3: There has been a Rate of interest revision (cut) on my car loan account and thus the Installment amount has to be cut down but since start of my Car loan, I am paying sometimes 19****, sometime 20571, 21023, and now 21039 Rs. I wanted to know the complete installment payment schedule to understand that because of the rate of interest cut why my due amount is always increasing. (it should have decreased or remained the same - if i am not mistaken).
Request Regarding the same has been raised verbally as well as on mail since Nov 15, 2021 but everytime Bank Manager and other concerned department lady employee says its a technical error and will be resolved soon. STILL SAME ISSUE Remains Unsolved till date loan maturity date is showing to March 2022 and extra interest and extra installment is reflected on my account.
Complaints regarding same has been raised 3-4 times with grievance department but no status update is shared with me
