Canara Bank (JB Nagar Branch) has probably some of the rudest and laziest staff I have ever come across. The lady sitting at the Internet Banking/ATM Card Issue desk is extremely arrogant and unprofessional, and had she been in a private sector bank she would’ve certainly been fired for her extremely rude and unprofessional attitude.

I have already registered a complaint and I couldn't see any action taken on this.
My saving bank account in Canara bank vadakkencherry. My account no.[protected] name -Sreedhi Rajagopal .in my saving bank account balance deduct incessantly due to slab wise nmmb charges. But this charge applies when my balance less than rs.500 as say in Canara branch staffs. But i have maintained my account balance more than 1000.

I have two complaints here with Canara Bank. I should get two refunds, already issued by Amazon but didn't credit in my account.

1. I ordered a shirt in Amazon and returned on 15th September 2021. I should get a refund by 20th September. But I didn't get any refund.

I did an IMPS transaction today i.e. 25/Sep/2021, the transaction failed, but still, the amount got deducted. Also, the charges for IMPS were deducted from the account along with the transfer amount.

On 24 Sep i.e friday unusual amount of 236₹ deducted from my canara bank account without any reason showing as (ECS MANDATE SC SB SC FOR ECS MANDATE)
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPLAINING IT AND BRANCH ALSO . SO PLEAS REFUND MY HARD EARNING MONEY.
IN future also dont deduct these kind of charges
