Canara Bank (JB Nagar Branch) has probably some of the rudest and laziest staff I have ever come across. The lady sitting at the Internet Banking/ATM Card Issue desk is extremely arrogant and unprofessional, and had she been in a private sector bank she would’ve certainly been fired for her extremely rude and unprofessional attitude.

I hope somebody at Canara Bank is reading this and will do something regarding training their customer facing staff. If you’re so miserable at your job, just quit so that somebody with merit can replace you.

    Sir,
    I have already registered a complaint and I couldn't see any action taken on this.
    My saving bank account in Canara bank vadakkencherry. My account no.[protected] name -Sreedhi Rajagopal .in my saving bank account balance deduct incessantly due to slab wise nmmb charges. But this charge applies when my balance less than rs.500 as say in Canara branch staffs. But i have maintained my account balance more than 1000.
    So pls if wrong charges deducted by system, pls refund my balance in my account as earliest.

      Respected Sir/ Madam,

      I am Sonali Sharma, a research scholar at JNU. I have been trying to log in my student portal since very long now, but I am unable to do the same. I tried following the process of forgot password as well but it gives an error that "either details are not correct or we could not find details".
      Due to this I could not log in the portal.

            Hello sir, i am vikram i have an account in in canara bank. I did pos transaction of rs 3500 on 27/09/2021 at 16:33:28 pm to Bar Council of India New Delhi for exam fees and my transaction was failed or incomplete. And my transaction no.[protected]. As my account is debited with rs 3500 but amount is not transferred to Bar Council of India. Please help me by reverse the transaction of rs 3500 .

                I have two complaints here with Canara Bank. I should get two refunds, already issued by Amazon but didn't credit in my account.

                1. I ordered a shirt in Amazon and returned on 15th September 2021. I should get a refund by 20th September. But I didn't get any refund.

                Refund Amount : ₹603.57

                2. I ordered another shirt and returned on 18th September 2021. I should get a refund by 22nd September. But didn't get any refund.

                Please look into this issue.

                        I placed a order in Amazon on 17th of August 2021,
                        Order id:[protected],
                        Product name: Perfectblue Women's linen silk digital saree with blouse piece (orange),
                        Price of the Product ₹379.00.
                        I have returned the Product on 19th of August 2021 and refund was initiated on the same day by Amazon. So as per Amazon refund should be credited by August 22- 24, but the refund was not received/reflected in my Bank account.
                        I'm attaching the screenshots of Product details and Refund status. I'm hoping that the issue will be resolved asap, thank you!!

                                    I made a transaction from the mobile app to transfer 1700 rupees through IMPS the money got deducted from my bank account but it didn't get through to the bank account I was sending. I later tried with 1 rs. which got refunded but the 1700 didn't.

                                      We had approached the bank for death claim and we were in a great misery due to the loss already. Inspite of the account being 30+ year and a trusted customer the Manager - SUBASH CHANDRA BOSS support had not been as expected. The process was not explain clearly and when having asked on detailing the process the manager showed out his stress on us. Also had the hospitability was so ill-mannered. We had to come to bank regularly for a month to understand the alternates in process because of which we had wasted all our time. Later in the end we had to take help of the Chief Manager and he had given as a simpler and possible process.
                                      We were not happy with the customer handling by the Manager of the branch and had made us worry much leading to lots of trouble and had made us run for weeks which was in the end not a required process.
                                      Manager was not aware of the process and was misguiding us with wrong intentions.
