I wish to lodge a formal complaint
I am a depository client of your branch in Banashankari Stage 2 Branch, Bengaluru for over 20 years.
I have lately ( since the last 6 months) noticed the following shortcomings in your branch:
1. No one picks up the branch telephone.
2. The branch manager is rather curt and not helpful.
3. They will not undertake any instructions over phone.
4. No one in Canara Bank HO picks up the phone. There is only a recorded message.
Sir,
I am a senior banker myself ( since retired as DGM credit). I find the "customer service and customer communication" very pathetic at your above branch. At this rate, customers will definitely consider moving away soon to other banks.
I will appreciate to receive your kind response.
