I applied for FD for Rs. 25 Lakh today on 16.092021 in the morning around 11 AM. I was asked to come after lunch. I reached there at around 3 PM and waited till 4. PM, But no FD was given to me.

      I am not able to access my details on scholars corner of Canara Bank.
      I'm in middle of linking process and I need my account to be working fine.

      Since yesterday, I'm not able to login into my Account. I have also tried forgot Password/unlock password, many times now.

      Still I'm not able to login.
      After I use forgot password option, the system sends an OTP on my email but when I use that OTP, then an error is displayed:
      "An unknown error occured or The URL you are trying is wrong or you have insufficient privilege"

      Same problem as above. I'm not able to login into my account.

        This is to inform you that I have qualified UGC NET JRF scholarship. Canara Bank is responsible for disbursal of my scholarship to my HDFC Bank account every month. I want to check my approval status of fellowship but I am unable to login due to an unknown error after using my username ID and password. Kindly resolve the issue.

          I’m a registered scholar of NFOBC under UGC with Canara Bank. I was able to login my scholar portal two days back. Since yesterday I’m unable to login and everytime I try it says the requested URL is rejected or contact your administrator.
          Kindly suggest remedial action.

              Hi, I have a standing instruction monthly from Canara Bank but due to low balance in this month the charge of 590/- was deducted from my account. There was no prior intimation on the charges.

                I was in the bank to get my passbook filled
                An old lady there disrespected me and sayed why you do soo much transactions
                As it's our right to do online transactions and till now my passbook is not completed
                My humble request to Canara bank is that they must keep those service providers who are educated and know how to respect the consumer

                  Hi,

                  When we approach bank in can fin loan homes in Koramangala branch for details regarding our housing loan. They are so rude in answering. Loan is in my name but property is not in my name. Moreover l was married when the loan was released. Not sure how they did that. I wanted to lodge a case against my property. I approached bank for copies of property details, being a primary loan holder l was not given any information. I was denied. No respect is given to people who have taken loan.

                      Hello,
                      I wish to lodge a formal complaint

                      I am a depository client of your branch in Banashankari Stage 2 Branch, Bengaluru for over 20 years.
                      I have lately ( since the last 6 months) noticed the following shortcomings in your branch:
                      1. No one picks up the branch telephone.
                      2. The branch manager is rather curt and not helpful.
                      3. They will not undertake any instructions over phone.
                      4. No one in Canara Bank HO picks up the phone. There is only a recorded message.

                      Sir,
                      I am a senior banker myself ( since retired as DGM credit). I find the "customer service and customer communication" very pathetic at your above branch. At this rate, customers will definitely consider moving away soon to other banks.
                      I will appreciate to receive your kind response.

                          I am BINDHU NANDHAKUMAR a Canara bank customer .I did a online transaction on amazon shopping platform on 30th of August 2021 for an amount of 483, which gave a failure message and my amount got debited from my account.
                          I ordered a wireless mouse from amazon shopping and the transaction is done through online .But the order get cancelled due to the transaction error of CANARA BANK .But the amount is debited from account .When I contact with the customer service of AMAZON, they said that they didn't got that amount and the order is cancelled due to the error of bank(CANARA BANK).And when I asked the bank employee about this, they said that they don't know anything and cant do anything .They said in a manner that they don't have any responsibility in this case .They treated me in a careless manner .The transaction got error and amount debited from account only because of the problem of bank .So please do the necessary and help to get my money back .Hoping good.
                          Resolution of my complaint is to credit my amount back to my account.

                              My name is Mohammed Sharafath. I have an account in canara bank (account no. [protected]) and i have transfered rs.600 to a merchant account named "ippo pay" through upi app (Google pay) on 23rd august, 2021 at 01:35 pm but the amount was not credited to beneficiary account even though it got debited from my account.                               I have contacted phoner but they said that they have no issue from their end and suggested me to contact my bank for charge back.
                              So, i request you please refund my money or transfer it to the receiver account.
