Dear Sir,

I have an Account with your bank name o[censored]day Ghorpade, client id[protected] Branch- Adajan, Surat.

On dated 15th April 2021, i ordered some items on amazon and payment was done via canara bank net banking in above mentioned account, also payment was debited from my NRE account.

Details are below-
AMAZONAPA-CBIBIBO-[protected]-CBIBIB, Branch code-3086, Debited Amount- 7228.00 rs,

but as per my last one month follow-up with amazon, they confirmed, they did not received any above amount from the bank. they said payment stuck in gateway.

As well as i also follow-up with canara bank but i have not received refund amount for same to till date.


so kindly requested to you, please refund the above mentioned amount in my account.

please do the needful

    I did an IMPS transaction of 5000₹ with reference id[protected], money is debited from my account but didn't credit into beneficiary account plz kindly solve my issue soon

      Rs.590 was debited 4 times in name of ECS DR RTN SC SB due, where the account wasn't linked in any kind of loan or emi options.

            Respected Sir/ Madam,
            Amazon transaction for buying tplink router for Rs 2299. First, the account was debited but the order was not placed and I was asked to retry the payment so I paid the amount again then the amount was deducted from my account again and the order was placed as well. The amount which was deducted in the first place has not been credited to my account.
            I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

              Without any information or details deduction amount 590/- in two months continue in month April and May month. I am putting sufficient amount and don't miss any installment every time. Only this time I can't put sufficient amount because of COVID19. After that bank deducted repeat again. Kindly request to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                I’ve made a transaction on April 11 2021 through Phonepe.Money was debited from my account and hasn’t reached the merchant.I’ve contacted the canara bank customer care and my home branch.Raised a complaint.But of no use.It’s been a month and I’ve not been refunded yet.Please look into this issue.

                            I am a senior citizen and strictly avoid moving out of my home in this pandemic situation.

                              I had a personal loan with Cred app and auto pay is enabled with canara bank.. i just delayed making payment for 1 day and canara bank has debited Rs. 590/- as service charges. are they playing with customers ? they should intimate through message or call before deducting any hard earned money.. kindly refund the same.. what should i do for refund? kindly suggest...

                              Hello,

                              I am fardeen faraz.I purchased a echo input portable smart speakers from amazon.in and paid from cash on delivery The amount is 3499/ and 4999/- . But i canceled my items . The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to account number and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a years and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                              I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with reference numbers.

                              I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.
                              The reference numbers are:[protected] for Rs. 3499
                              [protected] for Rs. 4999
                              (Refund successfully processed on 23 and 29 December 2019 )
                              These amounts are not reflected in my account.

                                Dear sir/madam on 3rd January I applied for new Atm card and the bank staffs are not taking any action on it till now and it had already been 4 months, and they are delaying very much, as per my knowledge the ATM card are issued within a month, so I request you to please take some action on this branch of canara bank, I submitted my xerox of pan card and aadhar card and gave them application for new ATM card with my name, but there is no response from thereside, the service of this branch is very poor and they are behaving very rudely to me not giving proper response.                                     Thus is to inform that my father is expired in Dec 2020 I have submitted the necessary documents as advised by Canara Bank team but no use, Mr. Vijay Kumar from Bangalore Sampangiramanagara branch has taken more than 4 months to process but till today there is no progress and update we need to travel all the way to branch for 25 kms of spending 1000 rs per day and we have almost visited 10 tomes and fed up with the service, every time we need to call as like we are like beggers to ask his money to transfer which will not be tolerated and we are frustrated with the banking team

                                      Deduction of Rs 590/- on 18/2/21, 26/2/21, 26/3/21, 13/4/21 and on 1/5/21. I didn't check my account statement for the last few months. But luckily I noticed on 2nd May 21 Sunday, I approached the branch on 3/5/21 and asked the manager, but she told me to give one application stating stop ECS, and also no refund for the previous deductions. I gave one application. But today also 590/- is deducted from my account. Please help. I want all my unauthorised money back. Rs.3540/-
