The bank without any prior notice has charged mw multiple times ECS DR RTN SC SB charges worth more than 2000/- upon contacting customer care they told me it might be due to bouncing off on any recurring payment or EMI . so kindly respond to me via mail

      Damaged currency

      I am venugopal K using my SBI card & HDFC card withdrawn 25, 000 in total ( 20 + 5) on 26th March 2021 at V LEAD hostel campus Mysore, Karnataka canara bank ATM. Out of which 7 currency notes were damaged, unfortunately there was no receipt of transaction. I came to know this later by that time i was back in Blore

        They bankers deducting money from my account without any permission any notification the name of ECS they are deducting money rupees 1300and again showing my account balance -159
        Please refund my 1300 rupees
        I have two lones but no check bonce chargers
        I paid all lones on the time

                I had received a debit card from Canara bank which I did not even order. Now to deactivate the card they are asking a charge of 150+GST!
                Why did the bank issue a card in my name without any prior information?

                  Sir, last night I got a message saying that 999/- has been deducted from my account. But I didn't get any OTP or any acknowledgement regarding the transaction. I have talked to customer care and got to know that its a fraud. If an anonymous can have an access to my account without my acknowledgement how can I feel secured putting money in your bank? I never shared any kind of personal information to anyone. So kindly resolve the issue and make me feel that my money in your is safe and secured.

                        I am saving account holder in your bank[protected]. Last Thursday (18.03.2021) I was using bank's ATM located at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK NIMTALA CHUNAKHALI at around 10:00 pm to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000.

                            I cancelled an order from Amazon for which the item returning was picked up on 3rd March 2021, on refund tracking it showed that the refund was initiated on 4th March. The refund amount of rs 620.00 was to be returned in my canara bank account no.[protected], it was due 7th to 9th of March 2021. I have been provided with a Refund Reference Number[protected] by amazon customer service. I called canara bank helpline but they said that the bank could do nothing regarding this issue and it was a fault from Amazon's side. I am submitting this complaint on 19th March 2021. Hope i get my money back soon.

                                  We have registered crop insurance via manjOOR-1900 Canara bank iFsc cnrb0001900 branch.More than 75 farmers registered insurance thru this branch for year 2018.
                                  The insurance provider released the amount few months back and there were 75+ people who registered via this branch didnt get the insurance amount credited. Raised couple of complaints so far 2021AM4864, 2021AN7700. But teh complaints are closed without resolution. We already lost our jewelleries given for gold loan from this branch due to internal FRAUD. Now seems we lost our insurance amount as well due to negligence. more than 75 farmers are waiting for this amount. Per head 50, 000+ approximately. We enquired with co-operative society, and they informed that the bank staff has selected wrong place than the one present in teh insurance form. This has caused the decline of the insurance from insurance provider. As the issue was caused the the bank staff, it is advisable that this has to be fixed by them. BANK HAS already deducted the insurance amount from farmers.
                                  Please take action immediately. I am ready to send the screenshot of what we registered if i get an email id to share.
                                  I will then lodge a complaint to banking ombudsman along with the jewellery theft case.

                                    RUPAY Debit Card Contactless service not working

                                    I am using RUPAY ATM Debit Card provided by Canara Bank which is having chip and CONTACTLESS symbol on it but contactless facility is not working nor showing on my CANDI app provided by bank. Please do the needful as I am using this card most in all my transactions. I have complained in the branch but they couldn't help me.

                                    I a have also similar RUPAY debit card provided by PNB but it is my salaried account so...

                                    We have launched an offline complaint regarding our problem that 5000rs were debited from our account even when the cash was not dispensed. Our complaint got rejected by the bank for some unknown reason. That's why I need the whole proof i.e CCTV footage of that atm and the reason on which the complaint got rejected. It's been 45 days since this problem happened and no one from our bank is giving a proper response. Kindly look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.
