What appears to be a very simple case of home branch change, for 2 frustrating months, the Paud Road, Kothrud Branch has not taken any action to change the address in their records. The same is the case for Account status and issue of new debit card and cheque book.

Numerous calls & personal visits to the branch, customer support numbers and head office emails are fruitless in resolving the issue.
The branch is conveying the message that they do not care.

Moreover, all complaints are getting closed without resolution and response of any kind.

    My name Archana v and I had ordered book of Rs. 655 Civil Engineering GATE 2021 in Amazon on 23-jan-2021 and after 2-feb-2021, I returned this order due to personal reason and on 2-feb-2021 refund initiated, reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank does not have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      Hi,
      Why did you cut money from canera bank as sms charges alert without any reason.what is this, for sms alert I don't think money should be deducted.
      This is very inappropriate to cut money in the name of sms alert.
      I want refund bcz I don't think this is the to cut money and disturb people in this covid who are unable to earn money.

        Ecs dr rtn sc sb and card charges two times deducted

        With out any conformation Canara Bank debited ECS DR RTN SC SB AND CARD CHARGES Two TIMES DEDUCTED I don’t have any loans and extra I made a call to Bank manger he said my amount also deducted, Before that syndicate bank service are we’re well and they are not charges any ECS CHARGES now migrated Canara they are charging without any information amount deducting...

        I purchased a product from Amazon but I cancelled this order on 16 march 2021 by using Canara Bank debit card when I call in bank the bank says that Amazon has not not intimated the refund . When I contact In Amazon customer service they say they have initiated the refund on 23 march and maximum time for refund by bank is 7 days but I didn't get my refund yet They had provided the refund reference number as 30001010831068180590801. Please check and confirm the refund status.

          The bank without any prior notice has charged mw multiple times ECS DR RTN SC SB charges worth more than 2000/- upon contacting customer care they told me it might be due to bouncing off on any recurring payment or EMI . so kindly respond to me via mail

              I am venugopal K using my SBI card & HDFC card withdrawn 25, 000 in total ( 20 + 5) on 26th March 2021 at V LEAD hostel campus Mysore, Karnataka canara bank ATM. Out of which 7 currency notes were damaged, unfortunately there was no receipt of transaction. I came to know this later by that time i was back in Blore
              Not done Canara!!!

                  They bankers deducting money from my account without any permission any notification the name of ECS they are deducting money rupees 1300and again showing my account balance -159
                  Please refund my 1300 rupees

                          I had received a debit card from Canara bank which I did not even order. Now to deactivate the card they are asking a charge of 150+GST!
                          Why did the bank issue a card in my name without any prior information?

                            Sir, last night I got a message saying that 999/- has been deducted from my account. But I didn't get any OTP or any acknowledgement regarding the transaction. I have talked to customer care and got to know that its a fraud. If an anonymous can have an access to my account without my acknowledgement how can I feel secured putting money in your bank? I never shared any kind of personal information to anyone. So kindly resolve the issue and make me feel that my money in your is safe and secured.

                                  I am saving account holder in your bank[protected]. Last Thursday (18.03.2021) I was using bank's ATM located at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK NIMTALA CHUNAKHALI at around 10:00 pm to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000.

                                      I cancelled an order from Amazon for which the item returning was picked up on 3rd March 2021, on refund tracking it showed that the refund was initiated on 4th March. The refund amount of rs 620.00 was to be returned in my canara bank account no.[protected], it was due 7th to 9th of March 2021. I have been provided with a Refund Reference Number[protected] by amazon customer service. I called canara bank helpline but they said that the bank could do nothing regarding this issue and it was a fault from Amazon's side. I am submitting this complaint on 19th March 2021. Hope i get my money back soon.
