    Canara Bank(previously Syndicate Bank) — refund amount proceed, and not credited to my account

    Hello,
    I am PRAVEEN DHAMA. My saving account number last 6 digits124711
    Branch: khekra 250101
    Due to inappropriate description and quality I return back the order of amount 535 rs.
    Amazon se that we have refunded the amount but it is not reflected in my bank account the reference number of refunded details of order is

      We have registered crop insurance via manjOOR-1900 Canara bank iFsc cnrb0001900 branch.More than 75 farmers registered insurance thru this branch for year 2018.
      The insurance provider released the amount few months back and there were 75+ people who registered via this branch didnt get the insurance amount credited. Raised couple of complaints so far 2021AM4864, 2021AN7700. But teh complaints are closed without resolution. We already lost our jewelleries given for gold loan from this branch due to internal FRAUD. Now seems we lost our insurance amount as well due to negligence. more than 75 farmers are waiting for this amount. Per head 50, 000+ approximately. We enquired with co-operative society, and they informed that the bank staff has selected wrong place than the one present in teh insurance form. This has caused the decline of the insurance from insurance provider. As the issue was caused the the bank staff, it is advisable that this has to be fixed by them. BANK HAS already deducted the insurance amount from farmers.
      Please take action immediately. I am ready to send the screenshot of what we registered if i get an email id to share.
      I will then lodge a complaint to banking ombudsman along with the jewellery theft case.

        RUPAY Debit Card Contactless service not working

        Sir,
        I am using RUPAY ATM Debit Card provided by Canara Bank which is having chip and CONTACTLESS symbol on it but contactless facility is not working nor showing on my CANDI app provided by bank. Please do the needful as I am using this card most in all my transactions. I have complained in the branch but they couldn't help me.

        I a have also similar RUPAY debit card provided by PNB but it is my salaried account so...

        We have launched an offline complaint regarding our problem that 5000rs were debited from our account even when the cash was not dispensed. Our complaint got rejected by the bank for some unknown reason. That's why I need the whole proof i.e CCTV footage of that atm and the reason on which the complaint got rejected. It's been 45 days since this problem happened and no one from our bank is giving a proper response. Kindly look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

          I have done a payment through gpay for my recharge through airtel app. The money was debited from my account but the recharge was not done soo i called the costumer care of both airtel and gpay. They said that they didn't received the money if the money is debited you can file a charge back . As i have approched the bank they are not helping in it

                    My name is Manawar hussain and I had ordered Protoner dynamic wall mounting of RS.Amount(1499 ) in Amazon on (11 jan) and after (4 feb) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (4 feb)

                          Slabwise nmmb charges

                          Sir,
                          My saving bank account in Canara bank ponneri. My account no. Is[protected] name - Roghith Kumar in my saving bank account balance deduct incessantly from 01/05/2020 due to slab wise nmmb charges. But this charge applies when my balance less than rs.500 as say in Canara branch staffs.
                          So pls if wrong charges deducted by system, pls refund my balance in my account as earliest.

                              Canara Bank Nungambakkam branch has been providing poor services to its customers for a very long time the management is not responding properly with its customers and the staffs are too lazy..if we go with a query the staffs take years to respond and take many breaks to make things worse.. because of this I even shifted my account to another bank...All my queries have been handled poorly by the staffs.They have zero responsibility towards their customers.
