I have been trying to access my Canara Bank Scholarship Portal to track my fellowship but it isn't opening up at all. The link with which I used to login is showing "an unknown error occurred" now. It's showing the same message since days, whereas this site was working a few days ago.

I made a online transaction of Rs.5, 000/- to deposit the fees for obtaining NOC from the office of Ground Water Department, Uttar Pradesh through Nivesh Mitra(Udyog Bandhu) Portal. In november 2020 I purchased a product from Flipkart and returned it as it was not working. I would like to request Canara bank to cancel this transaction. The app named shoppers has disappeared now. People whos are deposited money in that app are cheated by the merchant. I have tried to contact them but I failed. I did not receive any products and refund from the merchant side so please cancel the transaction and refund me the money back....
