      Raman Prakash, have made a purchase on amazon i.e shoes on 23 February 2021 amounting Rs. 2099 ( order id:[protected] through debit card but cancelled the order for which the refund hasn't reflected in my bank account yet. In the amazon website it is showing refunded but not received in my bank account. Refund reference number provided by merchant is 30005110541054079732972. Plz resolve this issues as soon as possible.

        Canara Bank — refund amount pending, and not credited to my account
        Hello,

        I am Basavaraj. My saving account number is [protected]
        Branch: Deosugur(Karnataka-584170).
        I paid a credit card bill Rs. 17400 on 01.03.2021 in paytm app through my debit card number ***8765. The amount is debited(Bank ref no;[protected]) and then bill payment is failed. After that according to paytm they refunded the debited amount(Bank ref no: [protected]). But the refunded amount is still not credited in my saving account.
        In paytim app they showing that refund is initiated and your bank is confirmed the receipt of the money.
        The ref no for is- 30001010611060110275351.
        Please help. I need money urgently

            Dear Sir,
            This is my Amazon money transferred initiated reference number[protected].
            I ordered an parcel on January 12 2021.My parcel picked up on February 03 2021 and my Money refund initiated from Amazon on 03 2021.But still now I didn't receive money to my bank account. From Amazon side they said, they initiated the money already but the bank(CANARA BANK)is delaying.

                I have been trying to access my Canara Bank Scholarship Portal to track my fellowship but it isn't opening up at all. The link with which I used to login is showing "an unknown error occurred" now. It's showing the same message since days, whereas this site was working a few days ago.
                I tried to access with a different platform but it only showed access portal for the admin and not the scholar's login option.
                Now, even that option is gone and just the same "unknown error" message keeps on showing at the site. I have been continuously trying to login and open the website everyday but it is not working and just keeps on showing the same message. Please help!!

                  In branch on 3rd Feb, I have given written request for cheque book and got message on 13 Feb that it will deliver but still I haven't received cheque book.

                  Checked in post office as well as in branch but I no results.

                        In november 2020 I purchased a product from Flipkart and returned it as it was not working. The seller had processed the refund of Rs. 635/- to my account on 15 Jan 21, 04:21 PM & it should have been credited by 25 Jan 21, 04:21 PM. The refund reference number is 17203011019102789574695. But still I did not receive my refund. I visited the Branch where my account is but I did not receive any help from them. They say its not their fault and should raise a complaint on flipkart. But flipkart had already had processed refund and gave the reference number for the transaction. Please resolve this issue.

                          I would like to request Canara bank to cancel this transaction. The app named shoppers has disappeared now. People whos are deposited money in that app are cheated by the merchant. I have tried to contact them but I failed. I did not receive any products and refund from the merchant side so please cancel the transaction and refund me the money back.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Today i visited to my home branch Rohini, Sector-5, Delhi-110085 to deposit some cash. There was minor to minor dust was in one note. Note condition was perfectly alright and ma'am sitting on cash counter said Note is "Original". There was nothing at all wrong with that note. Okay not issue. Then i went to meet Branch Manager regarding my problem. He ridiculously said to me "Close your account". I want to know that who is he to say me like that to close my account ???

                                I am requesting to the Head of Canara Bank to take Very Very Strict Action against him. Other wise I will close my, My family members and my friends all account and FD's.

                                Sorry to hear this. Looking at the complaints and resolution rate of 14% there is no customer focus in this bank. Strongly suggest you to move to private banks and don’t bank with this babu bank. They are sick fellows wo demand bribe like govt employees

                                  UPI Services are Not Working

                                  It’s been almost a month now since i’ve been told to switch from syndicate bank to canara bank, i’ve not been able to set up UPI id in any of the apps like GooglePay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI, nothing works for this canara bank.
