    I hold an account at your bank and i tried transferring an amount to an account holder of andhra bank through IMPS service on the canara bank app the amount was debited and also the IMPS service changes were debited and the amount didn’t reach to the other end and the status shows transaction failed

      Hello, I am Kailash Jyoti Bora, a general customer of canara bank. On 10th fed, 2021 I did a transaction of 1025 rupees. But the thing is that 1025 rupees was deducted from my bank account but the beneficiary account( the receiver person)didn't get the amount of 1025rupees. So, i kindly request you to refund my 1025 rupees as soon as possible.

        My name is Banumathi k and I had ordered Saco chiclet keyboard skin of RS. 379 in Amazon on 11 DEC 2020 and after that cancelled the order immediately due to personal reason. I Received a part of RS 132 as amazon pay balance and still not received RS 247. And on 16 DEC 2020 refund for RS 247 was initiated.

        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005103450345184595187 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Canara Bank doesn't have such policy. So
        please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My order no is[protected]

                I have submitted my joining report and has given the necessary details through my university, and waiting for the approval, suddenly today I noticed that the data like joining data, IFSC code, account number, everything disappeared and it is showing no record.will the problem resolve

                    Today I have received two SMS which is attached herewith. In SMS A/c No. is not my, I have nothing to receive from anybody. On verifying mobile no. in truecaller, it says "Natasha Bank Haker Group". I have not clicked the link given by them. My Mobile No. [protected] and I am in Bengaluru haveing SB a/c in your Kengeri Satellite Town Branch.

                          Before merging iam perfectly using third party softwares like paytm, phone pay etc.now i cannot use this .out side shops petrolpump using bhim upi id .i cannot subit my account details in candy.pin generating time also mobile number not correct message come.but banks withdrawable messages comes my mobile.

The amount deducted two times that is rs 1200 from my account. So Kindly refund my amount of rs 600. So that i will be very thankful to you.

                              Ordered on 10/08/2020 from Amazon of Rs 433/-through upi but this transaction was declined and my account shows debit balance but amount not yet credited... Till date... I have complain so many time at my branch.I called Canara Bank customer care also but got no response...Even I have called Amazon also they are saying that they didn't get any amount.
                              Kindly take necessary action so that i can take back my money...

                                  I have paid 489 Rs to amazon and then I return the order on 23 jan.. And yet my refund is not reflected in my account.. Amazon customer care told me that they successfully processed my refund to your bank but bank have not send the money in your account. So please reflect my amount of 489 into my account
