Issue in refund process

My name is MR TAMIL SELVAN and I had ordered a product of RS.31, 999 RENEWED ONEPLUS 7T 8GB 256 in Amazon on 19, DEC2020 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on Refund innitiated on 24 DEC 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number "75503720355044525467391"and told me to fill charge dispute form but Canara Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond...

My name is Manish Hemnani and I had ordered Realme Wireless Earbuds of RS. 1599 in Amazon on 17.11.2020 and after 18.11.2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. I purchased a product through Canara Bank visa debit card on 16th dec and cancelled the order and tge refund was initiated on next day still the bank did not process the refund and they say that there is no such refund requestmy a/c no.[protected]
Please check this and initiate the refund its been more than a week of business days....

Internet Banking not accepting login
