I booked a return flight ticket from Surat to Kolkata(direct flight) spicejet through paytm on 9 December 2020, But spicejet reschedule the flight and closed the direct flight so I called spicejet and ask for total refund and they initiate the process .I cancel flight ticket on 19th of December and they refund the money to agent that is paytm, then paytm (booking id-[protected])started the process of refunding on 21 of December 2020 I got notification of refund process started with bank reference no.[protected] of Amount-3888rs
and[protected] of amount -4445
Total amount of 8333 rs
paytm said we have did the transaction to ur bank account on 21december itself
But not showing in to bank account till now that is 28th of Dec 2020
