My name is Mohammed ibrahim and I had ordered a product called starq w3b in Amazon on 27 november 2020 and exact that day I returned this order due to personal reason and on 14/12/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money Amazon sent this reference number HSBCN[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My mobile number is: [protected]

    Till now, i have approached canarabank, Hanumanth Nagar many times for linking my daughter's SB account with PPF account. I am unable to view the transaction done in PPF account.
    I have sent mails, wrote request application to link and submitted 3 times personally at Hanumanth Nagar branch.. but till now my requirement is not fulfilled. They don't respond properly or don't take any initiative to resolve my issue. This is very pathetic. The contomer support number doesn't work and their website complaint submission doesn't accept the complaints.. As a customer, i am losing my mental peace and time and money. Please help me in resolving the issue.

      Dear sir/madam I have ordered a product pressure washer of Rs 5999 at 26 November and the and by receiving a damaged product I returned it back to Amazon and they have provided me a reference number i.e HSBCN[protected] and I have contacted to the bank also but they could not help me and still my refund has not be initiated i haven't got my money Back

        I have not recevied refund amount from amazon which has been processd on 26.12.2020 with refund reference no.[protected]

        but till today i have not received any refund & they are telling to contact canara bank customer care, which has been turned up very difficult to contact.
        I dont know whom i have to contact to get my refund.

        As per amazon it is canara bank. But there is no other way to connect to canara bank customer care

          As I recharge my tatasky DTH recharge of RS.330 on December 1st, the transaction was failed but the amount was deducted. Almost one month is over, but the deducted amount of Rs. 330 was not refunded to my account. Kindly check and resolve the issue

            In my account regularly ECS charges has been debited i don't know no y it has been debited and in the one day 2 times has debited amount 236 into 2 times it almost 472 rupees this is very bad satisfaction on canara bank regularly why it happening i don't no please solve my issue

              On 23 nov 2020 i made a payement to amazon from amazon pay upi for receiving a product but the payment got failed and the amount was debited from the bank and amazon didnt received the amount ...but the bank debited the amount the transcation reference number is[protected] ... I havent got the refund till now please help me

                Dear sir mam I ordered a product from Amazon amount Rupees 2800 approx my refund was issued by Amazon on 29th of December 2020 but as today its 30th of December 2020 and I haven't received my refund till yet I contacted the customer care they told me to contact bank and check my incomplete balances which are pending balances so I got to bank and check the balance in the bank reviews the incomplete transactions and there was no such transaction in my account and then i again contacted Amazon customer service and they told me to file a complaint about it. So please help me to get my refund initiated in my account as soon as possible.
                I've received the successful refund completion email from Amazon and the reference and return reference ID on 20th dec.

                        This is with regards to the refund made by amazon india dated 12/12/2020 amounting Rs.2579.00 against my debit card reference 559738 dated 24/11/2020 till date the same has not be credited to my account.

                        Amazon had delivered the wrong item twice and thue refund was processed.

                            I booked a return flight ticket from Surat to Kolkata(direct flight) spicejet through paytm on 9 December 2020, But spicejet reschedule the flight and closed the direct flight so I called spicejet and ask for total refund and they initiate the process .I cancel flight ticket on 19th of December and they refund the money to agent that is paytm, then paytm (booking id-[protected])started the process of refunding on 21 of December 2020 I got notification of refund process started with bank reference no.[protected] of Amount-3888rs
                            and[protected] of amount -4445
                            Total amount of 8333 rs
                            paytm said we have did the transaction to ur bank account on 21december itself
                            But not showing in to bank account till now that is 28th of Dec 2020
