    I have ordered a product of Rs. 1549
    ( Nirlon gas compatible non stick aluminum cookware set, 6 pieces, red / black ) in Amazon on 13th November 2020. Order was delivered on 18th November 2020 and I returned this order on 19th November 2020 due to some personal reason.
    And on 19th November 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but still I didn't got the money.
    Amazon sent this reference number
    ( 30005103180318224863847 ) and told me to file a a charged dispute form in Canara bank. Caranra bank doesn't have such policy. So kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.

      I ordered a suit set from amazon they said they had refunded my money on 20 nov 2020 n amt shd reflect in bank by 25 nov but its dec 1 but still amnt not credited in my accnt asked cx care no support was given this is the email Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1149.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.

        Dear sir/madam

        I have submitted my e card at the time of the admission to the hospital. But now my status showing denial of authorization because of non submission of document by the hospital. So please confirm where is the fault. If hospital people are unable to submit the require document, what will be the beneficiary come to know about the document. We have also reminded to the hospital many times regarding submitting the document but we have not heard from the hospital yet not submitted required documents. You have to ask the explanation regarding the same.
        You have to raise the complaint regarding the status until the my claim amount to be credited. You reopen the status of my claim. Where we will ask about the situation.
        please look into the matter and solve the issues until the claim amount to be paid.

          I paresh, I have ordered a product of Rs. 1549

                  I returned the product to amazon and the refund was done from their end. But the amount was not received. As per their confirmation refund was been processed successfully on 18/11/20 and the amount should have reflected in the account by 18/11/20. Still, it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected].I had contacted your customer service number they are not responding properly. Please check and confirm the status. If your response was worst in the mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                        I have requested for Cheque book almost 4 weeks back and I have not received any update till now. When I talk to the Customer care they say to contact the branch and branch says to wait for 15 days and then contact Customer care!
                        I'm in urgent need of Cheque book since i'm not able to access my PPF account saying "migration not completed from last 2 months"

                              I had given request to update my pan card, mobile number and email ID update they told it will take 2 working days it is been passed and I called customercare the executives dont know the process they told it will take three working days
                              they gave me branch number Im calling but they didnt pick my call.

                              i need to change it asap and also the lady in K.pudur branch is very rude to me because Im not holding any balance in the account for long time

                              she can tell me politely or she can follow as per bank procedure I dont know why she treated me like a begger which I dont decerve

                                      My sister went to kadampuzha Canara branch to open a junior savings account to her daughter for the purpose of scholarship, but Canara bank refuse account opening by saying she cannot open a junior savings account in the name of her daughter without she start an account in that bank. I am contacting your customer service and they replied there is no provision existing like this. So you please take necessary action against kadampuzha canara bank
