My sister went to kadampuzha Canara branch to open a junior savings account to her daughter for the purpose of scholarship, but Canara bank refuse account opening by saying she cannot open a junior savings account in the name of her daughter without she start an account in that bank. I am contacting your customer service and they replied there is no provision existing like this. So you please take necessary action against kadampuzha canara bank

    I bought a product from amazon for rs.1450 through cash on delivery on 20th august and i was not satisfied with the product so i returned it back. I initiated my refund to get reflected on my bank account but its been 3 months but still i dint get my refund in my account..there is also no proper response from the bank.so kindly help me to get my money back.

      Through Paytm app & my Canara Bank debit card Processed for payment of Energy Bill of Rs.1212 to NBPDCL Bihar on 17th November 20 at 5.19.01pm on line.Amount deducted from my account but till now NBPDCL not received said amount .Paytm says that money has been refunded to Canara Bank for credit in my sb account but still not reflected in my bank account.?

        I had ordered Product of RS.Amount 3399 in Amazon on 8NOV 2020and after I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 10Nov 2020
        Amazon initiated the amount to my BANK ACCOUNT I pay the amount through
        UPI but I still didn't get .

          Account got blocked without any information

            Earlier days bank coustomers and my debit card also was working fine but it's too bad service to the customers, debit card and net banking will not work all of sudden when we required on very basis. Really it's became very bad, costumer care response also very bad, really I'm disappointing and ii wish to change my bank😠

            And credit, debit entries are not coming to my mobile as messages or notifications recently I returned one product in Amazon that customer care is telling that refund is initiated but still I couldn't find that without bank customer service

                      I’ve been trying to transfer money into other accounts from the Canara bank mobile banking app, but my transaction is getting declined every time..                             Today[protected] I made a transaction to Spotify via UPI using my Canara Bank account. It accepted payment from me twice, and has not credited the balance amount. A total of 132 INR was debited from my card, although it should have been only 66 INR. Request you to refund as soon as possible.

                                I am Suryanarayanan. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: Kozhikode, Kerala). I purchased a Phone from amazon.in and paid from my debit card. The amount is 42749.00/-. But I canceled my item that day itself i. E. 30 Oct 2020. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product on 4 Nov 2020 and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                                I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                                I contacted bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

                                    I had done a NEFT transaction from ICICI Bank to CANARA bank on 30 th Oct 2020.
                                    Till now the amount is not credited to beneficiary account and debited from ICICI account.
                                    I called both the customer care, from the ICICI bank customer care, they are telling the transaction is successful from there end and check with CANARA bank.
                                    I sent multiple mails to canara Bank customer care and called them too but no response.
