    I had given request to update my pan card, mobile number and email ID update they told it will take 2 working days it is been passed and I called customercare the executives dont know the process they told it will take three working days
    they gave me branch number Im calling but they didnt pick my call.

    i need to change it asap and also the lady in K.pudur branch is very rude to me because Im not holding any balance in the account for long time

    she can tell me politely or she can follow as per bank procedure I dont know why she treated me like a begger which I dont decerve

          I had ordered a product from Amazon and returned it later .
          Amazon has refunded my amount of Rs 360 on 4th of November .

          But it is 20th November today, and the amount has still not reflected in my account .

            My sister went to kadampuzha Canara branch to open a junior savings account to her daughter for the purpose of scholarship, but Canara bank refuse account opening by saying she cannot open a junior savings account in the name of her daughter without she start an account in that bank. I am contacting your customer service and they replied there is no provision existing like this. So you please take necessary action against kadampuzha canara bank

              I bought a product from amazon for rs.1450 through cash on delivery on 20th august and i was not satisfied with the product so i returned it back. I initiated my refund to get reflected on my bank account but its been 3 months but still i dint get my refund in my account..there is also no proper response from the bank.so kindly help me to get my money back.

                Through Paytm app & my Canara Bank debit card Processed for payment of Energy Bill of Rs.1212 to NBPDCL Bihar on 17th November 20 at 5.19.01pm on line.Amount deducted from my account but till now NBPDCL not received said amount .Paytm says that money has been refunded to Canara Bank for credit in my sb account but still not reflected in my bank account.?

                      Earlier days bank coustomers and my debit card also was working fine but it's too bad service to the customers, debit card and net banking will not work all of sudden when we required on very basis. Really it's became very bad, costumer care response also very bad, really I'm disappointing and ii wish to change my bank😠

                      And credit, debit entries are not coming to my mobile as messages or notifications recently I returned one product in Amazon that customer care is telling that refund is initiated but still I couldn't find that without bank customer service
