    I had done a NEFT transaction from ICICI Bank to CANARA bank on 30 th Oct 2020.
    Till now the amount is not credited to beneficiary account and debited from ICICI account.
    I called both the customer care, from the ICICI bank customer care, they are telling the transaction is successful from there end and check with CANARA bank.
    I sent multiple mails to canara Bank customer care and called them too but no response.

        The subject i have submit the application to know the status of PMAY Subsidy of my housing loan with CITY CENTER (5446) Branch, i have gave Request letter to branch & Mail 28-MAY-2020 & 10 to 12 times to gone branch for confirmation my subsidy Status but still not Confirm my Subsidy Status.
        It's not good feed back of Canara bank & i can't Know anything right now, Requesting you to please help For know...

        Respected ma'am/sir

        I am an awardee o[censored]GC-JRF, currently full time Ph.D. scholar at Dept of commerce Davangere University . MY institution has completed my registration process and uploaded the various documents on canara bank scholarship portal.

        However, the details entered by my institution is not showing in my canara bank scholership portal. its been 3 months since my university initiated Linking process but still beneficiary code is not created.

        kindly check and rectify the problem

          I Firoj Ahmad, have by mistakenly transferred the to some account, and have complaint for the same but there is no resolution to it, whenever I visit Byculla E branch, they given some or the other excuses but not a clear answer, please clarify, and recover my funds.             1.I DID IMPS TRANSACTION on 26th October . Amount was debited from my account but still the transaction is pending. I sent two fails to the branch up to now no replies from them and called to the bank they irresponsible reply from them. Always irresponsible answers from the ettayapuram canrabank staffs.

            2.I purchased the one item from the amazon unfortunately the my ordered was cancelled up to now that amount also not credited in my account.
            Canarabank ettayapuram branch always provide the worst services to the people

              I have an acount of canara bank branch kondhwa pune
              id[protected]
              i have opened the account mid of march2019, many time requested for the transaction password from the customer care and branch bank but aprox 2 years done trasaction password not got.
              unfotunatly i have to close my account due to this, when i not going to transactions from my account there is no used of this account .
              my current account is not using for the trasactions from the starting so sorry to say i have to close this accoount from the canara bank.

                  I have been continuously trying to generate my transaction password through internet banking so that I can add beneficiaries and make fund transfers, but even after giving all the required inputs (transaction password, reenter transaction password, debit card no, expiry date, atm pin, and OTP), in the end, it comes transaction not allowed.
                  I have contacted customer care multiple times, sometimes they say there is some issue with the server try after these many days, everything seems fine, visit the branch office. I have visited but no luck as they say it will be done now but it doesn't plus the customer care provided me with an email id to mail the problem, it has been more than a week but no response.

                    I am an auditor & Tax Consultant in Davangere Karnataka. On 29.10.2020 I visited K B Extension Davangere branch for new pass book from 1.4.2020 to 28.10.2020 as my pass book is damaged by rain water with request letter submitted to your branch officer for my account No..[protected]. This account is with your branch since from your branch opening time. Your staff is not co operating with me to give pass book printing or statement to issue to my mail address. Your staff is saying that you can complaint to Head office. Most of the time your printer is not working, not printing bar code slip, not working self printing machine these complaints is observing regularly with me. As your branch staff is not co operating properly with me kindly instruct your branch manager to close my above S B account and FD with your branch at an earlist and transfer the balance to my SB account with SBI No.[protected], Akkamahadevi Road Davangere.                       But the internet banking says that request was rejected. But that amount not reverse to my account.
                      How long time it taken, That amount was want to reverse?

Recently I made an IMPS transaction of 26, 000 rupees 2 times from my canara bank account to some other account which total 26, 000 has been debited. The amount got debited but didn't reach the receiving end neither I got the refund. I kindly request you to please look into this issue and hoping to get reply asap.

                            Since Feb 2017, My account is wrongly debited with Rs.12/- and details are as follows

                            1.20-2-17 SB 41699 Rs.12/-
                            2.22-5-17 SB 41699 Rs.12/-
                            3.22-5-18 SB 41699 Rs.12/-
                            4.25-5-19 SB 41699 Rs.12/-
                            5.21-5-20 SB 41699 Rs.12/-
                            Total Wrong debits Rs.60/-

                            I have not given any mandate to debit the account.
                            Every time I used to bring to the notice of the branch and they used to make false promise and never it was reversed. This time well before the debit date I had sent a mail to branch requesting to not to debit any amount. But they have not followed the instruction again the same was debited. subsequent to that more than 10 mails has been sent requesting for reverse of the amount or else provide with copy of mandate. No one is responding and I suspect at my cost some one else is being covered.

                            Canara Public Grievance redressal system is not working. E mail sent to Head office customer services returned undelivered.

                            During last 7 months I have sent several mails to Bank and on 27th oct 20, I had made a online complaint. Again it is over one month and Bank has not responded.

                            I have not given any mandate to debit and every year Bank is debiting PMSBY premium Rs.12/- since Feb 17. I had requested Bank to provide me with copy of mandate if at all anything they are holding for whcih they are responding.

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                An amount of 3, 499 has been deducted from my bank account while I was doing the top-up of my CSC wallet. The transaction date was 16/07/2020 and reference no given by bank is[protected]. The transaction was unsuccessful means top-up was not done although amount from my bank account was deducted and it is not refunded yet. Please solve this problem and refund that in amount in the given account.
