I have ordered books from amazon on 8 august 2020 but unfortunately it was unavailable to delivered so refund was initiated from amazon side on 5 september 2020 but till now i have not received my refund amount from canara bank

    On 11/09/2020 i swipped my indian overseas bank atm card into canara bank atm situated in devankulangara, edapally for rs.2000/-. Two time i tried and the second time only i got my cash, but unfortunaely amount is debited twice. So kindly do the needful

        I have wriiten several emails to branch as well as to mr. Naga raji dm complaint officer.
        I have confirm that original fdr is with br and sent them my passport copy rand requested them to close my ac and transfer funds to icici bank and emailed them void copy of check.
        It is more than 7 months and branch needs originalfdr.
        Since last 10 years fdr was renwed and only emai was sent tome with maturity date.
        I feel now i need to send email to hon.

          Dear sir,
          I have purchased lavna locks in amazon in june 14
          As i didn't like the lock. I returned it to amazon. So amazon refunded to my canara bank account no :[protected]. On june 20. Therefore amazon has also provided a reference number for hsbcn[protected].
          But still now till date september 9. I didn't get my refund. So i'm contacting the bank.
          Thereby i also give the statement of my bank.

                  Want to know that how to reset transaction password online? I contact branch but the net banking is not working in the branch. So, they tell me try on Canarabank.com But, there is no such option of RESET OR UNLOCK THE TRANSACTION PASSWORD... Please help me out in this it is very urgent......

It successfully completed from amazon site on 1st september 2020. I also got the refund reference number, it is 74332740247024536157918. But the money is not credited to my account till now. Please locate or track the refund with the rrn number. Because your bank generated the rrn number. Please credit amount in my account as soon as possible. I also share the email came from amazon. They also told me to contact with the bank customer care with rrn number.
