With ref to the above order issue, had palced the order on amazon, after the payment had been debite, had got an email stating that the payment had been declined, & had to retry the payment, haence for the same product the paymen has been debited twice in my account, had spoken to amazon on the same, they have issued an refund on the same & its still not reflecting in my ac, they have asked me to contact the bank on the same. Payment debited details is as mentioned below
Debit details[protected] @ 12:42:05 amazonpa-cbibibo-[protected]-cbibibo (Branch code 2753) for rs 6799.99/- request you to recredit the same.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
