If i transact money or do recharge everything get failed...

I made transaction of rs32500 3days back. The merchant didn't get the amount but money is deducted from my account so i request you to refund money back to my account...

On 14 th of july 2020 at around 9 pm i received a message that 40000 rupees is deducted form my account in an atm transaction made in lodhi nagar patna bihar. Which seemed impossible as my atm card was with me i received no opt or call on my phone number regarding the transaction.
