I had ordered a product from amazon and tried paying through my syndicate debit card, since it is merged with canara bank. I see that transaction had been declined by the bank but money had been deducted. I contacted amazon and they initiated a refund but even after a month i do not see this refund reflected in my account. This is just not acceptable. Please look in to it.

    Hello Canara bank,
    Myself mukul, an amount of Rs. 500 is deducted from my Canara saving account No.[protected] on[protected].

    The transaction was done on a SBI ATM booth in Bhopal which was declined but the Amount is deducted.

    Please provide me the refund of deducted amount.

      On (27 Nov 2019) jamila be Transfer the Rs 5000 From Her Union Bank Account to my account

      But by the mistake amount transfer some other person bank account the account no is[protected]
      IFSC Code (CNRB0002695)

      We complain many times in your branch, but we are not getting any response from your side and the
      amount also does not transfer in our account.

      Requesting you please look into the first priority we are in need.

          I bought my product from amazon on 10th of june through canara bank and later returned it.
          Amazon initiated the refund on 13th of june
          They have send me the refund reference number
          I have not received the amount yet its nearly a month.

              I purchased a product on amazon on 24 june 2020 using my canara bank debit card. The item that i have ordered was not according to expectations so i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 29th of june maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 30005401820176160528269. I had contacted your customer service number but again and again they are saying that they have not received any amount but according to amazon and the transaction id they have provided the refund has already been made by them & there is no proper response hence i mailed you. Please check and confirm the status & if your response is worst in mail too i'm going to complaint to consumer court.

                      By mistake i had transferred money from phone to wrong account, amount rs 20000
                      Customer cre service has not provided me any solution.. They just said me to visit the branch and when i did unfortunately branch is sealed due to covid 19.. So i m suffering from fear of losing my money.. I need them on an urgent basis
                      Please provide me a solution as soon as possible...

                        I had lost a sum of 4500 from my Canara bank account through an illegal transaction without my consent
                        I had approached the Police and filed a F.I.R regarding this and they told that the bank should refund the amount
                        I approached the bank and the customer service and both of them denied service
                        I would request you to do the needful and dispute the lost amount

                        I’ve asked other people and they got their disputes without approaching the cops About it
                        Please do the needful

                        Attached is a copy of the FIR given at the Cyber Crime Police Station, Karnataka

                            I usually pay my Electricity bill through Paytm. When the money is taken from my bank account Transaction has failed.
                            The message that came to my screen right away - we have refunded the amount to your bank for your failed order ..
                            But I have not yet received such a refund. How many more days should I wait ...?

I had contacted the bank customer service they had no proper response on reference number and about it. Hence i file the problem here. Please check and confirm the status.
