I went today 02/07/2020 time 2:40 pm to 3:40 pm canara bank branch — bhatni vikash road pincode 274701.
Security guard / police staff misbehave with me and used roughly word. He misbehaving on useless basis. He say you can not enter in bank with gloves but no any notice related to this was pasted there. When i say that no notice was pasted then he used roughly word.
I also shared the same with bank manager.
This activity of security guard / police staff really hurt me.

I request you to take an immediate action against the security guard / police staff for this misbehavior otherwise i am going to lodge a fir against him for this misbehavior.

      I want to bring notice that somawati khah having ac. No.[protected] is having widow pension fund with canara bank uttam nagar branch. She is a senior citizen more than 80 years old
      So cannot go personally to the bank for withdrawal of the amount from the last 4 months. She is not provided any debit card or cheque book and is not fit to go to bank for withdrawing the amount.
      She is suffering as she is not having money now for medicines as well.
      We approached the branch manager of the bank multiple times and even called him but he is not helping at all and asking her to come personally for the withdrawal of amount. Also called customer care for door step services but they also denied just provided the above email-id..
      I therefore request you to provide door step services to her at the earliest so that she will get money to survive. Waiting for positive response from you.

          My father had a gold loan in canara bank of aigali village in athani taluku and belagam district.
          My father taken a gold loan from this branch.
          One day i and my father went to bank to pay the total amount to get back our gold items. We went to manager cabin.
          We are just trying to enter inside cabin, mnager suddenly shouted and scolded us, why you are coming inside, get out. He is treated us like dog. Ok. We asked about how much to pay to get gold back. He not toled anything. He keep shouting and told to go outside and ask outside cabin staff. We really hurt by this behaviour.

          After paying the amount we again came to manager to get our gold back. Time was morning 11.00am. He told to come at 2pm. Again he shouted. Now we recorded his behaviour in our mobile. Again we come at 2pm, now he told i am going for lunch come at 4pm. We come at 4pm and asked again. He not spoke to us. We waited for 1hour. Again we asked. At 5pm he told come tomorrow.
          What this behavoiur sir? Because of him only governments banks are in bad name. We really frustrated of this incident. We decided to close all our account, our relatives accounts, and we told all our friends not to do transactions with canarabank.
          Please train this person about the behavoiur.

                I've tried to recharge my airtel mobile number for rs.149 from airtel website using canara bank net banking services. Amount rs 149 got debited from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful. When i checked my bank statement, this is the information i've got - 30-jun-2020 08:34:49 30-jun-2020 bhartiai-cbibibo-[protected]-cbibibo 1026 149.00. Kindly help at the earliest.

                Canara bank kollegal branch, i have taken education loan under vidya sagar scheme of limit 2 lakh rupees out of which i have taken 1.43 lakh rupees, my course of education is completing in the year 2020. I have provided last bill of 19500 rs. But the manager is not willing to sanction the last bill citing margin money issue, wheareas margin money applies to loan of above 4 lakhs as per cir. 147/2016. Kindly oblige and do needful.

                    I made online shopping in Amazon and made debit card payment of Rs.1157 on 22 June 2020. But the order got cancelled due to payment failed, but my account has been debited with money.
                    When I called amazon customer care they said that they have not received the amount, so the order was cancelled.
                    I kindly request to solve this payment gateway issue asap.

                      Hello sir /madam,

                      I b s halkarni. My saving account number is[protected]branch.: narayanpur, dharwad, karnataka). I had ordered a wireless headset from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card *5137. The amount is 949/-. But i had canceled my item in next day i. 19th june. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a more than a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                      I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers. I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is the worst. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me in this regard.

                      Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use. Please resolve it and credit my refund to my account. I have needed my amount. I kindly request you to help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                          For the past one week, atm is out of order in vijaya nagar branch. I am unable to generate a new pin as i need to do it in the canara bank atm only. Even the other nearby atm near kumbarakoppal is also nonfunctional. How are we supposed to carry out any transaction at all??? Please rectify the machines.

                            I m unable to login to scholar portal. At first the site initiated that the account is locked and i have to change password to unlock it, but every time i try to change my password it says 'the enter details are not correct or no details found' even though the details are correct.                                   नमस्कार सर/ मैडम
                                  मेरा केनरा बैंक में रोहतक मुख्य ब्रांच में खाता है जिसकी खाता संख्या -1*9996 है।
                                  मैने 23 जून, 2020 को पेट्रोल पंप पर एटीएम स्वाइप करके 1796 रुपए की
                                  पेमेंट करवाई, सुबह 7.04 बजे जोकि उनकी स्वाइप मशीन ने एटीएम कार्ड रिजेक्ट कर दिया परन्तु मेरे खाते में से पैसे चले गए, 7.08 बजे पर भी ऐसे ही हुआ दोबारा पैसे चले गए परन्तु उनकी मशीन ने कार्ड रिजेक्ट कर दिया, तीसरी बार जब कार्ड मेरे हाथ में ही था की फिर 7.08 बजे पर तीसरी बार बिना कार्ड स्वाइप किए ही पैसे खाते से निकल गए, फिर चौथी बार 7.18 बजे जब कार्ड स्वाइप किया तब जाके पेमेंट हुई, पेट्रोल पंप वालो ने अपना मिनी स्टेटमेंट दिखा दिया है जिसमें उनके पास केवल एक बार पेमेंट गई है। अब मेरे खाते से जो तीन बार अतिरिक्त पेमेंट हुई है वो कहां गई, और कैसे वापिस लाई जायेगी।
                                  आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप जल्दी से जल्दी इस समस्या का समाधान करें।

                                    I purchased samsung galaxy m 31 on amazon at 17 june 2020. Payment paid by canara bank debit card. After canceling the payment is not credited my account balance. This has taken 7 business day but not credited this amount. No one help canara bank customer said it was not refund and amazon customer provide refund reference no. That is #135108.
