      I purchased two product on amazon on 8th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 8th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 30005401610160102407216 and aih4s8vk0000kafntuxg. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

        I ordered a package from amazon and then i returned due to some issue on the 3 of june then i recieved a the refund has been issued on 7 of june then on 12 of june i recieved a mail of refund reference number
        After that i talked to customer care of amazon they said that they have been transferred my amount but bank said that there is no credit in your account and they are not giving me a proper solution customer care of canara bank gave me a number of branch but they are not receiving my call
        Hope i will get a positive result soon

            My name is nitin yadav and i had ordered (Powerpak plastic electric motorized turntable rotating display stand with led (White) of rs. Amount 1, 999 in amazon on 06/06/2020 and after 07/06/2020 i canceled this order due to personal reason. And on 08/06/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005401610158002406692 and told me to fill charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

            Received my money on 17 June within 24 hrs i got my money showing on my account (And the transaction name is showing REF/TRA that means consumer complaint helps me) . Thanks for the help consumer complaints.

              I purchased a product from amazon and i paid money and later i got as order has been cancelled.
              I paid through debitcard.
              Money has been still not credited to my account.
              When i contacted amazon they sent me the reference number and they said to contact the bank.
              But when i contacted the bank they are not responding as the service is useless.
              Please help me as i am in need of money.

                  Hello,

                  I am maitri mahajan. My saving account number is[[protected]]branch.: sanganeri gate bhilwara 311001). I purchased a boat headphone from amazon.in and paid from my rupay debit card *3452 the amount is 1499/-. But i canceled my item in same day i. E. 06 june2020. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                  I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                  I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

                  These amounts are not reflected in my account.

                      I ordered smart phone on amazon on 07/06/2020 and i cancelled the same by mistake and i paid the amount through canara bank debit card. And they said that the amount was refunded the same day but amount was not reflected in my account. Also they said that the bank should take 3-5 business days and this is the 8th day still i didn't get my amount. They sent me refund reference no:30005401600159133449710. And they said that dispute the transaction as 'refund was not processed'. Please solve my problem

                          On date 22, may 2020 i purchased boat rockerz 370 wireless headphones of amount 1099/-
                          On date 1, june 2020 it was pickup back as per my request
                          On date 6, june 2020 amazone india initiated the refund with refund reference # 30005401590143012393688

                          But no amount is reflecting in my account
                          And i have called on canara bank customer care for the same issue and but no useful help is provided.
                          Please check and look into the matter.

                              I did not get a refund yet, it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed. The refund reference # 30005401590151233099745 but yet i haven't get my money.

                                Hi, i placed an order on 7th june and cancelled on the same day, today is 13th and i haven’t received any refund.
                                When i open paytm care, it says
                                • your refund has been credited to your source account and has been credited back both to your paytm wallet and your bank account. To know more, please check the following details: - refund credited to bank: an amount of rs 3111.0 has been processed to canara bank on[protected]. • for the amount refunded to your bank account, we request you to kindly check your bank statement. • if you cannot find it in your bank statement, please check with your bank. You may quote the refund reference number / bank transaction number 30005401600159174627257 to your bank. • kindly note that banks take up to 14 days to credit the amount in your bank account.

                                      I got very bad behavior from one of the staff from kayamkulam branch.
                                      I came there to investigate the diposit of my mother's a/c
                                      I don't their name one of the staff who attend the front of the door she treated very dishonestly in front of the others. Its very bad day for me
                                      I think their attitudes would be so...
                                      Told me to keep away and treated like corona patient
                                      Even the patients shouldn't behave this way..
                                      I understand the situation but she's speech style is very bad
                                      In the previous bank transaction i got similar behavior from the same person
                                      So i raise the complaint at this time
                                      Don't be putting yourself, a person with market behaviour at this professional field
