I cancelled an item on amazon on 23rd jan 2020. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on 26th jan 202b but i didn't receive any amoun. Mazon and canara bank both are playing blame game and no one is taking the responsibility. Its about onw month now. I ask amazon customer service they are blaming the bank and similarly when asked to canara bank customer care they are blaming amazon.

    I had a refund from Amazon issued on April 7 with Refund Reference # 74332740096009574937323 and I didn't get the money back in my account. I try to contact the [protected] call center and the number is not valid.

          Sir by mistake my Amazon prime membership was activated on 4.4.20 amount RS 999 / and on d next day I cancelled my membership on 5.4.20 and I received a payment reference no [protected] from Amazon India that my payment was all ready send in my account, . But problem is that my credited in my account till date, Plz give me d current status of my payment done my Amazon India

            I purchased a product on amazon on 18th mar h 2020 using my canara bank debit card. Due to delay in delivery and current situation of the country order ahs been cancelled by amazon on 3rd of april 2020. The refund was also initiated on 3rd april 2020 with maximum time frame was 5 days. The amount of rs. 369/- is still not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740094009326617837. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response received and was advised to submit a complain here. Request you to please check and confirm the status of the refund.

                I purchased an action figure on amazon and cancelled in 4 days when it was still not shipped from origin country. Amazon processed the refund on 5th april and the refund was completed from their end on 10th april as per their records. They sent me a refund reference which the bank is not acknowledging. I called up their customer care number multiple times but they kept on blaming amazon.
                When i called the banks customer care they asked me to visit the bank which is not even needed as per the mail sent.
                Here is the mail from amazon

                Hello,

                This is to confirm that refund for amount 4705.0700 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                Refund reference # 74332740097009693127458

                Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

                Later i contacted them again to which they started blaming amazon for not doing the refund. Amazon has sent proof of refund since day 1 but bank is not cooperating.

                  I have purchased a product on 21st march but it was cancelled due to covid 19.
                  Amazon says that they refund the amount of 1197₹ on 31st march with refund reference number 737302 but it not reflect in my account num[protected]. Please solve this issue.

                    After repeated attempts for a solution over several calls to the canara bank customer service, this has not been resolved. Kindly make sure this is resolved and the refund is credited to me at the earliest. Thank you.

                            Hi,

                            My concern is about the ECS Return charge and further the misbehave done by a bank manger which is not tolerable and also unforgettable.

                            Description:- I do have a Car loan on this particular branch whose first EMI date was[protected]. As per the Canara bank guidelines, The first EMI had been debited from the Canara bank itself on the 14th/March. Then I am not sure why again bank had been tried to pull the money from my linked HDFC ECS account on 16th and 21st of the march. For that 2 times ACH debited charge (590+590) had been debited from my account.

                            When I visited the branch, They assured me that they will refund me the amount. After waiting of 20 days, I did a call to them, One of the bank employee reply that I will check with the BM and will call you in 10 minutes. After waiting of 1 hour when again I made a call to them, no body has responded. Then I mailed my concern to them on [protected]@canarabank.com, also added [protected]@canarabank.com, [protected]@canarabank.com on CC as guided by Canara CCC.

                            Then BM of the branch had called me, with out starting a conversation with Hi/Hello or who is she and the reason of calling, she started scolding me that why I have been added those email ID along with branch email ID. When I asked who are you, then she told me I am the BM of the branch, TELL ME!. Then I said, I have added those mail ID in CC not in TO, so what's wrong with that. Then again she scolded and suddenly drop off the call. I wish I could have a record of the conversation.

                            Immediately I called to that number, the employee named Chaitanya had picked up my call and she was trying to explain the things about ECS Bounce charge. Then The BM took the phone and said since your ECS-HDFC account had been activated, they have been tried to pull the money and which we can't refund now. If it could have happened in April, then we could process for the refund, since it's happened in March, we can't do anything on this. When I asked her that, you should explain this terms and conditions before applying for the loan, then she told Everything we can't explain as these are the normal things. May be it's a normal thing for a BM but debit of 1200+236(Mandate charge from Canara bank) bucks for a lower middle class people is not normal. I wish she could have understand the situation.

                            It's not possible to maintain the EMI balance in 2 bank account account and possible wait for the deduction but still I have maintained the balance in both the bank until 15th of march. Before taking the loan, they should explain about the terms and condition, what is ECS account and how it's going to be charge and all to the customers so that there will be no confusion and no additional charges will be cost to the customer.

                            I am not sure, If in April the refund process is possible then why can't be on March. Somewhere I have been cheated by the bank.
                            Canara bank is pushing for many hidden charges by naming it as low interest rates which is completely unacceptable.

                            RBI should take some strict action on this also on this rude, arrogant branch managers who even doesn't know how to behave their customers.

                              RBI told that we can bounce our ecs for 3 months during covid 19 pandemic so my lic ecs of 510 got return due to insufficient amount hence canara bank charged me 500 + GST. PFA sms snapshot.

                                I transferred amount to wrong account number through imps and the bank is Bob saurajabar branch bihar I submit written. Complaint and both my banks sent mail to that bank to reverse the amount but that branch not accepting the mails please clarify and guide us to get money back
