I made a transaction of Rs 10000 from internet banking through IMPS on date 09/04/2020 but the transaction says fail but the money was debited from my account and till now i got no refund.Please refund or solve my problem .

    On 24 march i purchased a prestige cook top from amazon using prepaid option and paid rs 2900 using online transition through atm card and the amount got debited from my account but due to some reason i canceled the order and rs 2900 was again credited in my account. But after some time the amount is reversed and sum of rs 2900 is again debited from my account and is not credited in my account uptill now.
    Regarding this i had visited my bank sever time as the suggest i called amazon costumer care also number of time regarding this but they just move me like pendulam in between them

      Iam pranav nagaraja prakash customer of canara bank wants to inform you regarding the issue of my refund which was processed by amazon on date 21 march but still my amount has not refunded i contacted customer care they are keep on saying that it is not their problem it has been my worst experience ever since in my life kindly grant my request and provide me with the refund

        Can you please suggest what is the process for ECS charges is Canara bank take any charge for providing ESC service..?
        If Canara take charges for ECS then how many times ECS mandate charges deducted from our bank...? if I want to stop ECS service. Then what is the process for that.

          On 24 February, my order didn't placed and my payment Rs 1307.7 got debited from my account...and then on 1 March it return back on my account...and then again on 2 April my previous amount Rs 1307.7 again got debited from my account .

                  Our institution has multiple accounts with cnrb0000771. We have been facing difficulties in tds remittances. The branch claims that it doesnot have that facility. We are forced to travel 28 km to mangalore only for tds remittance every month. Look forward to extend the facility at our service branch itself. Non availability of the same may force us to switch our official accounts to such banks which are ready to provide the facility. Look forward to an early action in this regard,

                      Sir, monthly my rs.2000 through sip is invested in canara robeco mutual fund since 22.01.2020.
                      I got msg from the bank on 30.03.2020 that sip rs. 2000 is due for 1st april 2020.
                      Suddenly on 02.04.2020 i get a msg from bank that rs. 1975 is deducted towards sip.
                      Later i contacted the bank person, he told me that this is ecs debit charges and is going to continue for 5 months.
                      I have sufficient fund in my canara savings account, so on what basis is this deduction being done. I wasn't made aware of all this ecs debit charges in the beginning.
                      Requesting you to please do the needful.

As it is mandatory & automatically issued by you in due course, well explained by your branch staff. It is my privilege & basic right to request you to issue me a fresh debit card without any further delay. As i m already deserted in home due to corona stay home policy by the government., i could not withdraw my salary from my said savings account. I once again request you to expedite the matter.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is regarding my sister a/c (Name: yasmin, a/c no:[protected]

                            She hasn't received gas subsidy for the past 3 month due to aadhar not seeded with bank account through npci server. Regarding this she has reached bank for several time. But, they are saying aadhar already linked with bank account.

                            In gas agency they clearly informed. Aadhar link with npci server can be done only in bank.

                            Please help us to get the payment at earliest.

Or crafted for amazon rave+ portable wireless bluetooth speaker in amazon order on 19.03.2020 and after 21.03.2020 i cancelled this order due to personal reason.                                     I returned my product on 19th march and amazon initiated refundamount of 448rs to my canara debit card...which has been issued on 20/03/2020.My account no. is[protected] but still not received my amount after 11 days..as per the rule maximum limit is 5 days.Reference no.is 7BE7KJDY0000K78HQV0W given by amazon customer exe.

                                    canara bank customer care number is also not helping and saying to contact amazon and same answer from amazon to contact you bank.
