On opening pan card, it is seen that for the financial year a sum of Rs.35617.33 has been paid /credited on 30.05.2014 by Canara Bank Chavakkad Branch through TAN CHNCO1574G. In this connection, it is stated that I have never visited the said branch so far or operated in any type of account (Saving/Current/Fixed/Term etc). The last date of filing the return is 31 Mar 2017. In view of the above kindly verify the above facts and delete the amount reported to In come tax department immediately. My PAN Card No & Aadhaar are given for verification whether I have optered any account in Canara Bank, Chavakkad .(My PAN Card No.AIGPV6790E and Aadhaar Card No.[protected].
