My name is arun j. I have an account in canara bank account number - [[protected]]and i have transfer rs. 797.29 to a irctc app through upi app {phonepe} on 18 th jan 2020 at 11:05am but the amount was debited but ticket not booked. Transaction reference id -[ptm20200118147485338858202001181105] I have contacted phonepe but they said that they have no issue from their end and suggested me to contact my bank for charge back.
